Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a pants-type wearing article.
As a conventional pants-type diaper, the outer body formed to be disposed on the abdomen and the back side of the wearer, and the crotch disposed on the crotch portion of the wearer between the abdomen and the back side of the exterior body And an absorbent main body disposed on the crotch part are known (see, for example,
。 The exterior body has a two-layer structure in which an inner layer material and an outer layer material are laminated over almost the entire surface, and in order to configure the exterior body, a sheet in which the inner layer material and the outer layer material are bonded together with an elastic member interposed therebetween. Is used. Dividing the width of this sheet into two parts, placing the absorbent main body so as to pass between each sheet in a state where the divided sheets are arranged in parallel, bend the outer side part of each outer layer material constituting the sheet, and bend it Fix both ends of the absorbent body at the part. Subsequently, the sheets are folded near the center of the absorbent main body and the inner layer material is placed inside, and the stacked sheets are joined so as to sandwich the absorbent main body at predetermined intervals in the width direction. Then, the center part of a junction part is cut | disconnected and cut | disconnected in the width direction of a sheet | seat. As a result, a pants-type diaper including an exterior body formed by joining sheets and an absorbent main body fixed to the exterior body is completed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
Further, the front body and the back body are continuously covered with an integral exterior sheet, and a plurality of strip-like sheet base materials extending in the width direction are arranged on the outer surface while shifting the position in the longitudinal direction. A configuration is disclosed in which a waist elastic elastic member that also serves as a gather elastic elastic member is sandwiched between the waist-side end portions of the overlapping portion between the outer sheet and the exterior sheet, and fixed with a hot melt adhesive or the like (see, for example, Patent Document 3). . In this configuration, since the end portion on the crotch side of the strip-shaped sheet base material in the CD direction (width direction orthogonal to the line flow direction) is arranged so as to cover another strip-shaped sheet base material below, At least a two-layer structure composed of an exterior sheet and a strip-shaped sheet base material (a three-layer structure in the overlapping portion of the strip-shaped sheet base materials). In this production method, an elongated elastic elastic member is continuously sandwiched between the outer sheet and the belt-like sheet base material, and is fixed by a hot melt adhesive at the end on the waist side. For this reason, it is necessary to shift the belt-like sheet base materials so that the belt-like sheet base materials partially overlap, and the positional accuracy of the belt-like sheet base material with respect to the elongated elastic stretchable member becomes important.
A user's feeling of use similar to that of underwear is required for a pants-type diaper, and in a conventional pants-type diaper, the exterior body has a two-layer structure in which an inner layer material and an outer layer material are laminated over almost the entire surface. Therefore, further improvement in flexibility and breathability is expected. In particular, when an embossed sheet such as spunbond is used, the possibility has increased. Moreover, since the two-layer structure or the three-layer structure is also provided in the configuration in which the belt-like sheet base material serving as the waist frill member is arranged in the vertical direction, further improvement in air permeability is desired.
An object of the present invention is to solve the problem of stuffiness during wearing by softening the waist area of the exterior body of the pant-type diaper and improving the air permeability. Furthermore, when fixing the tape-shaped sheet material (strip-shaped sheet base material) which cut | disconnected the sheet | seat like a nonwoven fabric narrowly, it makes it a subject to arrange | position a tape-shaped sheet material stably with a predetermined space | interval.

Returning to FIG. 1, in this pant-
The inventor has invented the following manufacturing method as a manufacturing method of the pants-
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, for example, the
First, the
Although not shown in the drawing, the separating means is provided with a guide roll for each tape-like sheet material, spreads at a predetermined interval depending on the installation angle and position, and joined with the
In addition, a plurality of elastic body
In this way, the elastic
Then, the

Next, the exterior body
Next, the
Subsequently, the outer end in the width direction of the exterior body
Next, the longitudinal direction of the absorbent
Subsequently, the pants-
In the manufacturing method described above, a manufacturing method in which the bonding position of the tape-
A first embodiment of a preferred embodiment (first embodiment) of the method for producing a pant-type diaper of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. This 1st embodiment is one method of manufacturing the above-mentioned underpants type
8 is a plan view of the main part in FIG. 7, and FIG. 8 (1) is a view as seen from above the
As shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, the
Each tape-
When the back-side tape-
In this way, pressure is applied between the upper

The upper first and second separation rolls 251 and 252 and the lower first and second separation rolls 253 and 254 are rotatable rolls, and the upper

As described above, the tape-
Next, the position of each exterior body
First, the front and back of the exterior body
In the first and
In addition, the roll structure of the said
As a method of adjusting the position of each exterior body
Then, the absorptive
As a result, the pant-type diaper 10 (see FIG. 1) is completed, and the configuration described in the above-described example of the pant-type diaper can be obtained.
The width of the tape-shaped

In the manufacturing method of the said 1st embodiment, the exterior body
In the manufacturing method of the underpants type diaper of the said 1st embodiment, it is the 2nd sheet material in the state which maintained the position of the width direction at the time of slitting several tape-shaped
Moreover, since the usage-amount of the outer-
At the same time, the tape-
In addition, the tape-
Further, since the tape-
Further, since the separation interval of the tape-shaped
Supply direction of one exterior body
Further, depending on the configuration of the manufacturing apparatus and the arrangement space of the manufacturing apparatus, the elastic
Next, a second embodiment of the first embodiment will be described below with reference to FIG. The second embodiment is a method for manufacturing the above-described pant-
As shown in FIG. 11, similarly to the first embodiment, the
And like the above-mentioned 1st embodiment, between the upper side
In this way, the
On the other hand, the abdominal tape-shaped
In this way, pressure is applied between the lower
As described above, in order to bond the tape-shaped
Next, the position of each exterior body
First, the roll shaft is arranged at a predetermined angle (for example, preferably 30 ° to 60 °, more preferably 45 °) with respect to the supply direction (arrow A5 direction) of the exterior body
Therefore, with the first and
Thereafter, the manufacturing process is the same as the manufacturing method described in the first embodiment.
Next, a third embodiment of the first embodiment will be described below with reference to FIG. The third embodiment is a method for manufacturing the above-described pants-
As shown in FIG. 12, in the same manner as in the first embodiment, the exterior body
On the other hand, the abdominal tape-shaped
In this way, pressure is applied between the lower
Next, the position of each exterior body
The subsequent manufacturing process is the same as the manufacturing method described in the first embodiment.
In the second and third embodiments, the same effects as those of the first embodiment can be obtained. Further, in order for the tape-
Next, 2nd Embodiment of the manufacturing method of this invention is described below with reference to FIG. 2nd Embodiment is a preferable example of the manufacturing method of the underpants type diaper which does not use the elastic body
As shown in FIG. 13, the
As the

Moreover, the processing method will not be limited if the
Examples of the
As the sheet of (1), for example, (a) a substantially inelastic non-elastic fiber layer is disposed on at least one surface of the elastic fiber layer, and both fiber layers have a fiber form of the constituent fibers of the elastic fiber layer. In this state, the entire surface is joined by thermal fusion at the intersection of the fibers, and a part of the constituent fibers of the inelastic fiber layer enters the elastic fiber layer, and a part of the constituent fibers of the elastic fiber layer is inelastic. Examples include stretchable nonwoven fabrics that are in either or both of the states of entering the fiber layer. Moreover, as said (1)-(3) sheet | seat, it has (b) the elastic layer which has elastic elasticity, and a substantially inelastic nonelastic fiber layer, and both the said layers are laminated | stacked on the thickness direction. A stretchable sheet or the like obtained by stretching a laminated sheet that is partially bonded to each other can be preferably used. As one means for obtaining these stretched and stretchable fiber layers and nonwoven fabrics (1) to (3), it is preferable to perform the above-described tooth gap processing.
In the stretchable nonwoven fabric of (a), the intersection between the constituent fiber of the elastic fiber layer and the constituent fiber of the non-elastic fiber layer is heat-sealed at and near the interface between the elastic fiber layer and the non-elastic fiber layer. And substantially uniformly bonded over the entire surface. By joining all over, it is prevented that both layers are separated and a space is formed, and it becomes a stretchable nonwoven fabric having a multi-layer structure with a sense of unity like a single nonwoven fabric. The state in which the constituent fibers of the elastic fiber layer maintain the fiber form means that even if most of the constituent fibers of the elastic fiber layer are given heat, pressure, etc., a film or a film containing fibers A state that is not transformed into a structure. Further, in the elastic fiber layer, the intersections of the constituent fibers are thermally fused in the layer. Similarly, in the non-elastic fiber layer, the intersection of the constituent fibers is thermally fused in the layer.
When the non-elastic fiber layer is arranged on both surfaces of the elastic fiber layer, at least one of the surfaces of the elastic fiber layer is in a state in which a part of the constituent fiber enters the elastic fiber layer and one of the constituent fibers of the elastic fiber layer. The portion is in one or both of the states in which the portion has entered at least one inelastic fiber layer.
The elastic fiber layer has the property of being stretchable and contracting when released from the stretched force. Further, it is an aggregate of fibers having elasticity. The elastic fiber layer may be in the form of a web or a nonwoven fabric made of elastic fibers. For example, it may be a nonwoven fabric formed by a spinning blow method, a spun bond method, a melt blow method, or the like. Particularly preferred is a web obtained by the spinning blow method. As the constituent fiber of the elastic fiber layer, for example, a fiber made of thermoplastic elastomer, rubber or the like can be used. In particular, fibers made from thermoplastic elastomers can be melt-spun using an extruder in the same way as ordinary thermoplastic resins, and the fibers thus obtained are easily heat-sealed. Is suitable for the stretchable nonwoven fabric of this embodiment. Examples of the thermoplastic elastomer include styrene elastomers such as SBS, SIS, SEBS, and SEPS, olefin elastomers, polyester elastomers, and polyurethane elastomers. These can be used individually by 1 type or in combination of 2 or more types.
The inelastic fiber layer has extensibility but is substantially inelastic. The extensibility here refers to the case where the constituent fibers themselves are stretched, and even if the constituent fibers themselves are not stretched, the two fibers that have been thermally fused at the intersection of the fibers are separated, or the fibers are thermally fused. For example, the three-dimensional structure formed by a plurality of fibers may be structurally changed, the constituent fibers may be broken, and the whole fiber layer may be elongated. Examples of the fibers constituting the inelastic fiber layer include fibers made of polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyester (PET or PBT), polyamide, and the like. The fibers constituting the inelastic fiber layer may be short fibers or long fibers, and may be hydrophilic or water repellent. Moreover, a core-sheath type or side-by-side composite fiber, a split fiber, a modified cross-section fiber, a crimped fiber, a heat-shrinkable fiber, or the like can also be used. These fibers can be used singly or in combination of two or more. The inelastic fiber layer can be a continuous filament or short fiber web or nonwoven.
In the stretchable sheet (b), a substantially inelastic non-elastic fiber layer is laminated on both sides or one side of an elastic layer having elastic stretchability, and these are partially joined in a regular pattern. It can be obtained by stretching the laminated sheet.
Next, the
And like the above-mentioned 1st embodiment, each tape-shaped
When the back-side tape-
Then, pressure is applied between the upper
On the other hand, the abdominal tape-shaped
Then, pressure is applied between the lower
The adhesive 32 supplied to each
As described above, in order for the tape-
Next, in the same manner as the second embodiment of the first embodiment described above, the positions of the exterior body
In the second embodiment, the same effect as in the first embodiment described above can be obtained. At the same time, since elasticity is imparted to the tape-shaped

Next, a first embodiment of the third embodiment according to the manufacturing method of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. The first mode of the third embodiment is a method for manufacturing a pant-type diaper having a configuration in which part of the pant-
As shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the
The plurality of tape-shaped
A tape-
Therefore, the pressure applied between the upper
Further, the elastic
Thus, the exterior body
Furthermore, the front and back of the exterior body
On the other hand, in the same manner as in the third embodiment of the first embodiment described above, pressure is applied between the lower
Next, in the same manner as the second embodiment of the first embodiment described above, the positions of the exterior body
By the above process, the exterior body
The subsequent steps are the same as those described in the first embodiment.
In the manufacturing method according to the first embodiment of the third embodiment, the same effects as those of the first embodiment described above can be obtained. At the same time, by forming a wide width of the tape-like sheet material 33Tc arranged on the iliac, it is possible to adhere a plurality of elastic body continuous members 3Sc to one tape-like sheet material 33Tc. The force can be strengthened, the tightening force on the iliac bone is strengthened, and there is an advantage that the pants-type diaper is less likely to slip off during operation or the like.
Next, a second embodiment of the third embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. When the tape-like sheet material 33Tc produced in the
As shown in FIG. 16, in the
In this case, the tape-
In the third embodiment, two tape-like sheet materials 33Tc are made wide and a plurality of elastic
For example, when arranged on the waist, on the iliac bone, the waist, etc., the number of elastic body
Next, the case where a pants-type diaper is produced using the tape-
FIG. 17 (1) shows a side view of a main part of a diaper produced using a tape-shaped
In the above example, the widths of the
Note that the tape-
Further, when the number of tape-
As an example, referring to FIG. 18 (1), when six tape-
Further, with reference to FIG. 18 (2), a case will be described in which the number of tape-
In the case of the configuration shown in FIGS. 18 (1) and 18 (2), the expansion / contraction range and stress can be adjusted, and the degree of freedom of exterior body specifications (for example, tightening stress design) is expanded. Moreover, in either structure, since the
Next, the case where a pants-type diaper is produced using the tape-
The side view of the main part of the diaper shown in FIG. 19 is the case of the tape-
Next, another example in which a pants-type diaper is produced using a tape-
The main part side view of the diaper shown in FIG. 20 is the case of the tape-
Next, in the embodiment described with reference to FIGS. 11 to 14, a method for adjusting the position of each exterior body
Next, 4th Embodiment which concerns on the manufacturing method of the underpants type wearing article of this invention is described with reference to FIG. FIG. 21 is a main part plan view showing a case where a plurality of elastic body

Each said embodiment and each embodiment can be combined suitably.
For example, the fourth embodiment can be combined with the first to third embodiments.
A case where the second embodiment of the third embodiment and the fourth embodiment are combined will be described. For example, in the
In each of the above embodiments, a pant-type diaper is shown as an example of the pant-type wearing article of the present invention. However, a pant-type diaper cover that is used with an absorbent main body disposed on the skin surface side is also preferable. The absorbent main body is not particularly limited as long as it absorbs excreted urine and the like, and examples thereof include an absorbent pad such as a urine collecting pad. The absorbent pad includes, for example, a liquid-permeable surface sheet, a liquid-impermeable leak-proof sheet, and a liquid-retaining absorbent interposed between the two sheets, and is formed in a vertically long shape such as a rectangular shape in plan view. The thing which was done is mentioned. Preferably, a pair of left and right solid guards are formed on both sides of the absorbent pad in the longitudinal direction, and each solid guard is for forming a solid guard having a solid guard elastic member on both sides of the absorbent pad in the longitudinal direction. It is preferable that the sheet material is disposed. The longitudinal direction of such an absorbent pad is passed from the wearer's back side to the stomach side through the crotch, and the liquid-permeable sheet side of the pad is disposed so as to contact the wearer's skin. It is preferable to wear the diaper cover so as to cover the absorbent pad.
Further, the pant-type wearing article of the present invention is a concept that includes absorbent articles in general having a pant-type structure, such as a sanitary short and a shorts napkin, in addition to the pant-type diaper as described above. This pants-type wearing article may be for infants or for adults.
