Description
本発明者等は、上記する本発明による浄化システムを適用してなる浄化方法と、従来の浄化方法それぞれによってシアン汚染土を浄化し、洗浄後の洗浄土と洗浄液中のシアン濃度を測定して双方の比較を試みた。なお、本試験は、室内と現地プラントの双方で実施している。
Claims (6)
- シアン汚染土からシアンを分離除去して浄化土を得る、シアン汚染土の浄化装置であって、
シアン汚染土が投入されるとともに、少なくとも粗粒土と細粒土を分離する篩を備えた篩装置と、
無機鉄化合物と無機銅化合物が溶媒内で溶解されてなる洗浄液を収容し、これを前記篩上のシアン汚染土に提供する洗浄液提供装置と、を少なくとも備え、
それぞれの前記篩上でシアン汚染土中のシアンと洗浄液成分とからなる不溶性塩を生成し、該不溶性塩をすすぎ洗浄して該篩上で浄化土を得る、シアン汚染土の浄化システム。 - 前記洗浄液を高圧で前記篩上のシアン汚染土に提供し、該洗浄液にキャビテーションを発生させるようになっている、請求項1に記載のシアン汚染土の浄化システム。
- 寸法の異なる2種以上の篩目を具備する篩が鉛直方向に直列的に配され、粒径の異なる2種以上の粗粒土がそれぞれに固有の篩上で浄化されて浄化土とされる、請求項1または2に記載のシアン汚染土の浄化システム。
- 前記無機鉄化合物が硫酸第一鉄であり、前記無機銅化合物が硫酸銅である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のシアン汚染土の浄化システム。
- 前記洗浄液において、前記無機銅化合物を形成する銅の濃度は、前記無機鉄化合物を形成する鉄の濃度に比して1〜1.6倍の範囲に調合されている、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のシアン汚染土の浄化システム。
- 前記浄化システムは、前記篩装置にて分級された細粒土と前記不溶性塩とから、非汚染溶媒と、細粒土および不溶性塩からなる脱水ケーキと、を分離する分離装置をさらに備え、
脱水ケーキと分離された前記非汚染溶媒が新規な前記洗浄液の生成に転用されるようになっている、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のシアン汚染土の浄化システム。
