b)磁界を非常に僅かに強める常磁性体(例えばアルミニウム、空気、μr≒1)
c)磁界を非常に僅かに弱める反磁性体(例えば銀、銅、μr<1)
Claims (8)
- 能動的な磁界発生手段を備えた少なくとも1つの2次側部分(7)に対して空隙(δ)を隔てて配置される1次側部分(2)であって、
少なくとも1つの積層鉄心(3)と当該積層鉄心(3)に形成された歯(5)に巻回された巻線又はコイル(4)とを有し、かつ前記2次側部分(7)との組み合わせによって構成されるリニア電気機械(1)の移動方向(R)に2つの端面(S1、S2)を有しており、
前記端面(S1、S2)の一方又は両方に、前記リニア電気機械(1)における移動の際に生じる力脈動の低減のための要素として、少なくとも1つの制動要素(11)が配置されており、当該制動要素(11)は、導電性(κel>0)であり、かつ無視できるほど低い透磁率(μr≒1)を有していて、当該制動要素(11)が前記二次側部分(7)の磁界内を移動する際に当該制動要素(11)内に誘導される渦電流によって磁界を発生させ、当該磁界によって前記力脈動を低減せしめるべく配置されたものであり、かつ
前記積層鉄心(3)が、前記リニア電気機械(1)の移動方向(R)に対して横方向に広がっている幅を有すると共に、前記制動要素(11)が、前記積層鉄心(3)の前記幅の部分範囲に亘ってのみ広がっている
ことを特徴とする1次側部分。 - 前記制動要素(11)が、機械的結合および熱的結合のための担持要素(10)に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の1次側部分。 - 前記担持要素(10)が、前記積層鉄心(3)に配置されており、かつ当該積層鉄心(3)と一体的に構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の1次側部分。 - 前記制動要素(11)が、力結合、物質結合又は形状結合によって、前記担持要素(10)に装着可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項2又は3記載の1次側部分。 - 前記制動要素(11)が、塊状のアルミニウム又は銅からなるものである
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4の1つに記載の1次側部分。 - 前記担持要素(10)が、少なくとも部分的に、隣接する前記巻線又はコイル(4)に接触している
ことを特徴とする請求項1から5の1つに記載の1次側部分。 - 前記制要素(11)の空隙(δ)側の面又はエッジが、予め与えられた半径で丸く形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6の1つに記載の1次側部分。 - 一次側部分と2次側部分とを有する同期リニアモータにおいて、
請求項1から7のうちいずれか1項に記載の1次側部分(2)を備えた
ことを特徴とする同期リニアモータ。
