Description

The present invention relates to a method for producing a high-tensile steel material having a tensile strength of 570 N / mm 2 or more and excellent weld crack resistance.

In recent years, due to the increase in size of structures, opportunities for using high-tensile steel having a tensile strength of 570 N / mm 2 or more are increasing. Generally, high strength steel has a problem of low weld crack resistance because many alloy elements are added for the purpose of improving strength. In view of this, steel that has been conventionally represented by the following mathematical formula (1) and has a low Pcm value, which is an index representing the weld crack resistance, has been proposed (for example, see Patent Document 1). Specifically, in the method for producing a high-strength steel material described in Patent Document 1, after heating steel having a Pcm defined by the following formula 1 of 0.25% or less, it is hot-rolled and then immediately Ar3. A high-tensile steel material having a high yield point of 450 N / mm 2 or more is manufactured by cooling from a temperature above the point to a temperature range of 350 to 650 ° C. at a cooling rate of 5 ° C./second or more.

Figure 0005194572

However, in the conventional manufacturing method as described in Patent Document 1, it cannot be said that the strength inherent in steel is sufficiently exhibited, and there is room for further improvement in the strength and toughness of steel. . The main cause is that tempering is not performed after hot rolling. For example, in a high strength steel having a tensile strength of 570 N / mm 2 or more, in order to ensure the hardenability of the steel, it is necessary to add a large amount of an alloy element that enhances the hardenability such as Mn, Ni, and B. When such an alloy element is added, the metal structure of the steel material contains a very high concentration of carbon atoms called a martensite-austenite mixture (hereinafter abbreviated as MA mixture) and is very hard or There is a problem that the toughness of the steel material is lowered because the formation of a metal structure that is harmful to the toughness that can be hardened is promoted. Moreover, when this MA mixture produces | generates, there also exists a problem that the yield strength of steel falls. The reason for this decrease in yield strength is not clear, but there are many mobile dislocations introduced in the formation of martensite in the steel, and these dislocations start to move and easily deform (low yield stress is low). )

In order to solve the problem that the MA mixture is generated in such a steel material, conventionally, a tempering process is performed after the cooling is completed. The purpose of the heat treatment such as the tempering treatment is assumed to be various, but usually it is often performed at a relatively high temperature of 500 ° C. or higher and Ac1 point or lower (see, for example, Patent Document 2). In addition, although Ac1 point of steel changes with the contained components, it is about 700 degreeC in general.
JP 2002-220622 A Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-241118

However, the conventional techniques described above have the following problems. When tempering is performed after cooling as in the technique described in Patent Document 2, the MA mixture generated during cooling (quenching) can be decomposed, but the MA mixture generated in steel is decomposed. For this purpose, it is necessary to carry out a treatment for a relatively long time at a high temperature of 550 ° C. or higher at which diffusion of iron atoms is a practical speed. For this reason, during this tempering treatment, cementite and carbonitride existing in the steel are also subjected to a long-time heat treatment under excessively high temperature conditions. As a result, cementite and carbonitride grow and grow coarse in the steel, so that there is a problem that the best metallographic state cannot be realized. In addition, in order to carry out heat treatment such as tempering after cooling, manufacturing equipment such as a heat treatment furnace is required in addition to existing equipment, and further manufacturing steps must be added, resulting in reduced productivity and increased costs. There is also the problem of inviting.

The present invention has been devised in view of the above-mentioned problems, and the object of the present invention is to have a tensile strength of 570 N / mm 2 or more without performing a long-time heat treatment at a high temperature after cooling. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a high-strength steel material having excellent weld cracking resistance, from which a steel material having excellent strength and toughness can be obtained.

The manufacturing method of the high-tensile steel material excellent in weld crack resistance according to the present invention is mass%, C: 0.001 to 0.20%, Si: 0.001 to 2%, Mn: 0.001 to 4 0.5 % , S: 0.0005-0.02%, Al: 0.0001-0.1%, N: 0.0001-0.01% , the balance consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities, C content (%) [C], Si content (%) [Si], Mn content (%) [Mn], Cu content (%) [Cu], Ni content (%) [Ni], Cr content (%) as [Cr], Mo content (%) as [Mo], V content (%) as [V], and B content (%) as [B] When the steel having a composition with Pcm defined by the following formula (2) being 0.26% or less is cast, the steel material after casting is pressed as it is without cooling. Or after cooling to room temperature and then reheating to 950 to 1250 ° C. to roll, and rolling the rolled steel material at a temperature of Ar3 point or higher, After forced cooling from a temperature to a temperature range of room temperature to 650 ° C. at a cooling rate of 1 ° C./sec or more, air cooling is performed to a temperature of 100 to less than 200 ° C.
In the present invention, the Pcm (weld cracking susceptibility composition) defined by the above formula (2) and indicating weld crack resistance is limited to 0.26% or less. Can improve sex.
In addition, after the rolling is completed, forced cooling is performed from the temperature of the Ar 3 point or higher to the range of room temperature to 650 ° C., so that the metal microstructure of the steel is bainite and / or martensite or the like (partially ferrite and / or performance). -It may contain light), and the high-strength steel material to be produced is strengthened with the transformation structure. Thereby, the fall of the hardenability and intensity | strength assumed by having reduced Pcm defined by the said Numerical formula (2) can be prevented.
Furthermore, since the solid solution element and the precipitation element are added within a range not exceeding the upper limit of Pcm according to the strength of the target steel material, the manufactured high strength steel material can be further strengthened.
Furthermore, after cooling, processing is performed at an average equivalent plastic strain in the sheet thickness direction of 0.1% or more and 10% or less under a temperature condition of room temperature or more and 200 ° C. or less. All or part of the mixture can be transformed into martensite. And this martensite is tempered by the self-tempering effect in the subsequent cooling process and almost disappears. Moreover, since the mobile dislocations introduced by the formation of the MA mixture and the subsequent martensitic transformation are also aged in the cooling process after the processing, it is possible to suppress a decrease in yield strength due to the MA mixture. It is.
As a result, the influence of the MA mixture is reduced, the toughness deterioration amount is reduced, and the yield strength can be suppressed from being lowered. Therefore, a high-strength steel material having excellent weld crack resistance and manufacturing stability can be obtained. can get.

The manufacturing method of the other high-tensile steel material excellent in weld crack resistance according to the present invention is mass%, C: 0.001 to 0.20%, Si: 0.001 to 2%, Mn: 0.001. -4.5% , S: 0.0005-0.02% , Al: 0.0001-0.1%, N: 0.0001-0.01% , the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities C content (%) [C], Si content (%) [Si], Mn content (%) [Mn], Cu content (%) [Cu], Ni content ( %) [Ni], Cr content (%) [Cr], Mo content (%) [Mo], V content (%) [V], B content (%) [B] Then, the step of casting a steel having a composition with Pcm defined by the following formula (2) being 0.26% or less, and the steel material after the casting can be performed without cooling.

In the present invention, Pcm, which is defined by the above mathematical formula (2) and shows weld crack resistance, is limited to 0.26% or less, so that the weld crack resistance of the high-tensile steel material to be manufactured can be improved.
In addition, after the rolling is completed, forced cooling is performed at a cooling rate of 1 ° C./sec or higher from a temperature of Ar 3 point or higher to a range of room temperature or higher and 650 ° C. or lower, so that the metal structure of steel is bainite and / or martensite or the like ( In some cases, ferrite and / or pearlite may be included), and the high-strength steel material to be manufactured is strengthened in the transformation structure. According to the present invention, the weld cracking resistance of the steel material is improved by restricting the Pcm indicating the weld cracking resistance to a certain value or less, and the Mn content is less than 4.5% by mass and cooling after rolling. By optimizing the conditions, the toughness and strength are prevented from being lowered, and after cooling, the average equivalent plastic strain in the thickness direction is 0.1% or more under the temperature conditions of room temperature to 650 ° C. Since most of the MA mixture formed in the steel has disappeared, the tensile strength is not less than 570 N / mm 2 and the strength and toughness are excellent without performing heat treatment at high temperature for a long time after cooling. High-tensile steel. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a steel material having sufficient characteristics when applied to a main member of a large structure represented by a bridge and a building.

Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail. In the following description, the mass% in the composition is simply expressed as%. The gist of the present invention is as follows.
First, in order to improve the weld crack resistance of the high-tensile steel material, Pcm, which is defined by the following formula (3) and indicates the weld crack resistance, is limited to a certain value or less. In the following formula (3), [C] is C content (%), [Si] is Si content (%), [Mn] is Mn content (%), [Cu] is Cu content (% ), [Ni] is Ni content (%), [Cr] is Cr content (%), [Mo] is Mo content (%), [V] is V content (%), [B] is B content (%).
The smaller the value of Pcm, the higher the effect of improving the weld crack resistance, the lower the preheating temperature of the steel material before welding, and the higher the working efficiency. Specifically, when Pcm is 0.26% or less, the preheating temperature becomes about room temperature, and preheating becomes unnecessary. Therefore, in the manufacturing method of the high-tensile steel material of the present invention, the upper limit of Pcm is set to 0.26%.

Figure 0005194572
Figure 0005194572

On the other hand, lowering the value of Pcm defined by the above mathematical formula (3) is to reduce elements that contribute to strength by solid solution strengthening and precipitation strengthening, which are effective in enhancing hardenability. This will reduce the strength of the steel material. Therefore, in the method for producing a high-strength steel material of the present invention, in order to strengthen the steel material, the rolled steel material after rolling is cooled at a cooling rate of 1 ° C./sec or higher from a temperature of Ar 3 point or higher to a range of room temperature to 650 ° C. Forced cooling at.
Thereby, the metal structure of the steel becomes bainite and / or martensite or the like (sometimes including ferrite and / or pearlite), and the high-strength steel material to be manufactured is strengthened by the transformation structure. It is possible to prevent a decrease in hardenability and strength assumed by lowering Pcm defined by Equation (3).

Moreover, in the manufacturing method of the high strength steel materials of this invention, the solid solution element and the precipitation element are added in the range which does not exceed the upper limit of Pcm according to the intensity | strength of the target steel materials. Thereby, the high-tensile steel material manufactured can be strengthened more.

Furthermore, in the manufacturing method of the high-tensile steel material of the present invention, the average equivalent plastic strain in the thickness direction of the rolled steel material after forced cooling is set to an appropriate range in a temperature range of 100 to less than 200 ° C or room temperature to less than 100 ° C. To perform plastic working. Thereby, all or a part of the MA mixture formed in the metal structure after forced cooling can be transformed into martensite, and this martensite is self-tempering effect in the subsequent cooling process or as necessary. It is tempered by the heat treatment performed at 450 ° C. or lower and disappears. As a result, the harmfulness of the MA mixture is reduced, the toughness deterioration amount is reduced, and the yield strength is increased. The reason why the MA mixture is transformed into martensite by processing is that plastic deformation promotes martensite transformation. In addition, this process introduces new dislocations in the steel microstructure, suppresses the movement of movable dislocations generated by martensitic transformation, promotes aging through promoting diffusion of C and N, and yield. There is also an effect that helps to restore strength.

By applying such plastic strain to the steel material, the MA mixture can be changed to martensite. Since the martensite thus produced contains a large amount of carbon atoms, it is extremely hard. is there. For this reason, the toughness of steel is significantly deteriorated simply by applying plastic strain. Therefore, the present inventor has conducted extensive experimental research and found that the toughness deterioration of steel can be suppressed by performing such plastic working at a specific temperature or higher. This is presumed to be due to the fact that martensite generated by applying plastic strain was tempered at the temperature of the steel itself during air cooling after processing. The tempering of martensite is precipitation of supersaturated carbon atoms as iron carbide (cementite, etc.), which is possible at a temperature of 100 ° C. or higher at which carbon atoms can diffuse within a practical time. .

With the above-described configuration, the high-strength steel material manufacturing method of the present invention can obtain a high-strength steel material that has excellent weld crack resistance and has both manufacturing stability and welded portion toughness. In addition, the high-tensile steel material in the present invention is a so-called high-strength steel plate, and includes thick steel plates, hot-rolled steel plates, and the like.

Hereinafter, conditions necessary for realizing these ideas will be described. First, regarding the chemical composition of the steel material, the reason for adding each component and the reason for limiting the numerical value will be described.
[C: 0.001 to 0.20%]
C is added in order to improve the strength of the steel material by controlling the hardenability and generating carbides including cementite. However, when this C is excessively contained, the amount of hard second phase structure such as pearlite, martensite and cementite is increased, resulting in a decrease in the ductility and toughness of the steel, and the weldability of the steel. The toughness of the weld is degraded. Specifically, when the C content exceeds 0.20%, workability, weldability and toughness are significantly deteriorated. On the other hand, when the C content is less than 0.001%, the effect of improving the strength cannot be obtained, and the strength of the steel material cannot be increased. Therefore, the C content is set to 0.001 to 0.20%.

[Si:0.001〜2%]
[Si: 0.001-2%]
Si is a deoxidizing element for steel and is usually added together with Mn for the purpose of reducing the oxygen concentration of the steel. Further, this Si contributes to an increase in strength as a solid solution strengthening element. However, when the Si content is less than 0.001%, the above-described solid solution strengthening cannot be achieved. On the other hand, if the Si content exceeds 2%, the low temperature toughness and the surface properties of the steel deteriorate. For this reason, Si content shall be 0.001-2%.

[Mn:0.001〜4.5%]
[Mn: 0.001 to 4.5%]
Mn has an effect on deoxidation in the same manner as Si, but is an element that contributes to improving the strength by increasing the hardenability of the material in steel. Further, Mn is an element that is utilized next to C because it is inexpensive. However, when the Mn content exceeds 4.5%, microsegregation generated during solidification becomes remarkable, and the presence of a portion concentrated in the steel material more than the added amount increases. Thus, the site | part which Mn has aggregated has high hardenability, and is easy to produce | generate the MA mixture which degrades weld part toughness. On the other hand, if the Mn content is less than 0.001%, the hardenability of the material cannot be improved even if it is present in the steel. Therefore, from the viewpoint of avoiding the formation of the MA mixture, the Mn content is set to 0.001 to 4.5%.

[Pcm:0.26%
[Pcm: 0.26% or less]
Pcm defined by the above mathematical formula (3) and indicating weld crack resistance is set to 0.26% or less. By setting the value of Pcm to 0.26% or less, the preheating temperature of the steel material to be performed prior to welding becomes about room temperature, and the preheating work becomes unnecessary. In addition, since it becomes possible to make the value of Pcm small, so that the intensity | strength of steel materials is low, it is desirable to make Pcm as small as possible according to target intensity | strength. However, even if Pcm is less than 0.18%, preheating is not necessary, so the lower limit value of Pcm is preferably 0.18%.

In addition to the above components, at least one element selected from the group consisting of Cu, Ni, Cr and Mo can be added to the steel used in the present invention. Thereby, the hardenability and intensity | strength of steel materials can be improved. Hereinafter, the preferable range of the content of these elements and the reason for limiting the numerical values will be described.

[Cu:0.001〜2%]
[Cu: 0.001-2%]
Cu is effective for improving the hardenability, and has a solid solution in the ferrite, and has the effect of improving the strength of the steel material by this solid solution strengthening. Moreover, Cu is an element effective for precipitation strengthening, and has the effect of forming a precipitated phase of metal Cu, promoting the formation of a fine structure, and suppressing the deterioration of ductility. However, when the Cu content is less than 0.001%, the amount of precipitation becomes insufficient, and the above-described effects cannot be obtained. In addition, when the Cu content exceeds 2%, precipitation strengthening becomes significant, causing precipitation at the grain boundaries during casting, causing internal cracks, and flaws are likely to occur in the steel ingot and steel plate during the rolling manufacturing process, Furthermore, it becomes a factor which degrades the hot workability etc. of steel materials. Therefore, when adding Cu, the content is made 0.001 to 2%.

[Ni:0.001〜3%]
[Ni: 0.001 to 3%]
Ni is an element that has the effect of improving strength and is particularly useful in that strength can be improved without reducing toughness. However, when the Ni content is less than 0.001%, it hardly functions to improve the strength. That is, when the Ni content is less than 0.001%, the effect of improving the strength cannot be obtained. In addition, even if Ni is included in an amount exceeding 3%, the effect is saturated, the effect commensurate with the content cannot be expected, and it is economically disadvantageous, and the strength increase due to quenching strengthening becomes remarkable, and toughness and ductility Cause deterioration. Therefore, when adding Ni, the content is made 0.001 to 3%.

[Cr:0.001〜2%]
[Cr: 0.001-2%]
Cr is an element effective for improving the strength of the base material (steel material) by improving hardenability and precipitation hardening. When the Cr content is less than 0.001%, the above-described strength increasing effect is not sufficiently exhibited, and when it exceeds 2%, the toughness decreases. Therefore, when adding Cr, the content is made 0.001 to 2%.

[Mo:0.001〜1%]
[Mo: 0.001 to 1%]
Mo has an effect of improving strength by contributing to improvement of hardenability and precipitation strengthening. If the Mo content is less than 0.001%, it cannot contribute to precipitation strengthening, and sufficient strength cannot be ensured. On the other hand, if the Mo content exceeds 1%, not only the alloy cost is increased, but also the strength is significantly increased and the toughness is deteriorated. Therefore, when adding Mo, the content is made 0.001 to 1%.

Further, the steel used in the present invention includes, in addition to the above components, V: 0.0001 to 0.2%, Nb: 0.0001 to 0.1%, and Ti: 0.0001 to 0.1%. At least one element selected from the group consisting of can also be added. V, Nb, and Ti function effectively in terms of precipitation strengthening as well as refinement of crystal grains, and can be selectively added within a range that does not deteriorate toughness. At this time, if the V content exceeds 0.2%, the Nb content exceeds 0.1%, or the Ti content exceeds 0.1%, the toughness of the steel material decreases. Further, when the content of these elements is less than 0.0001%, the above-described effects cannot be obtained. Therefore, when V is added, the content is 0.0001 to 0.2%. When Nb is added, the content is 0.0001 to 0.1%, and when Ti is added. The content is 0.0001 to 0.1%.

Furthermore, in the steel used in the present invention, if necessary, from REM: 0.0001 to 0.1%, Mg: 0.0001 to 0.02%, and Ca: 0.0001 to 0.02%. At least one element selected from the group may be added. Note that REM is a rare earth element such as La or Ce. REM, Mg, and Ca are effective for improving HAZ toughness by grain refinement and detoxifying S, and can be selectively added. However, excessive addition of these elements impairs toughness. Therefore, when these elements are added, the content of REM is limited to 0.10% or less, and the content of Mg and Ca is limited to 0.02% or less. The reason why the lower limit of the content of these elements is set to 0.0001% or more is that the effect cannot be obtained below this value.

Furthermore, in the steel used in the present invention, if necessary, Al: 0.0001 to 0.1%, Zr: 0.0001 to 0.3%, Hf: 0.0001 to 0.3%, and At least one element selected from the group consisting of Ta: 0.0001 to 0.3% can also be added. Al, Zr, Ta and Hf can be selectively added as deoxidizing elements or carbonitride-forming elements. However, if the Al content exceeds 0.1% or the Zr, Ta, and Hf contents each exceed 0.3% by mass, the toughness and surface properties of the steel material deteriorate. Therefore, when these elements are added, their contents are made 0.1%, 0.3%, 0.3%, and 0.3% or less, respectively. Further, the reason why the lower limit values of the contents of Al, Zr, Ta and Hf are set to 0.0001% is that the effects of deoxidation and carbonitride formation cannot be obtained below this value.

Furthermore, the steel used in the present invention may contain N: 0.0001 to 0.01% in addition to the above components. N forms nitrides with Ti, Al, Zr, Ta, and Hf, and effectively acts to refine austenite and recrystallize ferrite. For this reason, N can be selectively added as long as the toughness is not deteriorated. Specifically, when the N content exceeds 0.01%, the toughness decreases. Further, when the N content is less than 0.0001%, the above-described effects cannot be obtained. Therefore, when N is added, the content is set to 0.0001 to 0.01%.

Furthermore, B: 0.0001 to 0.005% can be added to the steel used in the present invention, if necessary. B is an element that increases the hardenability of the steel material and makes it easy to obtain a desired strength without significantly increasing Pcm. However, if the B content exceeds 0.005%, the hardenability becomes excessive. Therefore, when adding B, the upper limit of the content is made 0.005%. Moreover, since B exhibits its effect in a very small amount, its lower limit is set to 0.0001%, which is the current analysis limit. However, the effect may be obtained even when the B content is less than 0.0001%.

Furthermore, S: 0.0005 to 0.02% can be added to the steel used in the present invention, if necessary. S combines with Mn in steel to produce MnS. Since this MnS is dispersed as fine precipitates in the steel, growth of crystal grains during reheating before rolling is suppressed, and many transformation structures such as ferrite are present on this MnS precipitate during cooling after rolling. In other words, by nucleating non-uniformly (foreign matter), the metal structure (crystal grains) of the final steel is refined, and the strength and toughness of the steel are improved. However, when the S content is less than 0.0005%, these effects cannot be obtained. On the other hand, if the S content exceeds 0.02%, the MnS particles become coarse and this becomes the starting point of fracture, so the toughness deteriorates. Therefore, when adding S, let the content be 0.0005 to 0.02%.

Furthermore, O: 0.0001 to 0.01% can be added to the steel used in the present invention, if necessary. O combines with oxide-forming elements such as Ti, Al, and Mn to form compounds such as oxides. Since these compounds are finely dispersed in the steel, the growth of crystal grains during reheating performed before rolling is suppressed, and many transformation structures such as ferrite are present on the MnS precipitate during cooling after rolling. In other words, by nucleating non-uniformly (foreign matter), the metal structure (crystal grains) of the final steel is refined, and the strength and toughness of the steel are improved. However, when the O content is less than 0.0001%, the effect cannot be obtained. On the other hand, if the O content exceeds 0.01%, the compound becomes coarse and this becomes the starting point of fracture, so that the toughness deteriorates. Therefore, when adding O, the content is made 0.0001 to 0.01%.

In addition, components other than each said component of steel used by this invention are Fe and an unavoidable impurity. As this inevitable impurity, for example, P may be mentioned, and in this case, the P content is preferably 0.02% or less.

Next, the manufacturing conditions of the steel material will be described. In the manufacturing method of the high-tensile steel material of the present invention, first, the steel composition is adjusted to the above-mentioned range, and then cast. Thereafter, the cast steel material is rolled as it is without being cooled to room temperature, or once cooled to room temperature after casting, it is reheated to 950 to 1250 ° C. and rolled. At this time, rolling is completed at a temperature not lower than the Ar3 point.
Next, the rolled steel material after rolling is subjected to forced cooling at a cooling rate of 1 ° C./sec or more from the rolling end temperature, that is, from the temperature of Ar 3 point or higher to the range of room temperature to 650 ° C., and further this 100 to 200 ° C. After processing at an average equivalent plastic strain in the thickness direction of 0.1% or more and 10% or less in a temperature range of less than room temperature to less than 100 ° C., it is air-cooled as it is or forcedly cooled. Then, if necessary, heat treatment is performed under a temperature condition of 100 to 400 ° C. to produce a high-tensile steel material having a tensile strength of 570 N / mm 2 or more. Hereinafter, the reason for limiting the numerical values of the manufacturing conditions described above will be described.

[Reheating temperature before rolling: 950 to 1250 ° C.]
When the reheating temperature before rolling is less than 950 ° C., the metal structure of the steel material does not become an austenite single phase. On the other hand, when the reheating temperature before rolling exceeds 1250 ° C., the growth of austenite crystal grains is accelerated and the austenite crystal grains become coarse, so that the toughness of the steel material is deteriorated. Therefore, when reheating a steel raw material before rolling, the heating temperature shall be 950-1250 degreeC.

[Rolling end temperature: Ar3 point or higher]
In the present invention, the rolling conditions are not particularly defined, but it is necessary to finish the rolling at the Ar3 point or higher of the steel material. This is because when rolled below the Ar3 temperature, the processed ferrite is mixed in the metal structure, and the toughness of the steel material deteriorates.
[Cooling start temperature: Ar3 or higher]
When cooling is performed from a temperature lower than the Ar3 point, coarse ferrite is generated before the start of cooling, and the strength of the steel material is reduced and the toughness is deteriorated. Therefore, the rolled steel sheet after rolling is cooled from a temperature not lower than the Ar3 point.

[Cooling end temperature: room temperature to 650 ° C]
The rolled steel sheet after rolling is cooled at a cooling rate of 1 ° C./sec or more. This cooling is preferably performed by water cooling, but any method may be used as long as a cooling rate equivalent to this is obtained. Further, when the cooling end temperature exceeds 650 ° C., ferrite increases in the metal structure, and thus the strength of the steel material cannot be increased. On the other hand, it is difficult to cool the rolled steel sheet to a temperature lower than room temperature with the current facility capacity such as water cooling. Therefore, the cooling end temperature of the rolled steel sheet is set to room temperature or higher and 650 ° C. or lower. In addition, about the completion | finish temperature of cooling of a rolled steel plate, it can adjust suitably according to the target strength level.

[Plastic processing conditions (a): 0.1% to 10% in terms of average equivalent plastic strain at a temperature of 100 ° C. or higher and lower than 200 ° C.]
When the processing temperature is less than 200 ° C., the MA mixture cannot be transformed into martensite when the average equivalent plastic strain applied by the processing is less than 0.1%. On the other hand, when the average equivalent plastic strain by processing exceeds 10%, the ductility of the steel is impaired and the elongation is lowered. Therefore, under a temperature condition of room temperature or higher and lower than 200 ° C., 0.1% to 10% processing is performed with an average equivalent plastic strain in the thickness direction. Thereby, all or a part of the MA mixture formed in the metal structure after forced cooling can be transformed into martensite. In order to transform the MA mixture into martensite, it is better to process at a low temperature from the viewpoint of thermal stability. However, if this temperature is too low, the effect of self-tempering is reduced. It is necessary to process in the range of 200 ° C.

[Plastic processing conditions (b): 0.1% to 10% in terms of average equivalent plastic strain at a temperature of room temperature to less than 100 ° C.]
When processing with an average equivalent plastic strain of 0.1 to 10% at a temperature of room temperature to less than 100 ° C., heat treatment (tempering) is performed at a temperature of 100 to 400 ° C. after the plastic processing. When plastic working is performed at a temperature of less than 100 ° C., most of the MA mixture can be transformed into martensite, but the subsequent self-tempering effect may not be sufficient. In such a case, it is possible to temper the martensite by performing a heat treatment at a temperature of 100 to 400 ° C. after the processing, and the MA mixture in the steel can be completely lost. Moreover, the movable dislocations introduced along with the martensitic transformation by such processing and heat treatment can be fixed by carbides such as C, N, and cementite. This dislocation and heat treatment can significantly improve the yield stress because the movable dislocations cause a decrease in yield strength. On the other hand, when the heat treatment temperature after processing is lower than 100 ° C., the effect of diffusion of C and N is slow and a predetermined effect may not be obtained. In addition, when heat treatment is performed at an extremely high temperature, carbonitride such as cementite and metal crystal grains grow and become coarse, leading to a decrease in strength and toughness. Therefore, when heat treatment is performed after plastic working, it is performed in a temperature range of 100 to 400 ° C. In order to obtain better strength and toughness characteristics, it is preferable to perform heat treatment in a temperature range of 150 to 400 ° C.

Such heat treatment is not limited to the case where the plastic working is performed at a temperature lower than 100 ° C., and is also effective when the plastic working is performed at a temperature of 100 ° C. or higher. This is because the decomposition of the MA mixture produced by plastic working and subsequent self-tempering can be made more reliable by this heat treatment. Furthermore, the heating rate, holding time, and cooling method during the heat treatment (tempering) are not particularly limited, but rapid heating and shortening of the holding time, and forced cooling after the heat treatment are all the strength of the steel material. In order to increase the toughness and improve the toughness, conditions can be appropriately selected and adjusted as necessary.

As described above, in the present invention, the Pcm defined by the above formula (3) is limited to 0.26% or less, so that the weld crack resistance of the steel can be improved and the preheating of the steel before welding is performed. The working efficiency can be improved by lowering the temperature.
Further, since the rolled steel sheet after rolling is forcibly cooled at a cooling rate of 1 ° C./sec or higher from the temperature of Ar 3 point or higher to the range of room temperature to 650 ° C., the metal structure of the steel is bainite and / or martensite. Etc. (some ferrite and / or pearlite may be included), and it is possible to prevent a decrease in hardenability and strength assumed by lowering Pcm.
Furthermore, since the solid solution element and the precipitation element are added within a range not exceeding the upper limit of Pcm according to the strength of the target steel material, the manufactured high strength steel material can be further strengthened.

Furthermore, since the rolled steel material after cooling is processed at an average equivalent plastic strain in the thickness direction of 0.1 to 10% under a temperature condition of 100 to 200 ° C., M produced in the steel -All or part of the A mixture can be transformed into martensite. Furthermore, during the subsequent cooling, the mobile dislocations generated along with the decomposition of martensite and the martensitic transformation are fixed by self-tempering.

Or, when the rolled steel material after cooling is processed at a temperature equal to or higher than room temperature and lower than 100 ° C. with an average equivalent plastic strain in the sheet thickness direction of 0.1 to 10%, the MA generated in the steel All or part of the mixture can be transformed into martensite. Further, by performing a subsequent simple heat treatment at 100 to 400 ° C., the movable dislocations generated along with the decomposition of martensite and the martensitic transformation by tempering are fixed.

As a result, it is possible to produce a high-tensile steel material having excellent weld crack resistance and excellent tensile strength and strength and toughness of 570 N / mm 2 or more. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a steel material having sufficient characteristics when applied to a main member of a large structure represented by a bridge and a building.

As shown in Tables 5 to 8 above, Comparative Example No. The steel plate No. 1 has an excessively tempering effect because the processing temperature is too high, and has a reduced tensile strength due to coarsening of carbides and metal structures.
In Comparative Example 3, since the processing was not performed, the MA mixture was not decomposed and the movable dislocations were not fixed, so the yield strength remained low.
Although Comparative Example 7 was processed at a temperature of 100 ° C. or lower, and was not subjected to a heat treatment of 100 to 400 ° C. or lower, even if the MA mixture was decomposed, the movable dislocation was not fixed. Therefore, the yield strength remains low.
Although Comparative Examples 10 and 11 were processed at a temperature of 100 ° C. or lower and subsequently heat-treated, the temperature of the heat treatment was too low to satisfy the conditions of 100 to 400 ° C. Since it was not done, the yield strength remains low.
In contrast, in Comparative Example 16, the heat treatment temperature was too high, and the yield strength decreased due to coarsening of carbides and metal structures.
Comparative Examples 17 to 19 were processed while being cooled to room temperature, but because the processing temperature was too high, the yield strength and tensile strength were also low, such as coarsening of carbides and metal structures. It is falling.

In Comparative Examples 21 and 22, the strength of the steel increased because the amount of strain applied by the processing was too large, but the base material toughness decreased because of excessive work hardening.
Since Comparative Example 24 was processed at a temperature of 100 ° C. or lower as in Comparative Example 7, it was not subjected to a heat treatment of 100 to 400 ° C., so even though decomposition of the MA mixture occurred. The yield strength remains low because the movable dislocations are not fixed.
Comparative Examples 28, 29, 32, and 33 were processed while being cooled to room temperature in the same manner as Comparative Examples 17 to 19, but because the processing temperature was too high, carbides and metal structures were still formed. Yield strength and tensile strength are also reduced, such as coarsening.
Although Comparative Example 41 was processed at a temperature of 100 ° C. or lower in the same manner as Comparative Example 7, no heat treatment was performed at 100 to 400 ° C., so it was movable even if the decomposition of the MA mixture occurred. The yield strength remains low because the dislocations are not fixed.
Comparative Examples 45 and 46 are appropriate in that heat treatment is performed after processing at room temperature, but because the temperature is too high, precipitates such as metal structures and carbides are coarsened, resulting in the yield strength and tensile strength of steel. Decreased.

Comparative Examples 47, 49, 51, and 56 also show that the yield stress decreases when the processing temperature is high in different component systems.
Further, Comparative Example 54 shows an example in which processing was not performed. In such a case, yield stress is reduced due to the generation of movable dislocations accompanying the MA mixture and martensitic transformation. .
Comparative Example 62 shows that even with a steel having a tensile strength of 700 N / mm 2 grade, the yield strength is low due to generation of movable dislocations accompanying the MA mixture and martensitic transformation while cooling.
Comparative Example 61 is also a steel of 700 N / mm 2 and shows that the processing effect is hardly exhibited because the processing temperature is low and the processing amount is too small.

Further, in Comparative Examples 63, 74, 76, 98, 108, and 111, when the processing was not performed, the MA mixture and the martensite were not processed with the steel 62 having a tensile strength of 600 N / mm 2 grade. The movable dislocations caused by the site transformation cannot be resolved, and the decrease in yield stress cannot be recovered.
Although the comparative example 67 is processed at an appropriate temperature, since the amount of processing strain is too large, the metal structure and precipitates are coarsened and the base metal toughness is reduced.
In Comparative Example 68, the processing temperature is too low, the decomposition of the MA mixture and the fixing of the movable dislocations are insufficient, and the yield stress remains low.
In Comparative Examples 70 to 71 and 78, 80, 82, 86, 88, 90, 105 to 107, the processing temperature is too high, and precipitates such as metal structures and carbides are coarsened. The strength has decreased.

In Comparative Examples 84 and 93, the processing is too small to decompose the MA mixture, and the introduction of new dislocations that promote the fixation of movable dislocations is insufficient, so that the yield stress cannot be recovered.
Since Comparative Example 100 was processed at a temperature of less than 100 ° C., it was necessary to perform heat treatment, but since the temperature was too low, a sufficient increase in strength was not recognized.
In Comparative Example 99, the heat treatment itself is not performed.

Comparative Example No. 114-No. All the 125 steel plates are comparative examples in which the steel composition deviates from the scope of the present invention.
Specifically, Comparative Example No. 114 and no. The steel plate No. 115 had an excessive Mn content and Pcm, so the toughness of the welded portion was inferior and weld cracks were also generated.
Comparative Example No. 116 and no. Each of 117 steel plates had excessive C and Si contents, and the base metal toughness and weld zone toughness were inferior. Furthermore, since these steel plates also have excessive Pcm, weld cracks occurred.
Comparative Example No. In 118 steel plate, the content of each element satisfied the conditions, but Pcm was excessive, so that weld cracking occurred, and further, the base metal toughness and weld zone toughness were not good.
Comparative Example No. 119-No. The steel sheet No. 122 has excessive contents of Mo, Cr, Cu and Ni, respectively. 123-No. The 125 steel plates each had excessive V, Ti, and Nb contents, and thus the base metal toughness and weld zone toughness were poor.
Further, Comparative Example No. 120 and No. Since the steel plate of 121 has excessive Pcm, weld cracking occurred.

On the other hand, the steel plate of the Example manufactured within the scope of the present invention was excellent in all the properties of the strength and toughness of the base material, the toughness of the welded portion, and the crack resistance. From these results, the above-mentioned knowledge can be confirmed, and the grounds for limitation of each steel component described above can be supported.
