熱伝導率の測定は、カトーテック(株)製のサーモラボIIを使用する。本装置は、一般的には熱板から編織物への瞬間的な熱移動量を計測する装置である。環境20℃、65%RH、および20℃、90%RHの下で、BTボックス(熱源板)を人間の肌温として35±0.1℃に設定し、外気温20±0.5℃に設定したwaterボックス(waterボックスの鉄板の下に20℃の水を循環させることにより、waterボックスを一定温度に保っている。)の上に本発明にかかる布地(天竺編み)を置き、その上にBTボックスを載せ、BTボックスから試料である本発明にかかるアクリル系繊維を含有する布地を通してwaterボックスに流れる熱移動量が平衡になった時の熱損失速度(消費電力量)Wを測定する。また測定時の圧力(6gf/cm2)での厚み(mm)を測定し、下記の式に基づき熱伝導率K(W/mK)を求めた。

A:BTボックス(熱源板)面積=25cm2(5cm×5cm)
ΔT:熱源板温度−定温台温度=35−20=15℃
D:試料厚み=6gf/cm2 加重下での厚みを測定
最大熱流速度qmaxの測定も、上記カトーテック(株)製のサーモラボIIを使用する。20℃×90%RH、および20℃×65%RHの下で、BTボックス(熱源板)を人間の肌温として35±0.1℃に設定し、その上にTボックス(温度検出及び蓄熱板)をおき35±0.1℃に設定する。外気温20±0.5℃に設定したwaterボックス(定温台)の上に本発明にかかるアクリル系繊維を含有する布地(天竺編み)を載せ、35±0.1℃になったTボックスをこの布地の上に置き、熱移動を示す最大熱流速度qmaxを測定する。
吸湿率の測定は、試料である布地約5.0gを温度20℃で相対湿度60%および90%に調整された恒温恒湿機に24時間以上入れて調湿し、それぞれの環境下で得られた試料である布地の質量(W1)gを測定する。次にこの試料である布地を、熱風乾燥機で105℃、16時間乾燥してその質量(W2)gを測定する。以上の結果から、吸湿率を次式に従って算出した。
吸湿率(%)={(W1−W2)/W2}×100
アクリロニトリル90質量%及びアクリル酸メチル10質量%のアクリロニトリル系重合体を48%のロダンソーダ水溶液で溶解した紡糸原液を作成し、常法に従って紡糸、水洗、延伸、捲縮、熱処理をして、0.9(dtex)×70mmの原料繊維を得た。この原料繊維1kgに30質量%の水加ヒドラジン5kgを加え、98℃で3時間架橋処理した。
十分乾燥した供試繊維約1gを精秤し(X)g、これに200mlの1N塩酸水溶液を加え30分間放置したのちガラスフィルターで濾過し水を加えて水洗する。この塩酸処理を3回繰り返したのち、濾液のpHが5以上になるまで十分に水洗する。次にこの試料を200mlの水に入れ1N塩酸水溶液を添加してpH2にした後、0.1N−苛性ソーダ水溶液で常法に従って滴定曲線を求めた。該滴定曲線からカルボキシル基に消費された苛性ソーダ水溶液消費量(Y)ccを求め、次式によって全カルボキシル基量を算出した。
全カルボキシル量(mmol/g)=0.1Y/X
十分乾燥した供試繊維を精秤し、常法に従って濃硫酸と濃硝酸の混合溶液で酸分解したのち、金属を常法に従って原子吸光光度法により定量し、この金属の原子量で除することにより、マグネシウム塩型カルボキシル基量として算出した。得られた「マグネシウム塩型カルボキシル基量」を、前記「全カルボキシル基量」で除し、モル分率で表すことにより塩型カルボキシル基の割合を求めた。
1規定NaOHでpHを6に調製した以外は実施例1と同様にして、ナトリウム塩型カルボキシル基を有するアクリル系繊維を得た。この後さらに10%硝酸マグネシウム水溶液6kgを添加し、60℃で2時間マグネシウム塩型カルボキシル基への変換処理を行ない、十分洗浄した後、脱水、油剤処理、さらに乾燥を行ない、繊維全体の質量に対するマグネシウム塩型アクリル系繊維の質量比が3.2%のアクリル系繊維を得た。
1規定NaOHでpHを7に調製した以外は実施例1と同様にして、ナトリウム塩型カルボキシル基を有するアクリル系繊維を得、十分洗浄した後、脱水、油剤処理、さらに乾燥を行ない繊維全体の質量に対するナトリウム塩型アクリル系繊維の質量比が10%のアクリル系繊維を得た。このアクリル系繊維を、前述の方法により天竺編み組織に100質量%使いで編み立て仕上げを施し、布地とした。
アクリロニトリル90%およびアクリル酸メチル10%のアクリロニトリル系重合体を48%のロダンソーダ水溶液で溶解した紡糸原液を作成し、常法に従って紡糸、水洗、延伸、捲縮、熱処理をして、0.9(dtex)×70mmの原料繊維を得た。この原料繊維1kgに30質量%の水加ヒドラジン5kgを加え、98℃で3時間架橋処理した。
Claims (1)
- 架橋構造および4.0mmol/g以上10mmol/g以下のマグネシウム塩型カルボキシル基を有するアクリル系繊維を5質量%以上60質量%以下と、アクリル、ポリエステル、ウール、綿、絹、レーヨン、アセテート、およびナイロンから選択された1種または2種以上の繊維との混紡糸からなり、20℃×90%RHにおける熱伝導率が0.06W/mK以上0.09W/mK以下、20℃×90%RHにおける最大熱流速度が0.14J/cm2・sec以上0.18J/cm2・sec以下、および20℃×90%RHにおける吸湿率が60%以上80%以下であることを特徴とする布製製品。
