Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る接触式変位計の構成を示すブロック図である。本実施の形態1に係る接触式変位計10は、筐体11の内部に、所定の方向に移動することが可能な接触子12を備えている。筐体11は略直方体形状を有し、その大きさは、長さ×幅×高さが略60mm×30mm×15mmであり、筐体11に対する長さ方向の接触子12の相対変位を測定する。
図11は、本発明の実施の形態2に係る接触式変位計の構成を示すブロック図である。図11は図1に示すブロック図において、移動スケール16からラインセンサ13に至る光路上に、一の方向に透光部と遮光部とが交互に略等間隔に配列された固定スケール30が設けられている点のみが異なっている。固定スケール30の遮光部によって結果的にラインセンサ13に周期的な受光不感帯が形成される。したがって、受光素子は受光不感帯によって挟まれているため、一つの受光素子は常に一つの透光部を通過した光だけを受光することになる。

Claims (5)
- 筐体と、
該筐体に対して一の方向に移動することが可能に取り付けてある接触子とを有し、前記接触子の変位を測定する接触式変位計において、
発光素子と、
該発光素子から発せられた光を受光する受光素子が第1の配列ピッチで配列されたラインセンサと、
前記発光素子から前記ラインセンサに至る光路上に設けられ、前記一の方向に一列に配列された基準透光部、該基準透光部に隣接する遮光部分、及び前記基準透光部間に前記一の方向に略等間隔の透光部と遮光部とが前記第1の配列ピッチとは異なる第2の配列ピッチで交互に配列された格子部を有し、前記接触子と共に前記一の方向に移動する移動スケールとを備え、
前記基準透光部は、隣接する基準透光部間の距離が、前記移動スケール内で一意の値を有しており、
前記基準透光部を通過した光の受光信号が極大値となる前記基準透光部のピーク位置を検出する検出手段と、
該検出手段により検出された隣接する前記ピーク位置間の距離に基づいて、前記基準透光部の絶対位置を特定する第1の特定手段と、
前記格子部を通過した光の受光信号に基づいて、前記基準透光部の前記ラインセンサに対する相対位置を特定する第2の特定手段と、
前記第1の特定手段により特定された絶対位置及び前記第2の特定手段により特定された相対位置に基づいて、前記接触子の変位を算出する変位算出手段と
を備え、
前記移動スケール内で一意の値の変化単位が前記基準透光部を通過した光の受光信号のまたがり幅よりも小さいことを特徴とする接触式変位計。 - 連続する2つの前記受光素子のうち、いずれか一方が常に前記透光部を通過する光の少なくとも一部を受光するよう、前記格子部の第2の配列ピッチと前記受光素子の第1の配列ピッチとの関係が設定されており、
前記第2の特定手段は、
前記格子部を通過した光の受光信号に基づいて、前記第2の配列ピッチで配列された前記格子部全体を一周期とする位相信号を検出する位相検出手段と、
該位相検出手段により検出された隣接する前記格子部の位相信号に基づいて、前記基準透光部の前記ラインセンサに対する相対位置を算出する算出手段と
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の接触式変位計。 - 前記位相検出手段は、前記受光信号に含まれる少なくとも半周期分以上の包絡線の波形を抽出し、前記包絡線の波形に基づいて前記格子部を通過する光の位相信号を求めることを特徴とする請求項2記載の接触式変位計。
- 前記移動スケールから前記ラインセンサに至る光路上に、前記一の方向に透光部と遮光部とが交互に略等間隔に配列された固定スケールが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の接触式変位計。
- 前記ラインセンサにおいて前記受光素子同士が互いに離間して配列されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の接触式変位計。
