Description

図9は本開示の第4の実施形態の分解図である。図9による骨固定素子300は、先端303と、チューブ体310と、一端に頭部4を備えたシャフト302とを含む。第4の実施形態は、第1の実施形態のアゴ状素子12の代わりにアゴ状素子312が設けられている点で、上述の第1の実施形態と異なる。さらに、第4の実施形態は、先端303、シャフト302、およびチューブ体310を接続するための構造の点で、第1の実施形態と異なる。
第2の接続構造321は、先端303の突出部315のシャフト302に向けられた側に設けられた同心の内側ボアに設けられた対応する接続構造(図示せず)と協働し、先端303とシャフト302との固定を確立するよう機能する。さらに、シャフト302の頭部4の側の外周上に、第3の接続構造322が設けられている。この第3の接続構造322は、頭部4の側でのシャフト302とチューブ体310との固定を確立するために、チューブ体310の頭部4に向けられた側の内側ボアと協働する。
Claims (11)
- 骨に固定するためのシャフトを有する骨固定素子であって、前記シャフト(2;200)は複数のアゴ状素子(12)を含み、
前記アゴ状素子は前記シャフトの一部であるチューブ体(10;100;200)に一体的に形成されると共にシャフト軸回りの少なくとも1つの螺旋状ライン(S)に沿って配置され、前記螺旋状ライン(S)は前記シャフトの回りを複数回周回しており、
前記アゴ状素子(12)はチューブ体(10;100;200)の壁に対して弾性的に変形可能である、骨固定素子。 - 前記アゴ状素子(12)は前記チューブ体(10;100;200)の壁から切開される、請求項1に記載の骨固定素子。
- アゴ状素子(12)はそれぞれ自由刃先(14)を有し、刃先は環状の円周上ラインに対して角度(α)を含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載の骨固定素子。
- 前記チューブ体(200)は前記シャフトの中空部分を形成する、請求項1乃至請求項3の1つに記載の骨固定素子。
- 前記チューブ体(10;100)は基本的に円筒状シャフト基盤(8)上に設置される、請求項1乃至請求項3の1つに記載の骨固定素子。
- 前記チューブ体(10;100;201:202)が回転するのを阻止するための手段(9;11)が設けられる、請求項5に記載の骨固定素子。

- 前記チューブ体(10;100;200)は形状記憶合金、好適にはニチノールから形成される、請求項1乃至請求項8の1つに記載の骨固定素子。
- 請求項1〜請求項9のいずれかに記載の骨固定素子を製造するための方法であって、
チューブ体(10;100;200)を設けて、
前記チューブ体の壁にアゴ状素子の形状を形成する切り込みにより、複数のアゴ状素子(12)を生成する工程を含む、骨固定素子の製造方法。 - アゴ状素子はレーザー切断により生成される、請求項10に記載の骨固定素子の製造方法。
