Description
を用いることができる。アミノ変性シリコンオイルの添加量は、8wt%未満にすると、スリップ性及び防汚性が低下して異物の根本的な付着現象を防止することができない。一方、20wt%を超えると、層間接着力が落ち、伸張率も低下してしまう。このため、8〜20wt%の範囲内で添加することが好ましい。
Claims (2)
- NCO含量が10〜13重量%であるメチレンジイソシアネート(MDI)・プレポリマー100wt%の第1液と;
塗膜の伸張率及び引張強度を調節するポリオキシプロピレンジアミン52〜58wt%と、硬化時間を調整する分子量5,000のポリエーテルトリアミン8〜10wt%と、硬化物性を調整し且つ伸張率を向上させるための、ポリメリックMDIと同様の骨格を有するトリアミンであるポリジフェニルトリアミン15〜20wt%と、スリップ性及び防汚性を向上させるアミノ変性シリコン溶液8〜12wt%と、耐摩耗性を向上させる充填剤5〜9wt%と、原料間の混合を円滑化し且つ素地との接着力を向上させるための、メタ−(3,4−エポキシシクロへキシル)エチルトリメトキシシラン、γ−グリシドオキシプロピルメトキシシラン及びγ−メタクリルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシランから選ばれたいずれかのシランカップリング剤1〜2wt%と、色相を出す顔料1〜2wt%と、を含む第2液とからなり、
2液型スプレー機器で前記の第1液と第2液とを1:1の割合で同時に噴射することで噴射と同時に混合して使用することを特徴とする低摩擦型防汚塗料。 - ポリジフェニルトリアミンは、ポリメリックMDIのイソシアネート基がアミノ基に置き換わったものであって、平均官能基が3である請求項1に記載の低摩擦型防汚塗料。
