Description
Claims (1)
- 自動抽気装置、抽気室、気液分離室及び貯気室を備え、
前記自動抽気装置は吸気管を通して機構中の非凝縮性気体を前記抽気室に吸入させ、
前記抽気室から再び前記吸気管を通して前記非凝縮性気体を前記気液分離室に噴射し、
前記気液分離室中の気体を吸気し、還流液兼用管を通して前記貯気室に流入させ、
前記気液分離室中の溶液は管通路を通して機構内部に戻され、
臭化リチウム装置の溶液ポンプの出口管通路にバルブF1を設け、
前記溶液ポンプと前記バルブF1との間を排気給液管で前記貯気室に連結させ、
前記排気給液管中にバルブF2を設け、
前記貯気室と前記気液分離室との間を吸気し、
吸気還流液兼用管にバルブF3を設け、
前記貯気室の上端に閉液排気自動閉鎖性ゴム球弁及びバネ逆止め排気弁を備え、
前記閉液排気自動閉鎖性ゴム球弁の弁体は、上側の円錐表面と下側の円錐表面とを有し、中間に自由に浮遊する密度が溶液より小さいゴム球を備えたバルブユニットを設けることを特徴とする臭化リチウム装置を有し真空ポンプを有しない自動排気装置の制御方法であって、
前記貯気室の中に気体が多い際、前記バルブF1及び前記バルブF3を閉鎖し、前記バルブF2を開放し、前記溶液ポンプを作動し、溶液を前記貯気室に圧入させ、圧縮された前記貯気室中の気体の圧力が大気圧より一定の値を上回ると、バネ逆止め排気弁が開放され、気体を自動で排出するステップと、
気体の排出が終了する際、前記閉液排気自動閉鎖性ゴム球弁のゴム球は上に浮遊し、上側の円錐表面との間が密閉され、溶液の噴出を防止し、
前記バルブF2を閉鎖し、前記バルブF1及び前記バルブF3を開放し、気体が前記閉液排気自動閉鎖性ゴム球弁に流入されると、溶液は前記貯気室に圧縮され、還流され、該ゴム球が降下し、下側の円錐表面との間が密閉され、気体が前記貯気室に流入されることを防止し、排気過程を終了するステップと、
前記貯気室中の溶液が自重で落下することによって真空室が形成され、再び貯気でき、前記自動抽気装置は新たに抽気を開始することになるステップと、
からなることを特徴とする臭化リチウム装置を有し真空ポンプを有しない自動排気装置の制御方法。
