Claims (3)
- 周方向に交互に磁極が配置された多極磁石と、前記多極磁石を保持するスリンガとを含む磁気エンコーダであって、
前記多極磁石は、磁性粉と、熱可塑性樹脂とを含み、
前記磁性粉は、フェライト系磁性粉および希土類系磁性粉の混合粉であり、
前記磁性粉の粒子同士の平均粒子表面間距離は、3μm以下である、磁気エンコーダ。 - 前記熱可塑性樹脂は、ポリアミド12、ポリアミド612、ポリアミド11、ポリフェニレンスルフィドからなる群から選択される1以上の化合物を含む、請求項1に記載の磁気エンコーダ。
- 請求項1または2に記載の磁気エンコーダを含む、転がり軸受。
