Description
[Mm 2+Mn 3+(OH)2m+2n]Xn/z z−・bH2O (1)
Mm 2+は、Mg、Ca、Sr、Cu、Ba、Zn、Cd、Pb、Ni、Zr、Co、Fe、MnおよびSnから選択される少なくとも1つの2価の金属イオンであり、
Mn 3+はAl、Fe、Cr、Ga、Ni、Co、Mn、V、Ti、Inから選択される少なくとも1つの3価の金属イオンであり、
m、nは実数であり、
Xn/z z−はz価アニオンであり、
bは実数である。
また、このようなフラックスを含むソルダペーストであり、やに入りはんだである。

ここで、αとβは整数であって、同じ値ではなく、
Mm α+は、少なくとも1種類のα価の金属イオンであり、
Mn β+は、少なくとも1種類のβ価の金属イオンであり、
m、nは実数であり、
Xn/z z−はz価アニオンであり、
bは実数である。
(1)ソルダペーストを室温又は摂氏25度で2〜3時間放置する。
(2)ソルダペースト容器のふたをあけ、スパチュラで空気の混入を避けるようにして丁寧に1〜2分かき混ぜる。
(3)ソルダペースト容器を恒温槽に入れる。
(4)スパイラル粘度計の回転速度を10rpm(rounds per minute)に調節し、温度を摂氏25度にセットし、約3分後ロータに吸引されたソルダペーストが排出口から現れたことを確認後、ロータを停止させ、温度一定になるまで待つ。
(5)温度調節完了後、10rpmに調節し、3分後の粘度値を読み取る。
Claims (10)
- ベース樹脂と、活性剤と、価数の異なる金属イオンとヒドロキシ基からなり層構造を有する水酸化物を含むフラックス。
- 前記金属イオンは、MgイオンとAlイオンである請求項1記載のフラックス。
- 前記活性剤は、少なくとも有機酸若しくはハロゲン化物のいずれかを含む請求項1に記載のフラックス。
- 前記水酸化物はハイドロタルサイトである請求項1若しくは3のいずれかに記載のフラックス。
- 前記ハイドロタルサイトは、式1で表される請求項4に記載のフラックス。

- 前記アニオン(Xn/z z−)は炭酸イオンである請求項5のフラックス。
- さらに溶剤を含む請求項1乃至7のいずれか1つに記載のフラックス。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか1つに記載のフラックスと、はんだ粉末を含むソルダペースト。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1つに記載のフラックスの周囲にはんだ合金を配したやに入りはんだ。
