Claims (14)
- 回路基板(3,5,7)に結合されるように構成された沈降型電気コネクタ(2,4,6,6’)であって、該沈降型電気コネクタ(2,4,6,6’)は:
前端部(212)と、前記前端部(212)に設けられた接続部(213)と、頂表面(211,411)とを有する本体(21,41,61)と;
前記本体(21,41,61)の一側に設けられた少なくとも一つの制限ユニット(22,42,62,62’)にして、異なるレベルにそれぞれ配置された複数の制限部(221,222,223、421,621,621’)を含む少なくとも一つの制限ユニット(22,42,62,62’)と;によって特徴付けられており、
前記本体(21,41,61)の前記頂表面(211,411)から前記回路基板(3,5,7)までの距離が可変であるように、前記制限ユニット(22,42,62,62’)の異なるレベルにある前記制限部(221,222,223、421,621,621’)の選択された一つのものが前記回路基板(3,5,7)に係合せしめられ、
前記本体(61)の他側から突出している突出ブロック(63)にして、階段状の底表面部(631)を有する突出ブロック(63)と、
前記本体(61)に設けられた複数の端子(64)にして、前記突出ブロック(63)の前記底表面部(631)から外側に突出し且つ階段状に形成された複数の端子(64)と、によって更に特徴付けられていて、
前記突出ブロック(63)が前記本体(61)の背面側から突出し、前記底表面部(631)が後方及び上方に向かって延びている、沈降型電気コネクタ。 - 前記複数の制限部(221,222,223)が前記本体(21)から側方に突出している複数のタブであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の沈降型電気コネクタ(2)。
- 前記複数のタブが互いに前後方向にずれて配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の沈降型電気コネクタ(2)。
- 前記回路基板(3)の中への挿入のために前記本体(21)から下方に延びる少なくとも一つの挿入片(24)によって更に特徴付けられている、請求項3に記載の沈降型電気コネクタ(2)。
- 前記回路基板(3,5,7)の中への挿入のために前記本体(21,41,61)から下方に延びる少なくとも一つの挿入片(24,44,65,65’)によって更に特徴付けられている、請求項1に記載の沈降型電気コネクタ(2,4,6,6’)。
- 前記挿入片(44,65,65’)が下方向に収束して延び、前記制限部(421,621,621’)が前記挿入片(44,65,65’)の異なるレベルの部分であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の沈降型電気コネクタ(4,6,6’)。
- 前記挿入片(44、65)がほぼ楔形のものであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の沈降型電気コネクタ(4,6)。
- 前記挿入片(65’)が階段状の二つの側方縁を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の沈降型電気コネクタ(6’)。
- 受容凹部(31,51,71)及び少なくとも一つの位置決め穴(32,52,72)を備える回路基板(3,5,7)と、沈降型電気コネクタ(2,4,6,6’)とによって特徴付けられている、沈降型電気コネクタ(2,4,6,6’)と回路基板(3,5,7)との組立体であって:
前記沈降型電気コネクタ(2,4,6,6’)は:
前端部(212)と、前記前端部(212)に設けられた接続部(213)と、頂表面(211,411)とを有する本体(21,41,61)と;
前記位置決め穴(32,52,72)に同数の少なくとも一つの挿入片(24,44,65,65’)にして、前記本体(21,41,61)が前記受容凹部(31,51,71)内に受容され且つ位置決めされるように前記位置決め穴(32,52,72)への挿入のために前記本体(21,41,61)から下方に延びる少なくとも一つの挿入片(24,44,65,65’)と;
前記本体(21,41,61)の一側に設けられた少なくとも一つの制限ユニット(22,42,62,62’)にして、異なるレベルにそれぞれ配置された複数の制限部(221,222,223、421,621,621’)を含む少なくとも一つの制限ユニット(22,42,62,62’)と;を含んでいて、
前記本体(21,41,61)の前記頂表面(211,411)から前記回路基板(3,5,7)までの距離が可変であるように、前記制限ユニット(22,42,62,62’)の異なるレベルにある前記制限部(221,222,223、421,621,621’)の選択された一つのものが前記回路基板(3,5,7)に係合せしめられる、沈降型電気コネクタ(2,4,6,6’)であり、
前記沈降型電気コネクタは、前記本体(61)の他側から突出するとともに階段状の底表面部(631)を有する突出ブロック(63)と、前記本体(61)に設けられた複数の端子(64)にして、前記突出ブロック(63)の前記底表面部(631)から外側に突出し且つ階段状に形成された複数の端子(64)とを更に含み、
前記突出ブロック(63)が前記本体(61)の背面側から突出し、前記底表面部(631)が後方及び上方に向かって延びている、
沈降型電気コネクタ(2,4,6,6’)と回路基板(3,5,7)との組立体。 - 前記複数の制限部(221,222,223)が前記本体(21)から側方に突出した複数のタブであり、前記沈降型電気コネクタ(2)が前記回路基板(3)に結合されたとき前記複数のタブの一つが前記回路基板(3)に当接することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の沈降型電気コネクタ(2)と回路基板(3)との組立体。
- 前記複数のタブが互いに前後方向にずれていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の沈降型電気コネクタ(2)と回路基板(3)との組立体。
- 前記挿入片(44,65,65’)が下方向に収束して延びており、前記制限部(421,621,621’)が前記挿入片(44,65,65’)の異なるレベルの部分であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の沈降型電気コネクタ(4,6,6’)と回路基板(5,7)との組立体。
- 前記挿入片(44,65)がほぼ楔形のものであることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の沈降型電気コネクタ(4,6)と回路基板(5,7)との組立体。
- 前記挿入片(65’)が階段状の二つの側方縁を有することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の沈降型電気コネクタ(6’)と回路基板(7)との組立体。
