Claims (9)
- 鋳造法によって予め形成された少なくとも1個の内部冷却路(4)を備え、鋳造法によって一体形成されるタービン翼本体、あるいは他のタービン構成要素又は圧縮機構成要素の製造方法において、
前記予め形成された冷却路(4)が、冷却路(4)を境界づける壁部位が少なくとも部分的に塑性変形を生じるほどの大きさに決められた内圧で加圧されることを特徴とするタービン構成要素又は圧縮機構成要素の製造方法。 - 前記加圧される内圧が500bar〜10000barの範囲で設定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも冷却路(4)を境界づける壁部位が加圧される際に、加圧の直前又は直後又は加圧中に、室温より高い処理温度に加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 処理温度が30℃〜1000℃の範囲で設定されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 加圧のために、気体状あるいは液状の媒体が冷却路(4)に導入され、所望の内圧が外部圧力発生装置によって発生されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 発火性混合気が冷却路(4)に導入され、続いて、流入開口(8)あるいは流出開口(12)が閉鎖された状態において爆発させられることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 加圧後にはじめて、冷却路(4)から分岐し外側面に在る流出開口(12)に開口する流出路(10)が前記構成要素に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 鋳造法によって予め形成された少なくとも1個の内部冷却路(4)を備え、鋳造法によって一体形成されるタービン翼本体、あるいは他のタービン構成要素又は圧縮機構成要素であって、
前記予め形成された冷却路(4)を境界づける壁部位あるいは周縁部位が、少なくとも部分的に塑性変形を生じるほどの大きさに決められた内圧で加圧された後に、前記構成要素の休止状態において、タービンあるいは圧縮機の運転中における動的負荷のもとでその領域内部で生ずる引張り応力が予め設定された圧縮応力分布によって少なくとも部分的に相殺されるように、圧縮応力下にあることを特徴とするタービン構成要素又は圧縮機構成要素。 - 請求項8に記載の複数の構成要素を備えていることを特徴とするガスタービンあるいは蒸気タービン。
