Claims (7)
- 侵襲を最小限に抑えながら左心房に接近する拡張可能な血管内接近シースであって、
近位端と、遠位端と、中央を貫通する中枢ルーメンとを含み、外向きの圧力がかけられることに応じて周方向に拡張可能な遠位領域を有する、軸方向に細長いシースチューブと、
前記シースチューブの前記近位端に連結され、器具の通過を容易にするように構成されたハブと、
前記中枢ルーメンを通って延びており、挿入時に前記シースの前記中枢ルーメンを閉塞させるように構成され、前記シースの前記ハブに取り外し可能に連結されたオブトラトールハブを有するオブトラトールと、
前記オブトラトール内のガイドワイヤルーメンと、
を有し、
前記オブトラトールは、前記シースの前記遠位領域を折畳み構成から拡張構成に拡張することのできるバルーン拡張器であり、前記折畳み構成では、前記シースの遠位領域が、2つ以上の長手方向の折り目で内側に折られ、少なくとも2つの折畳み縁部が互いに向き合い、前記拡張構成では、前記遠位領域は、内側層と、外側層と、拡張後に、前記シースチューブによってかけられた力に打ち勝つ、前記シース内に埋め込まれた、展性のある中間補強構造によって開放されたままにしておくことができる、展性のある中間補強層と、含む複合構造を有する、
血管内接近シース。 - 前記外側層および前記内側層はポリマー材料から構成される、請求項1に記載の血管内接近シース。
- 前記補強層は金属のコイルである、請求項2に記載の血管内接近シース。
- 前記補強層はブレードである、請求項2に記載の血管内接近シース。
- 前記内側層および前記外側層はそれぞれ異なるポリマーで作られる、請求項2に記載の血管内接近シース。
- 前記シースの長さは50cmから250cmの間である、請求項1に記載の血管内接近シース。
- 前記シースの内側ルーメンは、前記遠位領域が完全に拡張されたときに6フレンチから30フレンチの間の範囲である、請求項1に記載の血管内接近シース。
