Description
ノズルに接続された回転アプリケータヘッドと、歯車ポンプと流体連絡された第1の端部と前記回転アプリケータヘッドの第1の流路と流体連絡された第2の端部を有する内部流路を備えた非回転部分とを有し、第1の端部に入るエラストマー材料の流れが、歯車ポンプの長手方向軸であるY軸に平行である、装置を設けるステップを有する、エラストマータイヤ構成部材を製造する方法であって、
回転アプリケータヘッドは、該回転アプリケータヘッドの回転軸で、Y軸に直交するZ軸の周りに回転可能であり、第1の流路はZ軸にほぼ揃えられ、回転アプリケータヘッドは、Y軸に対して角度αをなし、かつノズルと流体連絡した第2の流路を有し、αは、Y軸に対して120度から150度の範囲にあり、
エラストマー材料のストリップを、内部流路を通り、第1および第2の流路に入り、ノズルの出口を通って表面上に送り込み、
前記装置は、アプリケータヘッドに回転可能に取り付けられ、かつノズルに隣接して位置し、エラストマー材料のストリップを表面に対して圧縮する舌状体組立て体をさらに有する。
タイヤの「アスペクト比」は、タイヤの断面高さ(SH)のタイヤの断面幅(SW)とのの比を意味する。

Claims (4)
- ノズルに接続された回転アプリケータヘッドと、歯車ポンプと流体連絡された第1の端部と前記回転アプリケータヘッドの第1の流路と流体連絡された第2の端部を有する内部流路を備えた非回転部分とを有し、前記第1の端部に入るエラストマー材料の流れが、前記歯車ポンプの長手方向軸であるY軸に平行である、装置を設けるステップを有する、エラストマータイヤ構成部材を製造する方法であって、
前記回転アプリケータヘッドは、該回転アプリケータヘッドの回転軸で、前記Y軸に直交するZ軸の周りに回転可能であり、前記第1の流路は前記Z軸にほぼ揃えられ、前記回転アプリケータヘッドは、前記Y軸に対して角度αをなし、かつ前記ノズルと流体連絡した第2の流路を有し、前記αは、前記Y軸に対して120度から150度の範囲にあり、
エラストマー材料のストリップを、前記内部流路を通り、前記第1および第2の流路に入り、前記ノズルの出口を通って表面上に送り込み、
前記装置は、前記アプリケータヘッドに回転可能に取り付けられ、かつ前記ノズルに隣接して位置し、エラストマー材料の前記ストリップを前記表面に対して圧縮する舌状体組立て体をさらに有する、
エラストマータイヤ構成部材を製造する方法。 - 前記エラストマー材料を前記舌状体組立て体の前記外側表面によって同時に圧縮および加熱し、前記外側表面を、約93℃〜204℃の範囲の温度に加熱する、請求項1に記載の、エラストマータイヤ構成部材を製造する方法。
- 前記表面が回転ドラムである、請求項1に記載の、エラストマータイヤ構成部材を製造する方法。
- 前記舌状体組立体が、該舌状体組立体に加えられた衝撃を吸収または減衰させる減衰装置に接続されている、請求項1に記載の、エラストマータイヤ構成部材を製造する方法。
