Claims (6)
- 極低温コールドヘッド(144)と、
熱シールドとを含む装置であって、
該熱シールドが、
所望の熱伝導路に沿って位置決めされ、互いに電気絶縁されている複数の熱伝導性ケーブル(70、88、158、168、184)と、
前記複数の熱伝導性ケーブル(70、88、158、168、184)を前記極低温コールドヘッド(144)と接続させている少なくとも1つのサーマルリンク(126)と、
前記複数の熱伝導性ケーブル(70、88、158、168、184)の周りで硬化することにより、前記複数の熱伝導性ケーブル(70、88、158、168、184)を互いに結合させている浸透マトリックス(110、170)と、
を備え、
前記複数の熱伝導性ケーブル(70、88、158、168、184)は、Litzワイヤ構成で互いに編組された複数の繊維(154)から製作されている装置。 - 前記複数の繊維は銅を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の繊維はアルミニウムを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記熱シールドの前記結合させた複数の熱伝導性ケーブル(70、88、158、168、184)はシェル(112、156、164)を形成している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記マトリックス(110、170)はエポキシを含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- MR撮像装置(10)である請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の装置。
