Description

The present invention relates to a drainage structure for preventing wind and rain from entering a horizontal joint between outer wall panels arranged above and below a building such as a house and a maintenance method for the drainage structure.

In buildings such as houses, various draining structures are used at joints between outer wall panels exposed to the outside in order to prevent wind and rain from entering the building. In particular, as a draining structure used for the horizontal joint between the upper and lower outer wall panels, for example, as shown in FIG. 13, a rising piece 102 that abuts against the indoor side surface of the upper outer wall panel 101 is provided, and the lower outer wall panel is provided. The water stop plate 104 placed on the upper end surface of the water stop plate 103 and the water stop piece which is locked to the lower surface of the upper outer wall panel 101 in the middle of the water stop plate 104 and the locking protrusion 105 formed in the intermediate portion of the water drain plate 104. 106, a gasket 107 projecting obliquely downward on the outdoor side of the outer wall, and a lotion drainer 108 formed so as to cover the horizontal joint so as to contact the end of the draining piece 104 on the outdoor side, (For example, Patent Document 1).

If comprised in this way, since the penetration | invasion of a wind and rain is blocked | prevented in several places, such as the lotion 108, the rising piece 102, and the water stop piece 106, the waterproofness of the horizontal joint part of this outer wall can be improved.
JP 2000-192563 A

By the way, in recent housing, high quality housing that can be circulated and reused for a very long time is required due to the growing interest in the global environment. Therefore, there is a demand for a house that can be maintained and managed for a long period of time, and it is desirable that maintenance is easy even for the constituent members.

Although the water draining structure 100 described above can improve the waterproofness, the draining plate 104 is provided with a rising piece 102. If the rising piece 102 is caught and the upper outer wall panel 101 is attached to the house, the draining plate 102 is drained. It is difficult to remove the plate 104, and the maintainability when the draining plate 104 deteriorates is inferior.

Then, an object of this invention is to provide the draining structure which has sufficient waterproofness, and can be maintained easily, and the maintenance method of this draining structure.

Below the inside of the support arm The watertight support member is stuck is characterized in that it is arranged in the section.

The water draining structure according to claim 3, wherein the elastic water blocking material includes an upper portion that is in watertight contact with a lower surface of the upper outer wall panel, and a lower portion that is in watertight contact with the drainage member, The upper part is tubular.

The water draining structure according to claim 4 is characterized in that the water draining member includes a protruding piece that fits into a fitting groove formed on a back surface of the elastic water blocking material.

The draining structure according to claim 5 is characterized in that the fixing piece of the support member and the base end of the water stop spatula are detachably fitted.

The draining structure according to claim 6 is characterized in that an end portion on the indoor side of the draining member and a base end of the draining spatula are detachably fitted.

The maintenance method for the draining structure according to claim 7 is the maintenance method for the draining structure according to claim 1 , wherein the elastic waterproofing material is directed outward from a gap between the outer wall panel on the upper side and the draining arm portion. Next, the engagement of the locked portion with the locking portion is released, and the draining member is pulled out in the outdoor direction while pulling the held portion away from the holding portion, and the fixing piece The fixing member is released from the outdoor side with a tool inserted through the horizontal joint, and the supporting member is pulled out together with the watertight supporting member attached to the upper surface of the supporting arm portion in the outdoor direction. The elastic water stop material is replaced, and the draining member and the support member are replaced or repaired, and the support member is attached to the upper surface of the outer wall panel along with the watertight support material attached to the outer joint on the outdoor side. From The fixing piece and the mounting member are fixed, and then the draining member is inserted into a lateral joint of the outer wall panel from the outdoor side, and the holding portion is held by the holding portion while holding the held portion. The engaging portion is engaged with the engaging portion, and the replaced new elastic water-stopping material is pushed into the gap between the lower end of the upper outer wall panel and the draining arm portion from the outdoor side.

According to the draining structure of claim 1, the mounting member fixed to the building frame and the support member are detachably fixed from the outdoor side, and the water-stopping spatula and the draining spatula that contact the upper outer wall panel are Since it is formed of an elastic body, when the supporting member and the draining member constituting this draining structure have deteriorated over time and need to be replaced, first the elastic waterproofing material is peeled off to the outdoor side, The catching claw of the draining member is removed from the catching claw of the support member, and the draining member is pulled out to the outdoor side and removed. The draining spatula that is in contact with the indoor side surface of the upper outer wall is formed of an elastic body, and is elastically deformed when the draining member is removed to the outdoor side, so it is caught by the upper outer wall and the draining member cannot be removed. It can be easily removed without any problems.

Then, when the support member is removed next, the fixing of the attachment member and the support member is released from the outdoor side through the horizontal joint, and then removed to the outdoor side. Since the water-stopping spatula in contact with the indoor side surface of the upper outer wall is formed of an elastic body like the draining spatula, it can be easily taken out without being caught by the upper outer wall.

After removing the support member and draining member from the horizontal joint as described above, a new non-deteriorated support member is fixed to the mounting member through the horizontal joint, and the new non-degraded drainage member is used as the support member. These members can be exchanged very easily by fixing and pushing the elastic water stop material between the draining member and the lower surface of the upper outer wall panel through the horizontal joint from the outdoor side to stop water.

Thus, according to the draining structure of the present invention, the supporting member, draining member, and elastic waterproofing material that need to be repaired or replaced due to deterioration over time can be removed very easily, and the repaired or replaced supporting member The draining member and the elastic water stop material can be attached very easily. As described above, it is installed on the indoor side of the outer wall and is not exposed to wind and rain, so it needs to be maintained due to deterioration over time due to exposure to wind and rain, except for mounting members that are hardly deteriorated and hardly require maintenance. The support member, draining member, and elastic water stop material can be maintained very easily.

According to the draining structure of claim 1, the draining spatula formed of an elastic body that is in watertight contact with the indoor side surface of the upper outer wall panel, and the outer wall panel along the gap between the upper outer wall panel and the draining member The horizontal joint between the upper and lower outer wall panels is double waterproofed by the draining spatula and the elastic water stop material, and is excellent in waterproofness. In particular, the draining spatula comes into watertight contact with the inner surface of the upper outer wall panel, so that rainwater can enter the building even when the rainwater enters the horizontal joint through the vertical joint of the outer wall panel. Can be suppressed.

Furthermore, according to the draining structure according to claim 1, a predetermined running water interval is attached to the upper surface of the support arm portion with a predetermined running water interval at a plurality of positions including at least an intermediate portion and both side portions of the support arm portion with the indoor / outdoor direction as a longitudinal direction. A plurality of watertight support members are provided, and at least below the end portion where the water draining member abuts, the watertight support material adhered to an intermediate portion of the support arm portion is disposed. Even when water such as rainwater flows down from the gap between the end portions where the members abut each other, it is possible to prevent the water from flowing downward by the watertight support material adhered to the center portion. Furthermore, even if water flows out on the support arm portion of the support member through the intermediate portion of the watertight support material and the drainage arm portion, the watertight support material is provided on both sides of the support arm portion. Water does not fall from the both sides of the support arm part to the upper end surface of the lower outer wall panel, and is discharged to the outdoor side through a flowing water interval that is a gap between the watertight support members.

In addition, since a lower watertight material that is in watertight contact with each other is provided between the lower surface of the support arm portion and the upper end surface of the lower outer wall panel, for example, the lower surface of the support arm portion due to wind and rain blowing from the outside It is possible to prevent intrusion or wind and rain from entering the building.

According to the draining structure of the second aspect, the same effect as that of the first aspect is achieved, and the bent piece formed on the outdoor side of the support member is configured to be detachable from the outer wall panel. The attachment member fixed to a building frame is not required like the water draining structure described in. Therefore, the number of parts can be reduced, and it can be configured at low cost. In addition, by being configured to be detachable to the outer wall panel on the outdoor side in this way, it is necessary to insert a tool or the like between the horizontal joints, unlike the case where it is fixed behind the horizontal joint on the indoor side. Therefore, it is possible to more easily install and maintain the draining structure.

According to the draining structure according to claim 3, since the elastic waterstop material is at least the upper part of the elastic waterstop material, for example, compared to the case where the upper part is formed in two bowl shapes and a groove is formed between them. Thus, it is possible to prevent the elastic waterstop material from deteriorating without accumulating water such as rainwater.

According to the draining structure of the fourth aspect, the draining member is provided with the protruding piece that fits into the fitting groove formed on the back surface of the elastic water-stopping material. By fitting to the elastic water stop material, it is possible to prevent the elastic water stop material from coming off the horizontal joint due to secular change.

According to the water draining structure of claim 5, since the fixed piece of the support member fixed to the mounting member and the base end of the water stop spatula are detachably fitted, for example, the water stop spatula has deteriorated. In some cases, only the water stop spatula can be replaced.

According to the draining structure of claim 6, the end of the draining member on the indoor side and the base end of the draining spatula are detachably fitted, so that, for example, when the draining spatula deteriorates, the draining spatula Can only be exchanged.

According to the drainage structure maintenance method according to claim 7, the elastic waterstop material can be easily replaced from the outside without removing the outer wall panel, and the drainer member and the support member can be replaced or repaired. The drainage structure can be easily and properly maintained.

Hereinafter, the draining structure 1 in this invention is demonstrated, referring each figure. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the draining structure 1 is a draining structure 1 in a horizontal joint 2c between an upper outer wall panel 2a and a lower outer wall panel 2b, and is a shaft constituting a housing of a building such as a house. One end is inserted between the set 3 and the beam 4 and is fixed by the bolt 25 and the nut 26, and is fixed to the mounting member 5 on the indoor side of the outer wall panel 2 while projecting in the outdoor direction. A support member 7 having a locking claw 6 at the tip, a watertight support material 28 adhered to the upper surface of the support member 7, and a lower watertight material 29 provided between the support member 7 and the lower outer wall panel 2b. And a draining member 9 having a latching claw 8 disposed on the upper side of the support member 7 and having one end engaged with the latching claw 6, and a gap between the draining member 9 and the lower surface of the upper outer wall panel 2a. And an elastic waterproofing material 10 that is pushed in from the outdoor side.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, the mounting member 5 is an aluminum material having a substantially L-shaped cross section. A mounting hole 27 is provided on one end side, and the mounting member 5 is made of H steel. It is inserted between the flange on the lower side of the formed beam 4 and the shaft assembly 3 formed on the lower side of the beam 4, and is fixed with bolts 25 and nuts 26 that are pushed into the mounting holes 27. The other end of the mounting member 5 is formed between the shaft 3 and the outer wall panel 2 to form a drooping portion 13 that faces the horizontal joint 2c. A through hole 12 into which the screw 11 can be screwed is provided. In the present embodiment, the attachment member 5 is fixed between the lower flange of the beam 4 and the shaft set 3, but the upper flange of the beam 4 and the shaft set 3 provided thereon are Other shapes that can be firmly fixed to the building frame may also be used. Thus, since the attachment member 5 which is a member which attaches the draining structure 1 to a building is being firmly fixed to the housing of the building, the draining structure 1 is firmly fixed to the building.

The supporting member 7 extends while inclining downward toward the outdoor direction through the fixing piece 14 that is in close contact with the hanging portion 13 of the mounting member 5 and the intermediate joint 2c of the outer wall panel 2 from the intermediate position of the fixing piece 14. The base end portion 16a is fitted and fixed to a support arm portion 15 having a bent piece 15a whose end portion on the outdoor side is bent downward, and a fitting groove 14a formed on the upper end of the fixed piece 14, and its distal end Is provided so as to protrude from the water-stopping spatula 16 made of, for example, elastic rubber or resin that contacts the indoor side surface of the upper outer wall panel 2a, and the bent piece 15a of the support arm portion 15, and the tip is folded back obliquely upward. And a locking claw 6 having a different shape. The fixing piece 14 is provided with a fixing hole 17 that matches the through hole 12 of the drooping portion 13, and the screw 11 is screwed into the fixing hole 17 and the through hole 12 from the side of the horizontal joint 12 c to be attached. The support member 7 is fixed to the member 5. The fixing piece 14 is formed with a holding groove 30 that is open in the outdoor direction at an intermediate portion thereof, so that one end of the draining member 9 can be held.

The horizontal length of the horizontal joint 2c of the support member 7 is, for example, about 10 centimeters. A watertight support member 28 having a width of, for example, about 2 centimeters is formed on the upper surface of the support arm 15 with the indoor / outdoor direction as the longitudinal direction. It is stuck on the middle part and both sides. Thus, a water flow interval 32 of about 3 centimeters is opened between the intermediate watertight support member 28a and the side watertight support members 28b on both sides, and such a water flow interval 32 is formed on the upper surface of the support arm portion 15. By providing the rainwater and the like that has entered the support arm portion 15 can be discharged to the outdoor side. A plurality of support members 7 configured as described above are fixed at predetermined intervals along the horizontal joint 2c of the outer wall panel 2, and the draining member 9 installed above the support member 7 can be stably and long-term retained. .

The lower watertight material 29 is a member that is formed of an elastic body such as rubber or silicon and can fit in the gap in a watertight manner. The lower watertight material 29 is formed between the support arm portion 15 of the support member 7 and the upper end surface of the lower outer wall panel 2b. The gap is placed between the two members 15 and 2b in a watertight manner, and the gap is sealed.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 4, the draining member 9 is formed along the horizontal joint 2 c and is locked to the locking claw 6 of the support member 7 at the end on the outdoor side. From the to-be-latched claw 8 to be held, the to-be-held ridge 31 formed at the end on the indoor side and held in the holding groove 30 provided in the fixed piece 14 of the support member 7, A draining arm portion 20 that protrudes to the outdoor side through the horizontal joint 2 c and is in close contact with the upper surface of the watertight support member 28, and a proximal end portion 18 a of the draining arm portion 20 A draining spatula 18 formed of an elastic body that is detachably fixed to a spatula fixing portion 20a formed on the upper surface and whose tip side is in watertight contact with the upper outer wall panel 2a, and protrudes in the outdoor direction from the vicinity of the spatula fixing portion 20a. And a projecting piece 19 formed with a slightly bulging tip.

The to-be-latched claw 8 has a shape that engages with the claw 6 from above, and the engagement between the to-be-latched claw 8 and the locking claw 6 and the fitting between the held projection 31 and the holding groove 30. Thus, the draining member 9 is supported by the support member 7. The length of the drainage member 9 in the horizontal joint 2c direction is, for example, 1 meter, and a plurality of drainage members 9 are juxtaposed along the lateral joint 2c with their ends facing each other. And the supporting member 7 is arrange | positioned on both sides of the edge part which this draining member 9 faced, and the center of the draining member 9 on both sides of the watertight support material 28. Among these, a central watertight support member 28a is disposed along the end portion below the end portion where the draining member 9 is abutted, and rainwater or the like is generated from the gap between the end portions where the drainage member 9 is abutted. Even in the case of leaking downward, the central watertight support member 28a prevents rainwater from flowing out to the support member 7. Even if rainwater or the like enters the support arm portion 15 of the support member 7, the side watertight support material 28 b is provided on both sides of the upper surface of the support arm portion 15. Rainwater or the like does not flow down to the side of the support arm portion 15 through the flowing water interval 32 between the 28a and the side watertight support member 28b, and the rainwater or the like can be discharged to the outdoor side.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 5, the elastic water blocking material 10 is a long sealing material formed of, for example, elastic rubber or resin, and includes a lower end surface of the upper outer wall panel 2 a, Between the draining arm part 20 of the draining member 9, it is pushed in from the outdoor side along the horizontal joint 2c. A decorative material 21 is attached to the surface of the elastic water blocking material 10 on the outdoor side, and the indoor side is provided with double flanges 22 that make contact with the draining arm portion 20 of the draining member 9 in a watertight manner. The upper part of the upper outer wall panel 2a that is in watertight contact with the lower end surface of the upper outer wall panel 2a is formed with a tubular convex part 23 having a cavity formed therein. And the fitting groove 24 of the shape which can fit the protrusion piece 19 of the draining member 9 in the surface used as the indoor side between this collar part 22 and the convex part 23 is provided. By fitting the fitting groove 24 and the projecting piece 19, it is possible to prevent the elastic water-stopping material 10 from coming off the horizontal joint 2 c even when the elastic water-stopping material 10 changes over time.

The elastic water blocking material 10 may be a material containing a core material such as a metal inside, but preferably has no core material and can be held in a spiral shape during transportation. When the elastic waterproofing material 10 that can be held in a spiral shape is used, even if it is of a considerably long shape, it can be transported without being bulky, so one elastic waterproofing material that is seamless throughout the entire circumference of the horizontal joint. 10 can be pushed in, whereby rainwater and the like can be prevented from entering from the joint of the elastic water-stopping material 10.

Thus, by providing the tubular convex portion 23 on the indoor upper side of the elastic water-stopping material 10, water such as rainwater does not accumulate on the upper portion of the elastic water-stopping material 10. Therefore, deterioration of the elastic water-stopping material 10 can be suppressed, and the water-stopping performance can be maintained for a longer period.

As described above, the water draining structure 1 is provided with double waterproofing of the primary waterproofing by the elastic water blocking material 10 and the secondary waterproofing by the draining spatula 18 of the draining member 9, so that the waterproofing can be further improved. . Further, since the draining spatula 18 is in watertight contact with the indoor side surface of the upper outer wall panel 2a, even when rainwater enters from a vertical joint (not shown) of the upper outer wall panel 2a adjacent to each other, It can be waterproofed by the draining spatula 18 at the intersection with the horizontal eye 2c.

Next, the case where the draining structure 1 comprised as mentioned above is repaired or replaced | exchanged is demonstrated. In this draining structure 1, the mounting member 5 inserted and fixed between the building beam 4 and the shaft 3 is disposed on the indoor side of the outer wall panel 2, so that it is not exposed to wind and rain. Does not require maintenance. Therefore, when the draining structure 1 is repaired or replaced, members other than the attachment member 5 are removed from the horizontal joint 2c of the outer wall panel 2. First, as shown in FIG. 6, the elastic water blocking material 10 is peeled off from between the lower end surface of the upper outer wall panel 2 a and the draining arm portion 20 of the draining member 9. At this time, for example, when a cutter or the like is inserted between the horizontal joints 2c and a part of the decorative material 21 and the collar portion 22 of the elastic water-stopping material 10 is cut, it becomes easy to peel off.

Then, as shown in FIG. 7, the catching claw 8 of the draining member 9 is removed from the catching claw 6 of the support member 7, and the draining member 9 is removed in the outdoor direction. At this time, the held protrusions 31 held in the holding groove 30 are also detached from the holding groove 30 by pulling out the draining member 9 in the outdoor direction. Since the draining spatula 18 is elastically deformed, the draining spatula 18 is not caught by the upper outer wall panel 2a and the draining member 9 cannot be removed.

Next, as shown in FIG. 8, the screw 11 connecting the hanging portion 13 of the mounting member 5 and the fixing piece 14 of the support member 7 is inserted into the through hole 12 and the fixing hole by a screwdriver inserted from the horizontal joint 2c. Remove from 17. Then, as shown in FIG. 9, the support member 7 is pulled out and removed. At this time, since the water stop spatula 16 is elastically deformed, the water stop spatula 16 is caught on the upper outer wall panel 2a and the support member 7 cannot be removed.

After removing the elastic water-stopping material 10, the support member 7, and the draining member 9 as described above, the elastic water-stopping material 10 is replaced with a new one, and the support member 7 and the water-cutting member 9 are replaced with, for example, the water stopping spatula 16 Then, maintenance such as exchanging the draining spatula 18 is performed, and then the support member 7, the draining member 9, and the elastic water stop material 10 are reattached to the horizontal joint 2c. Specifically, the support member 7 is inserted into the horizontal joint 2c of the outer wall panel together with the watertight support material 28 adhered to the upper surface thereof from the outdoor side, and is inserted into the fixing hole 17 of the fixing piece 14 and the through hole 12 of the mounting member 5. The screw 11 is inserted and fixed, and then the draining member 9 is inserted into the horizontal joint 2c from the outside, and the held claw 31 is held in the holding groove 30 and the locked claw 8 is locked to the locking claw 6. Further, the replaced new elastic water blocking material 10 is pushed into the gap between the lower end of the upper outer wall panel 2a and the draining arm portion 20 from the outdoor side of the horizontal joint 2c.

Thus, the draining structure 1 of this embodiment can remove and attach the support member 7, the draining member 9, and the elastic water stop material 10 which need maintenance, such as repair and replacement | exchange, very easily. Therefore, the draining structure 1 can be maintained without carrying out a large-scale construction such as removing the outer wall panel 2.

Needless to say, the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be appropriately changed without departing from the scope of the idea of the present invention.

In the present embodiment, the water stopping spatula 16 and the water draining spatula 18 are fitted and fixed at the ends of the support member 7 and the water draining member 9, respectively. For example, as shown in FIG. 10, the water stop spatula 16 and the water draining spatula 18 may be bonded and fixed at the ends of the support member 7 and the water draining member 9, respectively.

Further, the draining structure 1 according to the present embodiment has the attachment member 5 that is inserted at one end between the frame 3 and the beam 4 constituting the housing of a building such as a house and fixed by bolts 25 and nuts 26. Although the support member 7 is fixed to the mounting member 5 on the indoor side of the outer wall panel 2 and protrudes in the outdoor direction, it is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the support member 7 may be one in which the bent piece 15a of the support arm portion 15 is fixed to the lower outer wall panel 2b. That is, for example, the bent piece 15a has an insertion hole 34 into which the screw 33 can be inserted, and the support member 7 can be attached and detached by screwing into the screw hole 35 formed on the outdoor side surface of the lower outer wall panel 2b. The structure may be freely fixed.

If comprised in this way, since the attachment member 5 becomes unnecessary, while being able to reduce a number of parts and being fixed to the outdoor side of the lower side outer wall panel 2b, compared with the case where it fixes to the back of the horizontal joint 2c. The work becomes easier.

The draining structure 1 according to the present invention can be suitably used as the draining structure 1 in a house that can be used for an extremely long period of time ranging from 100 years to 200 years.
