Claims (1)
- 質量%で、Al含有量0.50〜1.20%の高Al鋼の取鍋精錬による二次精錬の初期の造滓時に、溶鋼中のAlによる強脱酸と、強攪拌を行うことにより、スラグ組成のSiO2濃度を低くコントロールすることによって、溶鋼中のAlとスラグ中のSiO2の反応を抑制して溶鋼汚染を防止する方法において、低くコントロールするスラグ中のSiO 2 濃度を、質量%で、0.30%以下とすることを特徴とする高Al鋼の二次精錬方法。
