Description
本発明は、特に抗感染薬及び免疫調整剤を含むグループから選択された、噴霧可能な材料の計量供給及び乾燥噴霧のための装置及び方法に関する。
噴霧可能な材料の乾式噴霧のための装置は当業者に知られている。これらの装置において、噴霧可能な材料、例えば粉末薬剤は、特別に提供されたチャンバにおいて圧縮ガス又はキャリヤガスによって作用され、このチャンバ内で、ドライミストと呼ばれる状態に変換される。材料の粒子は、この場合、圧縮ガス又はキャリヤガスの全容積に亘って好適には均一な及び微細に分散された状態で存在し、次いで、チャンバからこの状態で適切な装置を介して排出される。
したがって、本発明の目的は、従来技術より知られた欠点を克服する、装置、及びこの装置による、大量の薬剤、特に抗感染性薬剤及び免疫調節薬、の計量供給及び乾式噴霧のための方法を提供することである。
本発明は、図1から図5までを参照しながら例として以下に詳細に説明される。図示された装置は単に、発明の有利な実施形態を示しており、発明の根底をなす概念を全く限定しようとするものではない。
図1は、本発明による装置の第1の実施形態の概略図を示している。
図1には装置1の部分的に断面で示された斜視図が示されており、この装置には噴霧チャネル3がノズルブロック2の内部に配置されている。第1の端部(図1では左側)において、ノズルブロック2は毛管座部4を有しており、この毛管座部に、毛管13を支持した毛管ホルダ14が嵌合されている。この毛管ホルダ14自体は、ソレノイド弁16へ開放した接続ライン15に接続されており、ソレノイド弁は、参照符号17によって概略的に示された制御システムによって調整される。圧縮空気アタッチメントライン18から毛管13内への圧縮ガスの流れが、制御システム17によって調整される。第2の端部(図1では右側)において、噴霧チャネル3が拡散ノズル5へ開放しており、拡散ノズルの断面積は、毛管13から離れる方向で連続的に増大している。拡散ノズル5自体は、ノズルブロック2の一体的な構成部分であるアタッチメント片2aへ開放しており、このアタッチメント片には、人工呼吸器アタッチメント片6、又は自発的に換気する患者に投与するための装置へのアタッチメント片7が嵌合されている。装置1は、噴霧チャネルの上方に、薬剤貯蔵容器10のための受容座部9をも有している。貯蔵容器10の上側縁部11は、ノズルブロック2に設けられた受容座部9に嵌合されており、貯蔵容器10の開口19は、円錐状にテーパした計量供給チャンバ8の上方に配置されている。この開口19の上方には、薬剤12のチャージが配置されており、この薬剤は、噴霧可能な材料12の粒子がほとんど計量供給チャンバ8に進入しないように凝集させられている。
Claims (27)
- 抗感染薬及び免疫調整剤を含むグループから選択された噴霧可能な材料(12)の計量供給及び乾燥噴霧のための装置(1)であって、
第1のアタッチメント片と第2のアタッチメント片とを有する噴霧チャネル(3)と、キャリヤガス圧力パルスを前記噴霧チャネル内に送るために弁(16)を介して前記第1のアタッチメント片に接続された圧縮キャリヤガス源とが設けられている形式のものにおいて、
前記第1のアタッチメント片と前記第2のアタッチメント片との間においてかつ噴霧チャネルの上方において、噴霧可能な材料(12)を含む、噴霧チャネルに向かってのみ開放した貯蔵容器(10)が、環境に対して気密であるように噴霧チャネルに接続されており、弁が閉じられているときに、前記貯蔵容器へ逆流するガスによって圧力補償が生じるようになっていることを特徴とする、抗感染薬及び免疫調整剤を含むグループから選択された噴霧可能な材料(12)の計量供給及び乾燥噴霧のための装置。 - 前記噴霧チャネルの前記第2のアタッチメント片が、拡散ノズル(5)として設計されている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記貯蔵容器と前記噴霧チャネルとの間に計量供給チャンバ(8)が配置されている、請求項1又は2記載の装置。
- 前記弁(16)が、調整されることができる弁である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記噴霧チャネルに毛管(13)が設けられており、前記弁が開いている時にキャリヤガスが前記毛管(13)を通って噴霧チャネルに流入するようになっている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記毛管が、0.8〜1mmの内径を有する、請求項5記載の装置。
- 圧力パルスと圧力パルスとの間に、該圧力パルスの方向とは逆方向に呼吸空気又は換気空気が噴霧チャネル及び貯蔵容器に流入することができる、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記噴霧チャネルの前記第2のアタッチメント片が、人工呼吸器のアタッチメント片(6)に接続されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 人工呼吸器の呼吸速度と調和させられるように、キャリヤガスの圧力パルスの継続時間及び/又は時間が前記弁(16)を介して調整されることができる、請求項8記載の装置。
- 前記噴霧チャネルの前記第2のアタッチメント片が、自発的に換気する患者への投与のための装置へのアタッチメント片(7)を介して接続されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 自発的に換気する患者への投与のための装置を介して呼吸する患者の呼吸速度と同調させられるように、キャリヤガスの圧力パルスの継続時間及び/又は時間が前記弁(16)を介して調整されることができる、請求項10記載の装置。
- 前記噴霧チャネルが、人工呼吸器のアタッチメント、又は自発的に換気する患者への投与のための装置へのアタッチメント片に同心状に接続されている、請求項8から11までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記噴霧チャネル及び拡散ノズルが、人工呼吸器のアタッチメント、又は自発的に換気する患者への投与のための装置へのアタッチメント片に同心状に接続されている、請求項12項記載の装置。
- 圧力パルス毎に30〜180mlのキャリヤガスが噴霧チャネルに導入されることができる、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 圧力パルス毎に所定の量の噴霧可能な材料が噴霧されることができる、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記所定の量が、10〜50mgである、請求項15記載の装置。
- 前記貯蔵容器(10)が、注入可能な薬剤のための慣用の瓶である、請求項1から16までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記貯蔵容器(10)が、0.1〜3gの噴霧可能な材料を含んでいる、請求項1から17までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記噴霧可能な材料(12)が粉末状である、請求項1から18までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 抗感染薬が、抗生物質、抗ウイルス薬、抗真菌薬及び抗原虫薬を含むグループから選択される、請求項1から19までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記抗生物質が、ペニシリン、セファロスポリン、カルバペネム、モノバクタム、テトラシクリン、アミノグリコシド及びジャイレース阻害剤のグループ、又はこれらの組合せから選択される、請求項20記載の装置。
- 請求項1から21までのいずれか1項記載の装置(1)によって、抗生物質、抗感染薬、抗ウイルス薬及び抗原虫薬を含むグループから選択された噴霧可能な材料の計量供給及び乾燥噴霧のための方法において、
弁(16)を開いてキャリヤガスの圧力パルスを噴霧チャネル(3)に送りかつ貯蔵容器(10)に負圧を生ぜしめるステップと、
噴霧材料(12)の副次的な量を貯蔵容器又は計量供給チャンバ(8)から噴霧チャネル内へ吸い込むステップと、
前記噴霧可能な材料の副次的な量を前記噴霧チャネルにおいて噴霧化するステップと、
圧縮ガスと材料との混合物を噴霧チャネルを通って送るステップと、
貯蔵容器へ逆流し、貯蔵容器(10)内に配置された噴霧可能な材料(12)を流過するガスによる圧力補償のために前記弁(16)を閉じるステップとを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から21までのいずれか1項記載の装置(1)によって、抗生物質、抗感染薬、抗ウイルス薬及び抗原虫薬を含むグループから選択された噴霧可能な材料の計量供給及び乾燥噴霧のための方法。 - 呼吸ガス又は換気ガスが噴霧可能な材料(12)を流過する場合、噴霧可能な材料は弛緩されかつ、適切であるならば解凝集される、請求項22記載の方法。
- 貯蔵容器(10)の内容物が規定された時間内でほとんど完全に噴霧化される、請求項22又は23記載の方法。
- 前記規定された時間が、15分未満である、請求項24記載の方法。
- 圧縮キャリヤガス源が弁(16)を介して第1のアタッチメント片に接続されており、これにより、弁が閉じられている場合に、噴霧チャネル及び貯蔵容器において圧力補償が生じるようになっている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記弁(16)を介する、噴霧チャネルの第1のアタッチメント片への圧縮キャリヤガス源の接続が十分に気密である、請求項26記載の装置。
