Claims (10)
- バッテリーモジュール用ハウジング部材であって、
バッテリーモジュールの少なくとも一つの側部に取り付けられてなり、
冷媒の流れチャンネルが、ユニットセルが内部で積み重ねられたバッテリーモジュールに形成されてなり、
前記ハウジング部材が、前記ユニットセルの電極端子を互いに電気的に接続し、及び/又は外部デバイスを前記電極端子に電気的に接続するための電気接続部材が設けられてなり、
これらの電気接続部材がハウジング部材と一体成形されてなり、
前記バッテリーモジュールが、各々に二つ又はそれ以上のユニットセルが取り付けられたカートリッジを互いに積み重ねることによって形成されている場合、前記ユニットセルが、各カートリッジに取り付けられたユニットセルの数で決まる幾つかの列をなして配置されており、
前記ハウジング部材が、前記列によって分割されたセル群に対して冷媒チャンネルが形成されるように隔室が形成されてなる、ハウジング部材。 - 前記電極端子が、各カートリッジの両端から突出しており、
前記ハウジング部材が、前記カートリッジが互いに積み重ねられた状態で、前記電極端子が配置された前記バッテリーモジュールの側部に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載のハウジング部材。 - 前記電気接続部材の各々が、
上端が開放した電気絶縁性中空接続部材本体と、
前記接続部材本体の開放した上端に連結された電気絶縁性カバーとを備えてなり、
前記電気接続部材が、プレート状導電性バスバーが接続部材本体の下端に取り付けられ、二つ又はそれ以上の端子挿入穴が前記接続部材本体の下端及び前記バスバーに形成され、
前記接続部材本体の前記下端に形成された端子挿入穴が、前記バスバーに形成された前記端子挿入穴と連通し、電極端子を外部接続部材に接続できるようにするため、接続部材挿入スリットが前記接続部材本体の一方の側部に形成される構造を備えてなる、請求項1に記載のハウジング部材。 - 前記ハウジング部材が、電気絶縁体で形成されているか、或いは電気絶縁体でコーティングしてある、請求項1に記載のハウジング部材。
- 前記ハウジング部材及び前記電気接続部材が、プラスチック樹脂を射出成形することによって製造される、請求項4に記載のハウジング部材。
- カートリッジを備えた中型又は大型のバッテリーモジュールであって、
前記カートリッジが、各々、それらに配置されたユニットセルと、
お互いに前記カートリッジの電極端子を接続する為の電気接続部材と、
最も下の前記カートリッジの下に取り付けられた冷媒循環部材と、
請求項1に記載のハウジング部材とを備えてなり、
複数のカートリッジが互いに積み重ねられており、積み重ねられたカートリッジ間に冷媒の流れチャンネルが形成されてなり、
冷媒を通過させて導入できる入口ポートが、前記冷媒循環部材の一方の側に形成されてなり、
冷媒を通過させて排出できる出口ポートが、前記冷媒循環部材の他方の側に形成されてなり、
前記入口ポートと前記出口ポートとの間の前記冷媒の前記流れチャンネルが分割され、複数の隔壁によって分割された前記入口ポートを通して導入された前記冷媒が、前記ハウジング部材の本体の部分によって分割された特定のセル群を冷却した後、前記出口ポートを通って排出されてなる、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記ユニットセルが、各カートリッジに一つのユニットセル又は一つ以上のユニットセルが取り付けられた状態で互いに積み重ねられている、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記冷媒が空気である、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ユニットセルが、各カートリッジに一つのユニットセル又は一つ以上のユニットセルが取り付けられた状態で互いに積み重ねられており、
複数のカートリッジが、第1カートリッジと隣接して配置された第2カートリッジの電極端子が、前記第1カートリッジの前記電極端子に関して配向を180°方向を変えて配置され、前記第2カートリッジと隣接して配置された第3カートリッジの電極端子が、前記第1カートリッジの前記電極端子と同じ配向で配置され、前記第1カートリッジの前記電極端子は前記第3カートリッジの前記電極端子に電気的に接続され、前記第2カートリッジの前記電極端子は第4カートリッジの電極端子に電気的に接続され、最後のカートリッジの電極端子が最後のカートリッジと隣接したカートリッジの電極端子に電気的に接続されるように、互いに積み重ねられている、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールが、電気自動車又はハイブリッド電気自動車に使用される、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
