Claims (7)
- 少なくとも2つの軸平行な支持軸(4)を有しており、搬送用および/または作業用の部材として構成されたスリップオン部材(1)が前記支持軸(4)上に軸−ハブの接続によって回転不能に滑り込まされて、前記支持軸(4)と噛合しており、
前記スリップオン部材(1)の少なくともいくつかが、前記スリップオン部材の最大径(DA)、前記スリップオン部材のコア径(Dk)、および最大限でも前記スリップオン部材(1)の中心間距離(Ax)、のそれぞれを直径とする円の円弧(A−B、E−F、およびA−E)からなる断面形状(2)を有している押出機であって、
前記スリップオン部材(1)が、前記スリップオン部材の前記コア径(Dk)を直径とする円の円弧(E−F)の薄肉領域(11,12)においては、前記支持軸(4)に対して平坦または部分的に平坦に接することで、軸−ハブの接続のトルクの伝達がないように構成されること、および
少なくとも2つのスプラインまたは少なくとも2つの歯からなる2つのグループが、トルクの伝達のために、前記円弧(A−E,A−B)に対応する前記スリップオン部材(1)の厚壁領域に設けられており、一方のグループから他方のグループまでの距離が、同一グループ内の歯から歯またはスプラインからスプラインの距離よりも大きい
ことを特徴とする押出機。 - 前記2つのグループのそれぞれが、少なくとも3つの歯を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の押出機。
- 前記スリップオン部材(1)が、軸−ハブの接続のない領域において、円弧または直線の形態で前記支持軸(4)に対して平坦または部分的に平坦に位置することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の押出機。
- 前記スリップオン部材(1)の端部に、さらに環状の補強セグメント(8、9;13、14)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の押出機。
- 前記補強セグメントが、同心リング(8、9)またはカム状の口広げリング(13、14)として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の押出機。
- 前記軸−ハブの接続が、インボリュート、セレーション、またはスプラインによる軸の接続であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の押出機。
- 前記搬送用の部材が、スクリュコンベア部材によって構成され、前記作業用の部材が、反対方向のねじ山、ニーダーブロック、ブリスター、または歯付きディスクを有するスクリュ部材によって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の押出機。
