Description
在来の手段によって,異なる製造業者の入出力ブロック及び流体ブロックが別々のバー上に実現されかつ配線される。流体ポートは母線システムに直接にリンクされない,すなわち,それらには他の製造業者の電気入出力ブロックを経由して信号が送られる。
流体システムでは,利用者は,異なるいくつかの圧力の供給を受けるシステムを必要とする。在来のシステムでは,この問題は,高費用及び高労力消費で以てしか解決することができない。
単一図面は,2つの電気入出力モジュールの間の電気流体ブロックの1実施例の概略分解図である。
終端電気流体インタフェース・モジュール19は,インタフェース18に対して面対称であり,電気流体モジュール式システム1を終端させ,かつこのシステムを他の製造業者の入出力モジュール2に接続する。
Claims (7)
- バー(5)に固定されかつ次々に取り付けられるモジュールから構成された電気流体モジュール式システム(1)であって,該電気流体モジュール式システム(1)は電気流体モジュールを含み,
前記電気流体モジュールの各々が流体部品(9)と,電気部品(7)と,機能部品(30)とを含み,
前記電気流体モジュールの前記部品(7,9,30)がそれらとしてはモジュール式であり,かつ交換可能であり,
前記流体部品(9)は流体収集チャネル(10,11,12)を含み,
前記機能部品(30)は少なくとも1つのアクチュエータ(15)を含み,
前記電気部品(7)は母線端子(8)および内部母線を含み,
少なくとも1つの電気部品(7)がコントローラとの通信用プロトコル・チップを含んで備えられ,
さらに少なくとも1つのインタフェース・モジュール(18,19)が備えられ,該インタフェース・モジュールは,
1つの接続側面(23)上に電気端子(8)と流体端子(10,11,12)とを備え,かつ前記モジュール式システム(1)の前記モジュール(7,9)に適合している外形(24)を備える第1接続構成を有し,
さらに反対接続側面(22)上に前記第1接続構成と異なる第2接続構成を有し,該第2接続構成は,同じバー(5)に固定された他の製造業者のモジュール式電気システムの電気的入出力モジュール(2,3)に適合している電気端子(25)および外形(20)とを有し、
さらに、前記第1接続構成に対する信号プロトコルを前記第2接続構成に対する信号プロトコルに変換し及びその逆に変換する電気回路を具備している
ことを特徴とする電気流体モジュール式システム。 - 請求項1記載の電気流体モジュール式システムであって,前記システムの前記モジュール(7,9)が面対称接続側面(22,23)を有する2つのインタフェース・モジュール(18,19)間に配置されていることを特徴とする電気流体モジュール式システム。
- 請求項1又は2記載の電気流体モジュール式システムであって,前記モジュール式システム(1)の電気部品(7)が緊急オフ・モジュール(34)であることを特徴とする電気流体モジュール式システム。
- 請求項1から3のうちいずれかに記載の電気流体モジュール式システムであって,前記モジュール式システム(1)の電気部品(7)が,母線または動作および制御電圧を隣接している電気モジュールに単に伝える電気バイパス・モジュール(35)であることを特徴とする電気流体モジュール式システム。
- 請求項1から4のうちいずれかに記載の電気流体モジュール式システムであって,前記インタフェース・モジュール(18,19)が前記収集チャネル(10,11,12)への流体インフィードのためのポート(26,27,28)を備えていることを特徴とする電気流体モジュール式システム。
- 請求項1から5のうちいずれかに記載の電気流体モジュール式システムであって,流体部品(9)において前記収集チャネル(10,11,12)が1つの側面でブラインド・プレート(37)によって閉じられていることを特徴とする電気流体モジュール式システム。
- 請求項1から6のうちいずれかに記載の電気流体モジュール式システムであって,前記アクチュエータ(15)に直接に割り当てられたフィードバック・モジュール(32)が前記電気部品(7)に接続されていることを特徴とする電気流体モジュール式システム。
