最初に、図1を用いて、本実施形態によるモータ制御装置を搭載したハイブリッド自動車の構成について説明する。
図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態によるモータ制御装置を搭載したハイブリッド自動車の構成を示すシステムブロック図である。
図2は、本発明の第1の実施形態によるモータ制御装置を用いたモータ駆動装置の構成を示すブロック図である。
図3は、本発明の第2の実施形態によるモータ制御装置を用いたモータ駆動装置の構成を示すブロック図である。
図4は、本発明の第3の実施形態によるモータ制御装置を用いたモータ駆動装置の構成を示すブロック図である。

Claims (5)
- 直流高電圧を3相交流電圧に変換してモータに供給するインバータの作動を制御するために設けられ、上位制御装置から出力されたトルク指令値を受けて、前記モータに流れる電流と前記トルク指令値に対応する電流指令値が一致するように、前記インバータに作動制御用の指令信号を出力する制御手段を備えたモータ制御装置であって、
3相モータケーブルのコネクタ外れの検出中、前記モータの回転を抑えるように制御された検出電流を前記モータに流すための電流指令値を発生する電流指令値発生手段と、
前記電流指令値に応じた検出電流が前記モータに供給される時、前記モータに流れる検出電流と前記電流指令値とを比較して、前記コネクタの外れを検出する電流比較手段と、
前記コネクタ外れの検出中、前記インバータの出力電圧を制限する電圧制限手段と、を備える
ことを特徴とするモータ制御装置。 - 請求項1記載のモータ制御装置において、
前記制御手段は、
前記モータに流れる電流と前記電流指令値との差分から電圧指令値を比例積分演算により算出するPI制御手段と、
前記電圧指令値から3相電圧指令値を算出する2相/3相変換手段と、を備え、
前記電圧制限手段は、前記PI制御手段と前記2相/3相変換手段との間に配置され、前記電圧指令値を低電圧指令値に制限して、前記インバータの出力電圧を制限する
ことを特徴とするモータ制御装置。 - 請求項1記載のモータ制御装置において、
前記制御手段は、
前記インバータに供給されるPWM駆動信号を前記3相電圧指令値に基づいて生成するPWM駆動手段を備え、
前記電圧制限手段は、前記PWM駆動信号のオンデューティを制限して、前記インバータの出力電圧を制限する
ことを特徴とするモータ制御装置。 - 請求項1記載のモータ制御装置において、
前記電圧制限手段は、前記コネクタ外れの検出中、前記直流高電圧を出力する電源と前記インバータとの間に接続される高抵抗手段である
ことを特徴とするモータ制御装置。 - 請求項1記載のモータ制御装置において、
前記電圧制限手段は、前記コネクタ外れの検出中、前記直流高電圧を出力する電源と前記インバータとの間の電気的な接続を遮断し、前記インバータに低電圧を供給する低電圧源である
ことを特徴とするモータ制御装置。
