Description
内燃機関と電動機とをクラッチを介して接続したハイブリッド原動機を備え、少なくとも所定の減速条件で内燃機関を停止するモードを有するハイブリッド原動機の制御装置において、
内燃機関の排気系に介装された排気浄化触媒の温度が、第1の所定温度より高いときに、内燃機関への燃料供給が停止された燃料カット状態でクラッチの解放を禁止することで内燃機関を回転状態に保ち、排気浄化触媒の温度が、第1の所定温度よりも高い第2の所定温度よりも高い時は、クラッチの解放を禁止することに加え、燃料カットを禁止することを特徴とする。
ここで、Regはエンジンブレーキ相当のトルク(コースト回生)であり、上述したように、クラッチC1が解放状態、あるいは燃料カットが禁止の時は、f=1として、加算される。図7は、エンジンブレーキ相当トルクRegの一特性例を示し、速度0付近では回転起動に要するトルクが大きく、それ以上では速度の増大に応じて増大する。

内燃機関の排気系に介装された排気浄化触媒の温度が、第1の所定温度より高いときに、前記内燃機関への燃料供給が停止された燃料カット状態で前記クラッチの解放を禁止することで前記内燃機関を回転状態に保ち、前記排気浄化触媒の温度が、前記第1の所定温度よりも高い第2の所定温度よりも高い時は、前記クラッチの解放を禁止することに加え、燃料カットを禁止することを特徴とするハイブリッド原動機の制御装置。 - 前記第1の所定温度は、排気浄化触媒の活性開始温度より高く設定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド原動機の制御装置。
- 所定の減速条件で、前記電動機を発電機として機能させ、発生した電力を回生するモードを有し、
内燃機関への燃料供給が停止され、前記クラッチが接続されており、かつ、ブレーキが非作動の減速条件では、電動機による電力の回生を禁止することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のハイブリッド原動機の制御装置。 - 所定の減速条件で、前記電動機を発電機として機能させ、発生した電力を回生するモードを有し、
ブレーキを作動する減速条件では、制動力の一部を、電動機にて回生することを許可することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1つに記載のハイブリッド原動機の制御装置。 - 前記排気浄化触媒としてNOxトラップ触媒を備え、該NOxトラップ触媒がトラップしたNOxを脱離浄化しているときは、減速時の燃料カットを禁止することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1つに記載のハイブリッド原動機の制御装置。
- 前記排気浄化触媒として、NOxトラップ触媒を備え、該NOxトラップ触媒に被毒した硫黄を除去再生中は、前記クラッチの解放を禁止することで前記内燃機関を回転状態に保ちつつ燃料カットを禁止するとともに、ブレーキの非操作時であっても電動機による電力回生を許可することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1つに記載のハイブリッド原動機の制御装置。
- 前記排気浄化触媒として、パーティキュレートフィルタを備え、該パーティキュレートフィルタがトラップしたパーティキュレートを除去再生中は、前記クラッチの解放を禁止することで前記内燃機関を回転状態に保ちつつ燃料カットを禁止するとともに、ブレーキ非作動であっても電動機による電力回生を許可することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1つに記載のハイブリッド原動機の制御装置。
- 前記許可によって電動機の電力回生を行う時は、内燃機関の負荷を増大し、その分前記除去再生中ではない場合の電力回生時より回生量を増大するように制御することを特徴とする請求項6または請求項7に記載のハイブリッド原動機の制御装置。
