Description

  The present invention includes a mounting plate on which side parts are provided, and a hinge part that is rotatably attached to the side part via a support lever and a guide lever, and a damper is provided to weaken the operation of the hinge part with respect to the side part.   A furniture hinge in which the hinge part is pivotally held on the side part is known from EP 1555372. For this purpose, support levers and guide levers are provided for rotating hinge parts fixed to movable furniture parts such as furniture doors in the form of parallel control arms. In order to weaken the operation, the side part is provided with a linear damper that is coupled to the protrusion on the guide lever via a chain link. Therefore, damping occurs during rotation of the guide lever. The coupling is provided with a fixed structure, so that limited compensation of tolerances is possible, especially when the furniture door is aligned and the hinge parts are adjusted relative to the side parts or mounting plates. Also, the coupling by chain links is relatively complicated and difficult to install.

  Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a furniture hinge that is flexible in terms of tolerance compensation and can be easily installed.

  This object is achieved by a furniture hinge having the features of claim 1.

  In accordance with the present invention, a slide is attached to the side piece, which abuts against the damper and creates a bond between one damper and the other support lever, guide lever or hinge piece. Thus, the slide forms an intermediate member that can only be applied to a sliding surface that is not connected in a fixed manner to the damper at both ends by axial connection, but directly or indirectly connected to the damper. Therefore, as a result, the furniture hinge has a simple structure because the slide is held on the side part by only one guide means. There may also be specific compensation for tolerances during installation, since force is transmitted only through the contact surface and there is no fixed connection.

  According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the slide can be movably held on the side part via the guide means. The slide can move linearly in the same direction as the piston rod of the damper, so that no lateral force is produced during force transmission.

  To limit the operating range, the slide can be held movably between the two stoppers. In this case, the operation range is set so that damping is caused only in a desired range almost immediately before the closed position of the hinge part.

  In order to produce furniture hinges from only a few components, the slide can be provided with an end that abuts directly against the housing of the damper.

  To guide the movement of the slide, the slide can be provided with a slot that engages the pin. In this case, in addition to the guide means, the elongated hole also forms an opposing stopper for limiting the path of movement.

  Preferably, the slide can be moved through the tip by the web of the support lever so that the pivoting movement of the support lever results in a linear movement of the slide and the damper.

  The damper is preferably provided as a linear damper and is held in a pre-tensioned manner by the spring against the slide so that when the hinge part is opened, the spring extends the damper or the damper housing. Press on. The spring force acting on the damper is smaller than the spring that preliminarily applies tension toward the closed position on the hinge part.

  The side part can be provided with a rotating flap for easy attachment, and a damper is fixed to the rotating flap. In this case, the damper can easily be fixed to the flap by means of latches or other fixing elements.

The slide 12 is held on the side part 3 by guide means. For this purpose, the slide 12 is provided with a long hole 18, and a pin 17 fixed to the side part 3 is engaged with the long hole.

  The slide 12 has an end 13 on the opposite side of the chip 19, and this end acts on the opposing surface of the housing 14 of the damper in the side component 3. The damper is provided as a linear damper having a piston rod 15 movable into the housing 14. The damper can be provided as a fluid damper or a gas pressure damper.

  The damper housing 14 is held by a flap 20 of the side part 3 that can rotate about a shaft 22, and a stopper 21 is formed on the flap. One end of the piston rod 15 and one end of the spring 16 supported on the opposite side of the housing 14 abut against the stopper 21. Therefore, tension is applied to the housing 14 in advance in one direction toward the slide 12.

  When the hinge part 4 is opened, the damper housing 14 is moved by the force of the spring 16 and presses the slide 12 until the pin 17 reaches the end of the slot 18.

  FIG. 4 shows the attachment position of the furniture hinge 1 with the flap 20 shown in the open position.
