Description
以下、本発明を図1〜図6に示す一実施形態にもとづいて説明する。
Claims (4)
- 一本のパイプ状部材からなり、一端部に入口側接続口を有し、他端側に出口側接続口を有し、内部に前記入口側接続口から前記出口側接続口へ連通する流路を有する、薬液注入対象の経路と接続可能な筒形の本体部と、
前記本体部に一体に組み込まれ、前記流路の上流側に配置された、前記流路を流れる流体の流量を検出する羽根車式の流量センサと、
前記流量センサの下流であって、前記本体部に設けられ、前記本体部の周壁に先端側を前記流路の中心側へ突出させるように取付けた有底筒状の凍結防止用ヒータ取付け台座から構成される前記流路内で渦流を発生させる渦流発生部と、
前記渦流発生部の下流であって、且つ、前記流路の下流側に配置され、前記本体部に一体に組み込まれ、前記流路を流れる流体へ薬液を注入するための薬液注入部と
を具備することを特徴とする薬液注入装置用薬液注入モジュール。 - 前記薬液注入部には、薬液の逆流を抑制する逆止弁部が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薬液注入装置用薬液注入モジュール。
- 前記本体部は、薬液注入装置に取り付く取付座を有していることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の薬液注入装置用薬液注入モジュール。
- 薬液を貯溜する薬液槽が設置されたベースと、
前記ベースまたは前記薬液槽に組み付けられた前記請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一つに記載の薬液注入装置用薬液注入モジュールと、
前記ベースまたは前記薬液槽に組み付けられ、前記薬液槽内の薬液を前記薬液注入装置用注入モジュールの注入部へ供給する薬液注入ポンプと、
前記ベースまたは前記薬液槽に組み付けられ、前記流量センサで検出される流体の流量に応じて、前記薬液注入ポンプの運転を制御する制御部と
を具備して構成される薬液注入装置。
