However, in the above-described conventional vibration isolator, since the metal fitting is insert-molded into the resin bracket member, there is a problem that not only the metal material cost is increased, but also the molding cost is increased and the cost is increased. In addition, there is a problem that the weight is increased due to the metal fitting to be insert-molded on the bracket member. Furthermore, there are problems that the number of assembly steps is large and the mass productivity is low.

The present invention takes into consideration the above-described conventional problems, and provides a vibration isolator capable of reducing cost and weight and improving mass productivity, and a method of manufacturing the vibration isolator. The purpose is to do.

At this time, the rebound contact portion 46 contacts the lower surface of the contact portion 24 a of the rebound side stopper portion 24, and the outer cylinder 3 is pushed upward relative to the bracket member 2. Thereby, pre-compression acts on the rubber elastic body 5.

Next, a process of disposing the diaphragm member composed of the diaphragm 6 and the diaphragm ring 9 below the outer cylinder 3 while inserting the protruding portion 26 of the bracket member 2 into the through hole 97 of the diaphragm ring 9 is performed. More specifically, the diaphragm 6 is first formed inside the diaphragm ring 9 in advance. Specifically, after an adhesive is applied to the rubber bonding portion of the diaphragm ring 9, the diaphragm 6, the covering rubber 94, and the elastic portion 95 are vulcanized and formed inside the diaphragm ring 9, and the diaphragm members 6 and 9 are manufactured. . Next, the diaphragm members 6 and 9 are disposed inside the large-diameter hole 20 a of the accommodation hole 20 of the bracket member 2. At this time, the protrusions 26 are respectively inserted into the through holes 97 of the diaphragm ring 9. Further, the diaphragm ring 9 is pushed into the outer cylinder 3 side, the upper flange portion 90 of the diaphragm ring 9 is pressed against the flange portion 31 of the outer cylinder 3, and the lower flange portions 96A, 96B, 96C of the diaphragm ring 9 are held in the holder portion 21. Press against the bottom of the. Thereby, the upper end surface of the outer cylinder 3 is press-contacted with the latching | locking part 25 of the bracket member 2, and the outer cylinder 3 is hold | suppressed by the latching | locking part 25 from upper direction. Further, pre-compression acts on the elastic portion 95 interposed between the outer cylinder 3 and the diaphragm ring 9.

Next, a step of melting the protrusion 26 described above to form a diameter-expanded portion 26 a having a diameter larger than the inner diameter of the through-hole 97 at the tip of the protrusion 26 protruding from the through-hole 97 is performed. More specifically, the protruding portion 26 is melted by any one method of ultrasonic melting, thermal melting, and laser melting, and the enlarged diameter portion 26 a is formed at the tip of the protruding portion 26. As a result, the resin protrusion 26 is properly melted, and a desired diameter-expanded portion 26 a is formed at the tip of the protrusion 26. Due to the enlarged diameter portion 26 a, the diaphragm ring 9 is pressed from below and is restricted from moving downward relative to the bracket member 2 of the diaphragm ring 9. Thus, the diaphragm ring 9 and the outer cylinder 3 are sandwiched between the locking portion 25 and the enlarged diameter portion 26a in a state where the diaphragm ring 9 and the outer cylinder 3 are overlapped. At this time, the elastic part 95 interposed between the outer cylinder 3 and the diaphragm ring 9 is elastically deformed, so that dimensional errors of the outer cylinder 3 and the diaphragm ring 9 are absorbed. Further, since pre-compression is applied to the elastic portion 95, the outer cylinder 3 is urged upward by the elastic force of the elastic portion 95, and the upper end surface of the outer cylinder 3 is pressed against the locking portion 25. The diaphragm ring 9 is urged downward, and the lower surfaces of the lower flange portions 96A, 96B, 96C of the diaphragm ring 9 are pressed against the enlarged diameter portion 26a of the protrusion 26.

Next, a step of enclosing the liquid in the liquid chamber 7 is performed. More specifically, a liquid is injected into the liquid chamber 7 from a liquid inlet (not shown) to fill the liquid chamber 7, and then the liquid inlet 7 is closed to seal the liquid chamber 7. At this time, since the elastic portion 95 is brought into close contact with the lower end surface of the outer cylinder 3, the sealing performance between the outer cylinder 3 and the diaphragm ring 9 is improved.
As described above, the main body rubbers 3, 4, 5, the diaphragm members 6, 9 and the like are assembled to the bracket member 2, and the vibration isolator 1 is manufactured.

According to the vibration isolator 1 having the above-described configuration, since the bracket member 2 is assembled with the members such as the outer cylinder 3 and the diaphragm ring 9 without insert-molding the bracket member 2, the bracket member 2 Compared to the case where the metal fitting is insert-molded to the member 2, the material cost and the molding cost can be reduced, and the cost can be reduced. Moreover, the bracket member 2 can be reduced in weight by the amount of no metal fittings, and the vibration isolator 1 can be reduced in weight. Furthermore, the man-hour at the time of assembling each member such as the outer cylinder 3 to the bracket member 2 can be reduced, and the mass productivity of the vibration isolator 1 can be improved.

Moreover, since the outer cylinder 3 is pressed from the lower side by the diaphragm ring 9 that holds the diaphragm 6, the number of parts can be reduced compared with the case where a pressing member is provided in addition to the diaphragm ring 9, and the cost can be reduced. Can do.

Moreover, since the dimensional error of the outer cylinder 3 etc. is absorbed by the elastic part 95 interposed between the outer cylinder 3 and the diaphragm ring 9, the defect rate by a dimensional error can be reduced. Further, since the outer cylinder 3 is pressed into contact with the locking portion 25 and the diaphragm ring 9 is pressed into the enlarged diameter portion 26a of the protruding portion 26 by the precompression of the elastic portion 95, the expanding portions of the locking portion 25 and the protruding portion 26 are expanded. The backlash of the outer cylinder 3 and the diaphragm ring 9 sandwiched between the diameter portion 26a can be prevented.

Further, since the projection 26 is melted by any one method of ultrasonic melting, thermal melting, and laser melting, a desired diameter-expanded portion 26a is formed at the tip of the projection 26. The diaphragm ring 9 can be reliably pressed from the lower side by the enlarged diameter portion 26a, and the outer cylinder 3 and the diaphragm ring 9 can be securely held between the locking portion 25 and the enlarged diameter portion 26a.

As mentioned above, although embodiment of the vibration isolator which concerns on this invention, and the manufacturing method of a vibration isolator was described, this invention is not limited to above-described embodiment, In the range which does not deviate from the meaning, it changes suitably. Is possible.
For example, the vibration isolator 1 is manufactured by combining the outer cylinder 3, the inner cylinder 4, the rubber elastic body 5, the diaphragm 6, the partition member 8, and the diaphragm ring 9 to form the vibration isolator body, A method of assembling the apparatus main body to the bracket member 2 is preferable.
That is, as a method for manufacturing the vibration isolator 1, first, a process of combining the outer cylinder 3, the inner cylinder 4, the rubber elastic body 5, the diaphragm 6, the partition member 8, and the diaphragm ring 9 is performed. More specifically, a main body rubber composed of the outer cylinder 3, the inner cylinder 4 and the rubber elastic body 5 is manufactured, and a partition member 8 is fitted inside the outer cylinder 3 of the main rubber, and then the diaphragm ring 9 and A diaphragm member composed of the diaphragm 6 is assembled to the lower side of the outer cylinder 3. At this time, the diaphragm ring 9 and the outer cylinder 3 are joined by welding or the like.
Next, a process of fitting the outer cylinder 3 inside the accommodation hole 20 is performed while the protruding portion 26 of the bracket member 2 is inserted into the through hole 97 of the diaphragm ring 9.
Next, a process of melting the above-described protruding portion 26 and forming the enlarged diameter portion 26 a at the tip of the protruding portion 26 protruding from the through hole 97 is performed. Thereby, the diaphragm ring 9 is pressed from the lower side by the enlarged diameter portion 26 a, and the outer cylinder 3 is pressed from the upper side by the locking portion 25 of the bracket member 2, and the enlarged diameter portions of the locking portion 25 and the protruding portion 26. The outer cylinder 3 and the diaphragm ring 9 are sandwiched between 26a.
According to this manufacturing method, since the assembly process is simplified as compared with the manufacturing method described above, the mass productivity of the vibration isolator 1 can be further improved.

In the embodiment described above, the lower end surface of the outer cylinder 3 and the upper end surface of the diaphragm ring 9 are brought into contact with each other, and the outer cylinder 3 and the diaphragm ring 9 are overlapped. 3 and a diaphragm ring 9 (pressing member) may be provided with another member, or the diaphragm ring 9 (pressing member) may press the outer cylinder 3 from below through another member. .

Further, in the above-described embodiment, the diaphragm ring 9 is provided as a pressing member that presses the outer cylinder 3 from the lower side. However, the present invention may be configured to include a pressing member in addition to the diaphragm ring. Good. That is, a pressing member that presses the outer cylinder 3 from the lower side via the diaphragm ring is disposed below the diaphragm ring, and a through hole is formed in the pressing member, and the protrusion 26 is formed in the insertion hole of the pressing member. May be configured such that the enlarged diameter portion 26a is formed. Accordingly, the pressing member, the diaphragm ring, and the outer cylinder 3 are sandwiched between the locking portion 25 of the bracket member 2 and the enlarged diameter portion 26a of the projection portion 26.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, the elastic part 95 formed over the entire circumference is interposed between the outer cylinder 3 and the diaphragm ring 9, and the outer cylinder 3 and the diaphragm ring 9 are interposed by the elastic part 95. However, according to the present invention, in the case where it is not necessary to improve the sealing performance by the elastic portion, the elastic portion may not be formed over the entire circumference. An elastic part may be disposed on the surface. Further, in the present invention, the elastic portion 95 can be omitted.

In the above-described embodiment, the bracket member 2 is made of resin, but in the present invention, the outer cylinder 3 is preferably made of resin. Thereby, the outer cylinder 3 becomes lightweight and the vibration isolator 1 can be reduced in weight compared with the case where the outer cylinder 3 is metal. In the present invention, the outer cylinder 3 can be formed of a material other than resin, and for example, a metal outer cylinder 3 can be used.

In the present invention, the diaphragm ring 9 (pressing member) is preferably made of resin. Thereby, the diaphragm ring 9 (pressing member) becomes lightweight, and the vibration isolator 1 can be reduced in weight compared with the case where the diaphragm ring 9 (pressing member) is metal. Further, when the protruding portion 26 is melted to form the enlarged diameter portion 26a, the diaphragm ring 9 (pressing member) is joined to the protruding portion 26 in a molten state. Thereby, the fixing strength of the diaphragm ring 9 (pressing member) with respect to the bracket member 2 is improved, and the members such as the outer cylinder 3 can be reliably held in the accommodation hole 20 of the bracket member 2. In the present invention, the diaphragm ring 9 (pressing member) can be formed of a material other than resin, and for example, a metal diaphragm ring 9 (pressing member) can be used.

Further, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 5 (a), it is preferable that the inner peripheral surface of the lower end portion of the through hole 197 of the diaphragm ring 9 has an R shape in which the diameter is gradually expanded downward. . As a result, when the protrusion 26 inserted into the through hole 197 is melted, as shown in FIG. 5 (b), the enlarged diameter portion 26a 'of the protrusion 26 becomes larger, and the strength of the enlarged diameter portion 26a' is increased. Is improved, and the diaphragm ring 9 can be reliably pressed by the enlarged diameter portion 26a '.

In the present invention, it is preferable to mix a reinforcing fiber such as glass fiber with the resin material of the bracket member 2. For example, the bracket member 2 is formed of a resin material mixed with 30% or more of glass fiber (volume ratio to the resin component). In this case, the protrusion 26 is melted using heat or a high-frequency induction heating device to form the enlarged diameter portion 26a.

In the above-described embodiment, the protruding portion 26 protrudes from the bottom surface of the holder portion 21. However, in the present invention, even if the protruding portion is separate from the holder portion 21 (the main body of the bracket member). Good. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, a separate pin body 126 (protrusion) may be provided, and a pin hole 127 into which the pin body 126 is inserted may be formed on the bottom surface of the holder portion 21. . The pin hole 127 is formed at a position corresponding to the through hole 97 of the diaphragm ring 9. In the vibration isolator 1 having such a configuration, the diaphragm ring 9 is disposed below the outer cylinder 3 while aligning the through hole 97 and the pin hole 127 of the diaphragm ring 9, and then the above-described through hole 97. And the pin body 126 is inserted in the pin hole 127, and the pin body 126 is melted. As a result, the pin body 126 is joined in a molten state to the pin hole 127 of the holder portion 21, and the diaphragm ring 9 is pressed from below by the enlarged diameter portion 126 a formed in the pin body 126. In this case, even when the holder portion 21 is formed of a resin material mixed with glass fiber of 30% or more (volume ratio to the resin component), the glass fiber mixing rate is low (volume ratio to the resin component is 0 to 0). 30%) By forming the pin body 126 with a resin material, the pin body 126 can be melted by ultrasonic melting.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, the orifice passage 10 is formed by combining the concave groove 32 of the outer cylinder 3 and the concave groove 91 of the diaphragm ring 9, and the partition member 8 is the main body member 80. Although the movable member 82 is housed in the housing chamber 81, the structure of the vibration isolator body housed in the housing hole 20 of the bracket member 2 can be changed as appropriate. The partition member in which the orifice passage is formed may be accommodated in the outer cylinder 3, or may be a hydraulic pressure switching type vibration isolator including a partition member provided with a piston, a check valve, or the like. Alternatively, a vibration isolator having another configuration may be used.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, the main body member 80 in which the storage chamber 81 having a C-shape in a cross-sectional view perpendicular to the axis L is formed, and the C-shaped movable in a plan view stored in the storage chamber 81. Although the partition member 8 provided with the member 82 is provided, the structure of the partition member in this invention can be changed suitably. For example, as shown in FIG. 7, a flat substrate 180, a hat-shaped upper lid 183 overlaid on the substrate 180, and an accommodation chamber 181 formed between the substrate 180 and the upper lid 183. A partition member 108 including a plate-shaped movable member 182 may be used. The outer peripheral portion of the partition member 108 (the substrate 180 and the upper lid 183) is sandwiched and supported between the lower end surface of the inner peripheral wall portion 34 of the outer cylinder 3 and the upper end surface of the inner peripheral side wall 92 of the diaphragm ring 9. . The substrate 180 is formed with a plurality of communication holes 187 for communicating the storage chamber 181 and the auxiliary liquid chamber 7B, and the upper lid 183 has a plurality of communication holes for connecting the storage chamber 181 and the main liquid chamber 7A. The communication hole 188 is formed. The movable member 182 is a disk-shaped member made of an elastic member such as rubber, and the hydraulic pressure of the main liquid chamber 7A or the sub liquid chamber 7B is applied through the communication holes 187 and 188.
