Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のワーク供給装置100は、軸線周りに閉じた円環状に構成されるとともに外周縁にワーク保持面122cbを備えたワーク周回路122c、及び、ワーク周回路122cの所定位置より外周側へ向けて前記軸線周りの所定の向きに斜めに分岐し、軸線周りに徐々に上昇するように構成されたワーク搬送路122dを有する搬送体122と、搬送体122を軸線周りに往復振動させる加振体121と、を具備し、搬送体122の軸線周りの往復振動によりワークがワーク周回路122c及びワーク搬送路122d上で前記所定の向きへ移動することを特徴とする。

Claims (8)
- 軸線周りに閉じた円環状に構成されるとともに、リング帯状のワーク支持面と該ワーク支持面の外周側に隣接してリング状に設けられたワーク保持面を備えたワーク周回路、及び、前記ワーク周回路の所定位置において前記ワーク保持面が欠落した搬送開始部より外周側へ向けて前記軸線周りの所定の向きに斜めに分岐し、前記軸線周りに徐々に上昇するように構成されたワーク搬送路を有する搬送体と、該搬送体を前記軸線周りに往復振動させる加振体と、前記ワーク周回路上へ前記ワークを導入する、ワーク導入量を制御可能なワーク導入機構と、を具備し、
前記搬送体の前記軸線周りの往復振動によりワークが前記ワーク周回路及び前記ワーク搬送路上で前記所定の向きへ移動し、
前記ワーク導入量の制御により、前記ワーク周回路上のワークが前記ワーク保持面に押し付けられながら周回し、或いは、最外周のワークが前記ワーク保持面に押し付けられるとともに複数のワークが半径方向に連なり、前記ワーク支持面上の内外位置に分散して周回移動し、
前記ワーク周回路の半径位置を外周寄りに設定し、前記ワーク搬送路の最大半径位置がワーク周回路の半径位置の1.5倍以下であり、
前記ワーク周回路の内周側から前記ワーク周回路上の前記ワークにイオン化された気流を吹き付ける気流吹付手段をさらに具備することを特徴とするワーク供給装置。 - 前記ワーク周回路は周回方向に平坦に構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のワーク供給装置。
- 前記気流吹付手段は、前記ワーク周回路上に向けて前記所定の向きに斜めに気流を吹き付けることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のワーク供給装置。
- 前記気流吹付手段は、前記ワーク周回路の内周側に周回方向に沿って分散配置された複数の気流噴出口を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のワーク供給装置。
- 前記ワーク周回路におけるワークの周回速度は、前記ワーク搬送路の最外周部分におけるワークの搬送速度の0.8倍以上、1.3倍以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のワーク供給装置。
- 前記ワーク導入機構は前記ワーク周回路の内周側に配置され、内周側から外周側に向けて開口して前記ワーク周回路上に臨むワーク導入口を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のワーク供給装置。
- 前記ワーク周回路上の前記ワークを検出するワーク検出手段と、該ワーク検出手段の検出値に応じて前記ワーク導入機構によるワークの導入量若しくは導入頻度を制御するワーク導入制御手段をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のワーク供給装置。
- 前記ワーク搬送路の前記搬送開始部は前記ワーク周回路との境界から外周側に向けて下り勾配に形成されるワーク支持面を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のワーク供給装置。
