−エンジンの出力部に連結された入力軸、および車輪の軸に連結された出力軸と、
−軸を備える少なくとも1つのモータまたは発電機と、
−入力軸、出力軸およびモータまたは発電機の軸を相互に接続する機械アセンブリであって、少なくとも2つの外転サイクロイド歯車列から形成され、この2つの外転サイクロイド歯車列が、それぞれ、太陽歯車、遊星キャリアに連結された遊星歯車および外輪歯車を含む、互いに噛み合う複数の要素を有する機械アセンブリとを備えるエンジンの出力部と車輪の軸間の動力伝達装置において、
−モータまたは発電機の軸上に配置され、この軸を固定的な要素に連結することができる、噛み合いクラッチを備えることを特徴とする動力伝達装置に関する。
パーキングブレーキのこの第1の実施形態では、第2のモータ7の軸9が、車輪5の軸4に直結された機械アセンブリ12の要素に連結される。そして、この軸9が固定される。より正確には、噛み合いクラッチ48が小歯車47の内部に係合して、軸9を歯車47、外輪歯車37、歯車41、出力軸31およびアクスル15を介して車輪5の軸4に連結する。噛み合いクラッチ50は不動小歯車27に係合する。こうして、外輪歯車37を固定することによって出力軸31および車輪5の軸4が固定される。機械アセンブリのその他の要素は、車輪5の軸4の制止には関与しないので、破線で示されている。
より詳細には、この場合、外輪歯車45を、軸9を介して第1の太陽歯車33に連結する。この目的のために、噛み合いクラッチ48を小歯車47に係合させ、噛み合いクラッチ49を小歯車54に係合させる。次いで、外輪歯車37を小歯車47を介して軸9に連結する。次いで、太陽歯車33を軸55および歯車56を介して軸9に連結する。こうして、第1の太陽歯車33と外輪歯車37の回転数の間にRP1=K・RCという比例関係が付与される。
ここで、RP1は第1の太陽歯車33の回転数である。RCは外輪歯車37の回転数であり、Kは定数である。これにより、歯車列32の第1の自由度が消される。
より一般的には、本発明によるパーキングブレーキを実現するには、歯車列32の中で2つの異なる連結を行ってその歯車列32の2つの自由度を消す。
破線で示したその他の噛み合いクラッチ50、52および53は一見して制止に関与しない。したがって、それらの位置は重要でない。
Claims (6)
- エンジン(3)の出力部(2)と車輪(5)の軸(4)の間の動力伝達装置(1)を利用する、停車時の車両の車輪制止方法であって、前記伝達装置(1)が、
前記エンジン(3)の出力部(2)に連結された入力軸(13)、および前記車輪(5)の軸(4)に連結された出力軸(31)と、
軸(8、9)をそれぞれ有する、モータまたは発電機として機能するモータ(6、7)であって、前記エンジンが車輪に動力を供給する段階で、発電機として機能する第1のモータ(6)及びモータとして機能する第2のモータ(7)と、
前記入力軸(13)、出力軸(31)および前記第1及び第2モータの軸(8、9)を互いに連結するとともに、前記車輪(5)の軸(4)に連結されたアクスル(15)に連結されている機械アセンブリ(12)とを含み、
当該機械アセンブリ(12)は、少なくとも、
当該第2のモータ(7)の軸(9)を前記車輪(5)の軸(4)に連結する、前記第2のモータ(7)の軸に設けられた第1の噛み合いクラッチ(48)と、
当該第2のモータ(7)の軸(9)を、固定フレーム(57)に連結する、前記第2のモータ(7)の軸に設けられた第2の噛み合いクラッチ(50)と、を有し、
前記第1の噛み合いクラッチ(48)と第2の噛み合いクラッチ(50)を用いることにより、車輪(5)の軸(4)が前記機械アセンブリ(12)により制止される車輪制止方法。 - 前記機械アセンブリ(12)が、2つの外転サイクロイド歯車列によって形成され、前記2つの外転サイクロイド歯車列がそれぞれ、太陽歯車と、遊星キャリアに連結された遊星歯車と、外輪歯車とを含む、互いに噛み合う複数の要素(33〜40)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車輪制止方法。
- 前記機械アセンブリ(12)の各要素間の連結を、当該機械アセンブリ(12)の各要素(33〜40)の回転数が相互に依存しない状態と定義される自由度を、前記機械アセンブリ(12)が2つしか有しない構成としておき、当該2つの自由度を前記機械アセンブリ(12)の内部で消すことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車輪制止方法。
- エンジン(3)の出力部(2)および車輪(5)の軸(4)の間に設けられた動力伝達装置(1)であって、
前記エンジンの出力部に連結された入力軸(13)と、
車輪(5)の軸(4)に連結された出力軸(31)と、
軸(8、9)をそれぞれ備える、モータまたは発電機として機能するモータ(6、7)であって、前記エンジンが車輪に動力を供給する段階で、発電機として機能する第1のモータ(6)及びモータとして機能する第2のモータ(7)と、
前記入力軸(13)、出力軸(31)および前記第1及び第2モータの軸(8、9)を互いに連結する、機械アセンブリ(12)を有する前記動力伝達装置において、
当該機械アセンブリ(12)は、少なくとも、
前記モータ(7)の軸(9)を前記車輪(5)の軸(4)に連結する、前記第2のモータ(7)の軸に設けられた第1の噛み合いクラッチ(48)と、
前記モータ(7)の軸(9)を固定フレーム(57)に連結する、前記第2のモータ(7)の軸に設けられた第2の噛み合いクラッチ(50)と、を有し、
前記第1の噛み合いクラッチ(48)と第2の噛み合いクラッチ(50)を用いることにより、車輪(5)の軸(4)が前記機械アセンブリ(12)により制止される動力伝達装置。 - 前記入力軸(13)上に配置され、当該軸(13)を前記固定的な要素(57)に連結することができる噛み合いクラッチ(51)を備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の動力伝達装置。
- アクスル(15)が固定減速機を形成し、前記機械アセンブリ(12)が複数の減速比をもつ可変減速機を形成することを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の動力伝達装置。
