Description
The present invention relates to a sectional deformable duct and a radiant cooling and heating system, and more particularly to a sectional deformable duct that suppresses an increase in static pressure while improving workability in a narrow space, and a radiant cooling and heating system using the sectional deformable duct.
In general, a duct used for moving air to a predetermined place is a rectangular duct obtained by processing an iron plate into a rectangular cross section, or a spiral duct obtained by winding a belt-like iron plate into a spiral shape and processing it into a circular cross section. Since these ducts are manufactured in a factory and transported to the site, they are manufactured so robust that the cross-section is not easily deformed.
However, the above-described non-combustible resin film duct has a flat plate-like duct when there is no air supply, so that the duct expands into a tubular shape when air is supplied. Of static pressure is required. For this reason, when using a nonflammable film duct, compared with the case where the duct made with the conventional iron plate is used, the fan which has a static pressure large enough to maintain a tubular shape was required.
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a cross section deformable duct that suppresses an increase in static pressure while improving workability in a narrow space, and a radiation cooling and heating system using the cross section deformable duct.
In order to achieve the above object, a duct having a deformable cross section according to the first aspect of the present invention comprises, as shown in FIG. 1, for example, a rectangular sheet-
If comprised in this way, since the main body when external force is not applied becomes cylindrical, the static pressure for maintaining the duct in a tubular shape (cylindrical shape) during air supply becomes unnecessary, and the increase in static pressure is suppressed. be able to. In addition, when external force is not applied to the distance between two points where an imaginary line extending in the direction in which the external force acts in the cross section perpendicular to the axis when the external force is applied to the main body and the cylindrical sheet-like member intersect When the deformation is performed until the distance ratio between the two points becomes 1.1, the deformation maintains the elastic deformation, so that it can affect other members such as electric wires and joists as obstacles. This reduces the workability in a narrow space.
In addition, the cross section deformable duct according to the invention described in claim 2 is, for example, as shown in FIG. It is configured to fasten the overlapping
If comprised in this way, a superposition | polymerization part can be reinforced. Further, it is possible to fasten the overlapping portion using a tapping screw as a fastening member, and in this case, it becomes easy to manufacture a duct having a deformable cross section.
The cross-sectional deformable duct according to the invention of claim 1, for example, as shown in FIG. 1, a ceiling joist 54 cormorants is addressed from the outside of the cylindrical 52
When configured in this manner, the cross-sectional shape is substantially U-shaped having a base and sides extending at right angles to the base from both ends of the base, and protrusions protruding in a direction approaching both sides are formed on the side. Since it has a field edge formed at the free end, it can be easily attached to and detached from the base material using a clip or the like.
The cross-sectional deformable duct according to the invention of claim 1 is, for example, shown with reference to FIG. 1, the sheet-
If comprised in this way, manufacture of a cross-section deformable duct will become easy, and since it will use the material with little toxicity, it will contribute to prevention of global environmental pollution.
Further, the radiant cooling / heating system according to the invention of claim 3 is provided on the back side BS across the section screen F that partitions the cooling / heating space TS to be subjected to at least one of cooling and heating, for example, as shown in FIG. Temperature-controlled air supply means 20 for supplying temperature-adjusted temperature-controlled air CA; temperature-controlled
With this configuration, even when the space on the back side across the section screen is small, the workability when laying a duct having a deformable cross section on the back side across the section screen is improved, so radiation is relatively easy. An air conditioning system can be constructed.
According to the present invention, when the external force is not applied, the main body has a cylindrical shape, so that no static pressure is required for maintaining the duct in a tubular shape (cylindrical shape) during air supply, and an increase in static pressure is suppressed.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In each drawing, the same or corresponding members are denoted by the same or similar reference numerals, and redundant description is omitted.
First, referring to FIG. 1, a cross-section
Even when the externally deformable duct EF acts from the outside of the
The material of the sheet-
The tapping
In order to further reinforce the overlapping
If the cross-section
FIG. 2 is a diagram for explaining a state in which the cross-section
3A and 3B are diagrams illustrating the
Returning again to FIG. The uncurved portions (both ends) of the
As described above, the
In the above description, the sheet-
In the above description, the long side of the sheet-
In the above description, the
In the above description, the reinforcing member addressed to the overlapping
Next, with reference to FIG. 4, the radiation cooling and heating system 1 which concerns on the 2nd Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated. FIG. 4 is a schematic perspective view showing the configuration of the radiant cooling and heating system 1, and a part of the floor F is cut away. The radiant cooling and heating system 1 includes a floor-mounted
The cooling / heating space TS is a space to be cooled and / or heated by the radiation cooling / heating system 1. The air conditioning space TS is formed by being surrounded by a floor F, a wall, and a ceiling (not shown). Hereinafter, the air conditioning space TS may be referred to as the air conditioning room TS. The floor F, the wall, and the ceiling are section screens that divide the air conditioning room TS. The finished surface of the floor F (the floor surface appearing in the heating / cooling room TS) is provided above the surface of the concrete slab by about 100 mm to 300 mm (typically about 200 mm), and the underfloor space between the floor F and the concrete slab. BS is formed. That is, the underfloor space BS is the back side across the floor F as a section screen. The walls and ceiling are formed by attaching a gypsum board to a lightweight steel frame.
The floor-standing

The
The radiant cooling / heating system 1 is installed in the cooling / heating room TS as follows. The floor-standing

With continued reference to FIG. 4, the operation of the radiation cooling and heating system 1 will be described. In the following description, the heating / cooling room TS is assumed to be heated. First, the temperature-controlled air CA is supplied from the floor-standing
The heated floor F emits radiant heat and warms the air conditioning room TS. That is, the air conditioning room TS is heated by heat radiation from the floor F. Strictly speaking, infrared rays are radiated from the floor F, and the radiated infrared rays heat the occupants in the heating / cooling room TS, and the occupants feel warm. The air whose temperature has been reduced by transferring heat to the floor F moves from the air control opening (not shown) to the air conditioning room TS. A part of the air returned to the air conditioning room TS is discharged out of the air conditioning room TS for ventilation, but the rest flows into the floor-standing
Although the example of heating was demonstrated above, the air conditioning room TS can also be cooled by the radiation cooling / heating system 1. FIG. In the case of cooling, the floor F is cooled, and cold radiation (the floor F absorbs heat when the floor F (division screen) is at a lower temperature than in the air conditioning room TS) is performed. When cooling is performed in the present embodiment, the temperature of the temperature-controlled air CA supplied into the cooling / heating room TS is about 20 to 22 ° C. (preferably 21 ° C.). In the case of cooling, the amount of energy consumption can be smaller than that of cold / hot air conditioning (the temperature of the blown air is about 15 ° C.).
In the above description, the temperature-controlled air supply means is described as the floor-mounted
In the above description, the blower used in the radiant cooling and heating system 1 has been described as the
In the above description, the temperature control air blowing member has been described as the
In the above description, the temperature-controlled air CA is brought into contact with the floor F, and the air conditioning room TS is cooled and heated by radiant heat from the floor F. However, in addition to the floor F, the air conditioning room TS is radiated from the ceiling and walls. Air-conditioning may be performed, and the air-conditioning room TS may be air-conditioned by radiant heat from a plurality of section screens by arbitrarily combining radiation surfaces from the floor F, ceiling, and wall.
