Claims (8)
- ランプ装置(10)であって、
複数の位置決め穴(10、14、18、20、22、24、26、28)を有する金属支持体(12)、
前記金属支持体に沿って取り付けられた複数のLED組立部品(52、54、56、58)、
成型された光学レンズ(68)にして、複数のセグメント(70、72、74、76)を有し、各セグメントはそれぞれ焦点(78、80、82、84)、および各焦点を基準にした少なくとも2つの位置ガイドピンを有し、前記支持体は各位置決め穴に位置決めされた各位置ガイドピンを用いて該光学レンズ(68)に結合され、それにより各LED組立部品を前記複数のセグメントの各セグメントと各焦点に対して正確に位置決めする光学レンズ、
を含み、
前記光学レンズの少なくとも1つのタブ(112、114)とかみ合うように構成されて配置された形成凹部(104、108)を有し、前記タブが前記形成凹部の中に伸びるハウジング(102)、および
前記ハウジングに封止されるカバーレンズ(134)にして、前記タブを前記形成凹部(104、108)の中に捕捉させ、前記ハウジング(102)と前記カバーレンズ(134)との間に前記タブ(112、114)を保持し且つ捕捉するカバーレンズ、を更に含むランプ装置。 - カバーレンズ(134)が該カバーレンズ(134)の内面から伸びる突起を含み、タブ(112、114)を凹部(104、108)の中に捕捉するために前記突起が前記タブの表面とかみ合う請求項1のランプ装置。
- 各タブ(112、114)が、各形成凹部(104、108)の第1の面(122、124)とかみ合う少なくとも1つのリブ(128)を含む請求項2のランプ装置。
- 各タブ(112、114)がタブベース(126)を含み、各形成凹部(104、108)が凹部ベース(116)を含み、前記タブベースが前記凹部ベースとかみ合う請求項3のランプ装置。
- 少なくとも1つのタブ(112、114)が、各凹部(104、108)の第2の面(152)とかみ合っているコブ(148)を含む請求項4のランプ装置。

少なくとも1つのランプ組立部品(52、54、56、58)が、前記位置決めを基準にして前記支持体(12)に取り付けられ、および
光学レンズ(68)が少なくとも1つの焦点(78、80、82、84)、および前記焦点を基準にした少なくとも1つの位置ガイド(86、88、90、92、94、96、98、100)を有し、前記支持体が前記位置ガイドと位置合わせされた前記位置決めを用いて前記光学レンズに結合され、それによりランプ組立部品を前記焦点を基準にして正確に位置決めする請求項4のランプ装置。 - 支持体(12)が少なくとも2つの位置決め穴(14、16、18、20、22、24、26、28)を含み、光学レンズ(68)が少なくとも1つの焦点(78、80、82、84)、および前記1つの焦点を基準にした少なくとも2つの位置ガイドピン(86、88、90、92、94、96、98、100)を含み、前記支持体が前記位置決め穴の各々の中に配置された前記位置ガイドピンを用いて前記光学レンズに結合され、それによりランプ組立部品(52、54、56、58)を前記焦点を基準にして位置決めする請求項6のランプ装置。
- 金属支持体(12)が複数の位置決め穴(14、16、18、20、22、24、26、28)を有し、
ランプが前記金属支持体に沿って取り付けられた複数のLED組立部品(52、54、56、58)を含み、各LED組立部品が少なくとも2つの位置決め穴を基準にして位置決めされ、および
成型された光学レンズ(68)が複数の部分を有し、各部分は各焦点(78、80、82、84)、および各焦点を基準にした少なくとも2つの位置ガイドピン(86、88、90、92、94、96、98、100)を有し、前記金属支持体(12)が各位置決め穴の中に配置された前記位置ガイドピンを用いて前記光学レンズに結合され、それにより各LED組立部品を各焦点を基準にして正確に位置決めする請求項4のランプ装置。
