Claims (3)
- 酸化亜鉛形バリスタを含むSPD用素子を収納した収納ケース内で外部引出しリード線用絶縁電線と前記SPD用素子の引出し導体を接続したSPDであって、
前記収納ケースは、前記リード線の導体の外周全域を絶縁被覆材で覆った絶縁被覆端部が圧入されるようにして挿入されるリード線引出し用第一孔と、この第一孔に部分的に開口して前記引出し導体の先鋭な線材である先端部が挿入される引出し導体接続用第二孔と、前記第一孔の底に前記第二孔の延長孔として形成した小孔とを有し、前記第一孔に挿入した前記リード線の絶縁被覆端部の局部に前記第二孔に挿入した前記引出し導体の先端部を交差させて前記絶縁被覆材と導体を貫通させ前記小孔に達することで、前記リード線と引出し導体を電気的かつ機械的に接続したことを特徴とするリード線引出し形SPD。 - 前記第一孔に挿入した前記リード線の絶縁被覆端部と前記第二孔に挿入した前記引出し導体の先端部の互いに交差する角度が直角または前記第一孔でのリード線引出し方向に対して鋭角であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリード線引出し形SPD。
- 前記第一孔の奥が、当該第一孔に挿入された前記リード線の先端が突き当たる閉口端であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のリード線引出し形SPD。
