Description

The present invention relates to an industrial vehicle integration device that integrates integration information with a plurality of integration processing units, for example, various controllers, connected via an in-vehicle network, and in particular, integration processing is performed collectively for each integration processing unit. It outputs a command signal.

An industrial vehicle using a travel motor as a drive source, such as a conventional forklift (including a reach type), has one main controller, and the main controller receives commands and information from various operation devices and is provided in the industrial vehicle. It controlled the operation of various in-vehicle devices.

FIG. 5 shows a simplified vehicle information communication system provided in a conventional industrial vehicle. In this system, one main controller 1 is provided in one industrial vehicle, and the main controller 1 controls a plurality of in-vehicle devices provided in the industrial vehicle. In some cases, the sub-controller 9 connected to the main controller 1 may have a partial function of the main controller 1.

In the case of the vehicle information communication system shown in FIG. 5, the main controller 1 is connected with a traveling machine operation unit 2, a work machine operation unit 4, and a steering operation unit 6 as devices for inputting signals to the main controller 1. The travel motor 3, the cargo handling motor 5, and the steering unit 7 are connected as devices that receive control instructions from the vehicle, and the display device 8 is connected as a device that inputs signals to the main controller 1 and inputs signals output from the main controller 1. ing.

When the traveling operation lever of the traveling machine operation unit 2 is operated, the traveling machine operation unit 2 transmits a traveling operation signal corresponding to the lever operation to the main controller 1. The main controller 1 controls the traveling motor 3 according to the traveling operation signal. When the work implement operation lever of the work implement operation unit 4 is operated, the work implement operation unit 4 transmits a work implement operation signal corresponding to the lever operation to the main controller 1. The main controller 1 controls the cargo handling motor 5 in accordance with the work implement operation signal. When the steering of the steering operation unit 6 is operated, the steering operation unit 6 transmits a steering operation signal corresponding to the steering operation to the steering unit 7. The main controller 1 controls the steering unit 7 in accordance with the work implement operation signal. The display device 8 displays information on the operation of the traveling motor 3, the cargo handling motor 5, etc. on the screen, and changes the settings of various devices input through the operation of operation elements such as keys of the display device 8 itself. Is sent to various devices connected to the controller.

By the way, there are various pieces of accumulated information as information used for analyzing the operating status of industrial vehicles. Typical integration information includes key-on time. Key-on time is divided into operation time and stop time of industrial vehicles, and operation time is further divided into travel time and work time. In general, the travel time is an integrated value of the time when the travel system traveling motor 3 is operated, and the work time is an integrated value of the time when the work system handling motor 5 is operated. The time is measured by an internal clock of the controller 1. In addition, the travel system integration information includes travel distance. The travel distance is measured by an encoder, for example.

The main controller 1 integrates the travel time and travel distance of the industrial vehicle according to the operation of the travel motor 3, and accumulates the work time according to the operation of the cargo handling motor 5. The main controller 1 is provided with a changeover switch 1a such as a dip switch, for example, which can be switched between integration and interruption of operation of the traveling motor 3 and the cargo handling motor 5 in accordance with the changeover of the changeover switch 1a. . Various pieces of integration information are held by the controller and displayed on the screen of the display device 8.

In the case of the vehicle information communication system shown in FIG. 5, the in-vehicle device connected to the main controller 1 is standard equipment. If an option 30 system other than the standard equipment is provided in an industrial vehicle, a system is provided separately from the main controller 1 and an independent operation is performed in the system. That is, there is a demerit that data communication cannot be performed between the main controller 1 and the option 30 system.

In recent years, instead of the vehicle information communication system shown in FIG. 5, a vehicle information communication system has been adopted in which various in-vehicle devices and the like are connected by a data transmission path to construct a LAN and share various information. Such a vehicle information communication system eliminates the disadvantages of the conventional vehicle information communication system.

FIG. 6 shows a simplified vehicle information communication system using a LAN. In this system, controllers are distributed, and controllers 11 and 12 are provided for each power source. In this system, a data transmission path 20 is provided in one industrial vehicle, and a travel controller 11, a cargo handling controller 12, a display device 8, and a sub-controller 9 are connected to the data transmission path 20. Further, the option 30 can be arbitrarily connected to the data transmission path 20.

Data communication using the data transmission path 20 is performed based on the CAN bus protocol, for example. CAN is an abbreviation for Controller Area Network, and is a communication protocol developed by Robert Bosch GmbH and internationally standardized by ISO.

The traveling controller 11 is connected to the traveling machine operation unit 2 as a device that inputs a signal to the traveling controller 11, and the traveling motor 3 is connected as a device that receives a control instruction from the traveling controller 11. The work controller 12 is connected to the work machine operation unit 4 and the steering operation unit 6 as devices for inputting signals to the load handling controller 12, and is connected to the load handling motor 5 and the steering unit 7 as devices for receiving control instructions from the load handling controller 12. ing.

The travel controller 11 controls the travel motor motor 3 and accumulates information related to the operation of the travel motor 3, that is, travel time and travel distance. The cargo handling controller 12 controls the cargo handling motor 5 and the steering unit 7 and accumulates information related to the operation of the cargo handling motor 5, that is, work time.

In the vehicle information communication system shown in FIG. 6, the travel controller 11 is provided with a changeover switch in order to switch between the integration process relating to the operation of the travel motor 3 and the interruption of the integration process. Similarly, in order to switch between the integration process relating to the operation of the cargo handling motor 5 and the interruption of the integration process, the cargo handling controller 12 is provided with a changeover switch. When the controllers 11 and 12 are distributed in this way, a changeover switch is provided for each controller 11 and 12.

In general, the integration process and the interruption of the integration process are switched at the time of shipment or maintenance of the industrial vehicle. In the case of the vehicle information communication system shown in FIG. 5, only the changeover switch of one controller 1 needs to be switched. On the other hand, in the case of the vehicle information communication system shown in FIG. 6, it is necessary to switch the selector switches of the controllers 11 and 12 one by one. If the controllers 11 and 12 are separated from each other in the industrial vehicle, or the installation locations of the changeover switches of the controllers 11 and 12 are different, it is necessary to search for each changeover switch and perform complicated work of switching one by one. Don't be. If the controller is built in a part that is out of reach, it must be partially disassembled.

The present invention has been made in view of such a situation, and even if integration processing units that perform integration processing of the traveling system and work system of industrial vehicles are dispersed, integration and integration interruption are collectively performed in each integration processing unit. The purpose is to shorten the work time by simplifying the switching operation between integration and integration interruption.

In order to achieve the above object, the first invention provides:
An industrial vehicle integrating device that operates in response to a key being turned on,
A traveling motor controlled in accordance with the operation of the traveling machine operation unit;
A cargo handling motor controlled in accordance with the operation of the work machine operation unit;
A travel controller that is connected to the travel motor, gives a control instruction to the travel motor, and performs a process of integrating the travel time and travel distance of the industrial vehicle according to the operation of the travel motor;
A cargo handling controller that is connected to the cargo handling motor, gives a control instruction to the cargo handling motor, and performs an accumulation process of the work time of the industrial vehicle according to the operation of the cargo handling motor;

When the integration command unit is switched to integration interruption, the integration command signal is not transmitted to the data transmission path, and the travel controller and the cargo handling controller are not transmitted with the integration command signal, respectively. The integration process is interrupted accordingly.

According to the present invention, each integration processing unit switches between integration processing and interruption of integration processing in accordance with a signal transmitted from the integration command unit. For this reason, even if the integration processing units that perform the integration processing of the traveling system and work system of the industrial vehicle are dispersed, it is possible to instruct each integration processing unit to switch between the integration processing and the interruption of the integration processing. Therefore, the switching operation between the integration process and the interruption of the integration process is simplified, and the operation time is shortened.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In this embodiment, a forklift is assumed as an industrial vehicle.

FIG. 1 shows a simplified vehicle information communication system according to the first embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 1, an industrial vehicle is provided with a data transmission path 20, and a travel controller 11, a cargo handling controller 12, a display device 8, and a sub-controller 9 are connected to the data transmission path 20. Further, the option 30 can be arbitrarily connected to the data transmission path 20.

The traveling controller 11 is connected to the traveling machine operation unit 2 as a device that inputs a signal to the traveling controller 11, and the traveling motor 3 is connected as a device that receives a control instruction from the traveling controller 11. The work controller 12 is connected to the work machine operation unit 4 and the steering operation unit 6 as devices for inputting signals to the load handling controller 12, and is connected to the load handling motor 5 and the steering unit 7 as devices for receiving control instructions from the load handling controller 12. ing.

This embodiment is different from the conventional form shown in FIG. 6 in that an integration command unit 50 is connected to the data transmission path 20. Other configurations are the same as those of the vehicle information communication system shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 2, the integration command unit 50 may be directly connected to any controller such as the travel controller 11 or the cargo handling controller 12 instead of being connected to the data transmission path 20. In short, the integration command unit 50 may be connected to any location as long as the integration command unit 50 transmits a signal to the data transmission path 20 and each controller can receive the signal.

The integration command unit 50 is provided with connectors 51 and 52 that are detachable from each other and for switching between integration and integration interruption. Connection and disconnection of the connectors 51 and 52 are manually performed by an operator. While the connector 51 is connected to the connector 52, the integration command signal is generated by the integration command unit 50, and the integration command signal is transmitted to the data transmission path 20. While the connector 51 is disconnected from the connector 52, the integration command signal is not generated by the integration command unit 50, and the integration command signal is not transmitted to the data transmission path 20. Conversely, the integration command signal is not generated by the integration command unit 50 while the connector 51 is connected to the connector 52, and the integration command signal is generated by the integration command unit 50 while the connector 51 is disconnected from the connector 52. You may be made to do.

3 and 4 show a processing flow of integration processing according to the first embodiment. FIG. 3 is a processing flow of the integration command unit 50, and FIG. 4 is a processing flow of the controllers 11 and 12.

As shown in FIG. 3, when the worker instructs the integration process, that is, when the connector 51 and the connector 52 are connected, the integration command unit 50 generates an integration command signal (determination in step S01). Y, step S02). When the operator gives an instruction to interrupt the integration process, that is, when the connector 51 and the connector 52 are disconnected, the integration command unit 50 does not generate an integration command signal (determination N in step S01, step S03). . The integration command unit 50 transmits the generated integration command signal to the data transmission path 20 (step S04).

As shown in FIG. 4, for example, the travel controller 11 receives a signal from the data transmission path 20 (step S11). When the integration command signal is received, the traveling controller 11 performs integration processing of the operating time of the traveling motor 3, that is, the traveling time and the traveling distance, as integration information (determination Y in step S12, step S13). When the integration command signal is not received, the travel controller 11 interrupts the integration process (determination N in step S12, step S14). Similarly, in the cargo handling controller 12, work time integration processing / integration processing is interrupted in response to reception / non-reception of the integration command signal from the data transmission path 20.

3 and 4 show the processing flow of the vehicle information communication system shown in FIG. 1. In the case of the vehicle information communication system shown in FIG. 2, the processing in step S11 in the travel controller 11 is transmitted from the integration command unit 50. The received signal is not received from the data transmission path 20 but directly from the integration command unit 50.

In addition, although the form using the connectors 51 and 52 was demonstrated in the said embodiment, the changeover switch which switches on / off instead of the connectors 51 and 52 may be provided. Further, a signal may be transmitted at the start and stop of the integration process, and the controllers 11 and 12 may switch between integration and integration interruption in response to reception of the signal. Further, the integration processing unit 50 may generate an integration process signal and an integration interruption process signal, respectively, transmit an integration signal during integration, and transmit an integration interruption signal when integration is interrupted. Further, a signal may be transmitted at regular intervals.

In the above embodiment, the integrated information of the travel distance, the travel time, and the work time is obtained, but one or more of the travel distance, the travel time, and the work time can be obtained. An integration processing unit that integrates other integration information is connected to the data transmission path 20, and the integration processing signal is transmitted from the integration command unit 50 together with the travel controller 11 and the cargo handling controller 12. It is also possible to receive.

In the above embodiment, the integration processing is performed by the controllers 11 and 12, but the present invention can be applied even when the integration processing is performed by another device connected to the data transmission path 20. As described above, according to the present embodiment, each integration processing unit switches between integration processing and interruption of the integration processing in accordance with the signal transmitted from the integration command unit.
