Conventionally used for dehalogenating and decomposing organic halogen compounds such as polychlorinated biphenyls contained in electrical insulating oil, heat medium, organic waste liquid, etc., or as a synthesis reagent for organic compounds and inorganic compounds In such a case, a sodium dispersion in which metallic sodium is atomized and dispersed in a dispersion medium is used.
As a method for producing such a sodium dispersion, generally, metallic sodium in a liquid state heated to a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point (hereinafter also simply referred to as “sodium”) and a solvent inert to metallic sodium are stirred. Many methods are used in which sodium is dispersed by high-speed stirring in a tank to make sodium fine particles. For example,
In the production of such a sodium dispersion, a sodium dispersion part in which liquid metal sodium and a dispersion medium are stirred to disperse sodium in the dispersion medium, such as a stirring tank, and metal sodium supplied to the sodium dispersion part A sodium storage part equipped with a facility such as a sodium storage tank for storing liquid in a liquid state, a pipe for transporting liquid metallic sodium from the sodium storage part to the sodium dispersion part, a pump serving as transport power, etc. The equipment comprised by the sodium conveyance piping part with which it was equipped is used conventionally.
In this sodium dispersion part, in order to disperse the sodium particles in the dispersion medium, a stirring device (dispersion device) that normally disperses the sodium particles in the dispersion medium by mixing and dispersing the dispersion medium and sodium is used. ing.
By the way, in the sodium dispersion, it is required that the dispersed sodium is further refined, and in the sodium dispersion production facility, there is a demand for what can make the sodium more refined more quickly. Yes.
However, conventional sodium dispersion manufacturing equipment cannot sufficiently satisfy the desire to make sodium finer more quickly and finely.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, sodium quickly than conventional, more is miniaturized manufacturing process of the so obtained Luna thorium dispersion dispersed in a dispersion medium and the sodium dispersion An object is to provide a sodium dispersion produced by the production method.
The present invention relates to a method for producing a sodium dispersion in which metal sodium is refined by stirring a mixture of metal sodium in a liquid state and a dispersion medium and dispersed in the dispersion medium. The agitation is carried out with the discharge hole of the agitator connected to the suction hole of the other rotor / stator type agitator. To the metal sodium in the liquid state with a mixture of an rotor / stator type stirrer with a dispersing medium, continuously stirred at the other rotor / stator type stirrer, and, one rotor / stator type stirrer A sodium dispersion manufacturing method and a sodium dispersion manufactured by the manufacturing method, characterized in that the stirring is carried out by bringing the connecting portion between the discharge hole and the suction hole of the other rotor / stator type stirring device to a positive pressure state. In this specification, the rotor / stator type stirring device is usually a hollow cylinder and a stator in which a plurality of liquid flow paths from the inner hollow region to the outer side are formed, and the liquid is rotated to centrifuge the liquid. And a rotor formed with wings that can flow outward from the center by force, and the rotor is rotated when the wings are arranged in the hollow region of the stator. A shear portion is formed on at least one of an inner peripheral side and an outer peripheral side of the cylindrical stator to apply shear to the liquid flowing through the liquid flow path together with the stator, and the rotor blades are formed in a hollow region of the stator. And the rotor is arranged so as to be rotatable relative to the stator, so that the rotor is rotated and flows into the hollow area of the stator. And the liquid causes flow to the outside of the stator through the liquid flow path by the wings, is intended to what is configured to be able to shear at a shear portion of the rotor.
In addition, the rotor and the stator are accommodated in the chamber, and the mixture sucked into the chamber from the suction hole is mixed and stirred by the stator and the rotor and discharged from the discharge hole. The rotor / stator type stirring device of the invention is different from what is generally called a homogenizer or the like that is used for stirring of the entire tank where the rotor and the stator are not directly contained in the chamber but immersed in the liquid tank. The stator is accommodated in the chamber having the suction hole and the discharge hole as described above, so that it can be agitated in-line in the liquid flow path by being connected to the pipe, and by rotating the rotor. It is intended to generate a liquid suction force from the suction hole and a liquid discharge force from the discharge hole. .
According to the present invention, in the sodium dispersion part of the sodium dispersion production facility, the rotor and the stator are accommodated in the chamber, and the mixture sucked into the chamber from the suction hole is mixed and stirred by the stator and the rotor. There are provided a plurality of rotor / stator type stirring devices configured to be discharged from the discharge holes, and one rotor / stator type stirring device among the plurality of rotor / stator type stirring devices, Since the suction hole of the other rotor / stator type stirring device is connected to the sodium dispersion part, the mixture of the liquid sodium metal and the dispersion medium stirred by one rotor / stator type stirring device is used. It can be again introduced into another rotor / stator type stirring device and continuously stirred.
Therefore, compared with the case where a single rotor / stator type stirring device is used, metallic sodium can be rapidly refined and dispersed in the dispersion medium.
In addition, the rotor and the stator are accommodated in the chamber, and the mixture sucked into the chamber from the suction hole is mixed and stirred by the stator and the rotor and discharged from the discharge hole. The rotor / stator type agitator must be equipped with rotors and stators of different shapes, or even if the same rotor / stator type agitator is used, the operating conditions of each may be different. Can do.
Therefore, the operating conditions of the rotor / stator type agitator on the front side of the rotor / stator type agitator and the rotor / stator type agitator on the rear side are adjusted to adjust the rotor / stator type agitator on the front side and the rear side of the rotor / stator type agitator. The connecting part between the rotor / stator type stirrer is brought to a positive pressure state, back pressure is applied to the rotor / stator type stirrer on the rear stage, and a high shear stress is applied to the mixture of metallic sodium and dispersion medium to stir. Or a mixture of metal sodium and dispersion medium sucked into the rotor / stator type agitator at the rear stage with the connecting portion in a negative pressure state, and a rotor / stator type agitator at the rear stage of the mixture of metal sodium and dispersion medium. The time for passing through the device is increased compared to the case of using a single rotor / stator type stirring device, and the rotor and stator Or it can increase the shear number given by the.
That is, metallic sodium can be dispersed in the dispersion medium more quickly and more finely than conventional sodium dispersion manufacturing equipment.

As the primary dispersion device 31, for example, a stirring device including a paddle blade, a disk turbine blade, or the like can be used.
The stirrer also maintains an appropriate temperature of the sodium dispersion during primary dispersion, for example, an oil to prevent the temperature of the sodium dispersion from rising too high and exceeding the flash point of the insulating oil. It is preferable to use a stirring tank in which a jacket structure capable of circulating a heat medium such as is formed. In particular, a synthetic heat transfer oil that is inactive to sodium can be suitably used as the oil in that sodium can be prevented from reacting even when sodium leaks into the jacket portion.
In addition, the jacket structure and the synthetic heat medium oil to be used are preferably selected from those capable of maintaining the dispersion medium and metal sodium contained in the primary dispersion device 31 at a temperature of 105 to 140 ° C.

As this high discharge type
The rotor is formed with a plurality of concentric blades (shearing portions) formed on the front surface side of the disk-shaped main body, and a rotating shaft for rotating the rotor is fixed to the central portion on the back surface side. Yes.
Further, the rotor has a receding wing (blade part) formed at the center thereof, and when the stator and the blades are meshed with each other and arranged to face each other, the concentric circle is positioned so that the receding wing is located in the hollow region of the stator. Shaped blades and swept wings.
The rotating blades of the rotor cause a centrifugal force to act on the sodium primary dispersion by rotation, and the sodium primary dispersion that has received the centrifugal force flows to the outer peripheral side of the stator through the liquid flow path of the stator.
At this time, the primary sodium dispersion passing through the liquid flow path is sheared by a large number of blades disposed on the outer peripheral side of the swept blade and the blades of the stator.
The rotor is housed in a chamber in which a cylindrical space having a diameter slightly larger than that of the disk-shaped main body and slightly thicker than the rotor is formed. The chamber that accommodates the rotor has an opening surface formed in one of the cylindrical spaces and a closed surface formed in the other, and the closed surface has a through-hole through which the rotating shaft is inserted at the center. The opening surface has a flange formed on the outer periphery of the opening. In addition, a discharge hole is formed on the side surface of the chamber for communicating the inside of the chamber with the outside so that the sodium dispersion dispersed in the chamber can be discharged to the outside of the chamber.
And this rotor is accommodated in the chamber, with the back side of the disc-shaped main body abutting against the closed surface.
The rotor is housed in such a chamber and is rotatable relative to the chamber, and is rotatable in the chamber by the rotation shaft.
In the stator, a plurality of blades as described above are arranged on one side of a plate-like body formed on the outer edge of a flange formed on the outer edge of the rotor. It is erected while providing a gap as a liquid flow path in the direction.
When the flanges of the stator and the rotor are in contact with each other, the rotor protrudes more toward the rotor than the flange contact surface, and is positioned between the concentrically arranged blades on the rotor surface to form a mesh. Concentric blades are arranged so that the rotor retreat wings are located in the hollow region of the rotor to form a cylindrical shape of the stator.
In this stator, a through-hole (suction hole) penetrating from the front side to the back side in which a concentric blade is formed in the center of the stator so that a sodium dispersion primarily dispersed in the hollow region can be introduced. ) Is formed.
Accordingly, the flanges of the stator and the rotor are brought into contact with each other and locked together, whereby the chamber is closed except that the suction hole and the discharge hole form a communication state with the outside. Become.
Further, the flanges of the stator and the rotor are brought into contact with each other and locked to each other, so that the rotor is disposed so as to be relatively rotatable with respect to the stator in the closed chamber. The liquid suction force and the liquid discharge force from the discharge hole can be generated.
Further, this high discharge type
As such a high discharge type rotor / stator type stirring device, usually when used alone, a mixture of metallic sodium and insulating oil in a liquid state has an average sodium particle size of 10 μm within 10 hours. The maximum discharge rate of 15 m 3 / h or more can be used, and a mixture of metallic sodium and insulating oil in a liquid state can have an average particle diameter of sodium within 10 hours. It is preferable that the thickness be 5 μm or less and the maximum discharge amount is 18 m 3 / h or more.
In the high shear type
As such a high shear type secondary dispersion device, any rotor / stator type stirring device having a shearing force higher than that of a high discharge type rotor / stator type stirring device may be used. In the present specification, it is intended that the average particle diameter of metallic sodium is further refined when a mixture of metallic sodium and insulating oil in a liquid state is passed at the same flow rate. Yes.
Whether the rotor / stator type agitator used in this high shear type secondary dispersion device has a higher shearing force than the high discharge type rotor / stator type agitator is in the same state and insulated from the same amount of metallic sodium. Two mixtures with oil are prepared, and each is separately the same for the rotor / stator type stirring device used for the high shear type secondary dispersion device and the rotor / stator type stirring device used for the high discharge type secondary dispersion device. It can be determined by circulating at a flow rate and comparing which mixture sodium particles first have a predetermined average particle diameter.
At this time, for example, the rotor / stator type stirring device used in the high discharge type secondary dispersion device is operated at a substantially maximum rotation speed, and the flow rate on the high shear type secondary dispersion device side is changed to the high discharge type secondary dispersion device. In order to match the above, the rotor / stator type stirring device used in the high shear type secondary dispersion device may be energized using, for example, a vortex pump that does not significantly affect the shearing of sodium, and the above determination may be made. .
In these secondary dispersion devices, a jacket structure is formed outside the device as in the case of the primary dispersion device described above.
In this
The
Further, a discharge pipe for discharging the sodium dispersion is connected to the sodium dispersion storage tank 41, and supply to a tank truck or the like can be appropriately performed through the discharge pipe.
In addition, the sodium dispersion storage tank 41 is also provided with a stirring mechanism in order to suppress sodium sedimentation.
Although not described in detail here, the sodium dispersion facility of this embodiment includes a general sodium dispersion facility such as an electric heater, a temperature control device such as steam, a mechanism for controlling the flow of valves, valves, and the like. The apparatus and mechanism used for the body manufacturing facility can be employed as long as the effects of the present invention are not impaired.
Next, a sodium dispersion manufacturing method using such a sodium dispersion manufacturing facility will be described.
First, the metallic sodium stored in the
By pressurizing the sodium metal with the pressurized nitrogen, the sodium metal in the sodium storage tank is pumped to the primary dispersion device 31 through the sodium transport pipe portion L1.
At this time, depending on the pipe length of the sodium transport pipe L1, the pipe diameter, the height difference between the start point and the end point, etc., for example, pressurized nitrogen is supplied to the sodium storage tank, and the pressure of nitrogen in the sodium storage tank 50 to 100 kPa (for example, 70 kPa) or the like, for example, sodium can be pumped to a point at a distance of several tens of meters or more through the sodium transport piping portion L1 using 2B piping.
On the other hand, from the insulating
In the primary dispersion device 31, the introduced insulating oil and metallic sodium are mixed and stirred to form a sodium primary dispersion having an average particle diameter of sodium of 20 μm or less. At this time, frictional heat is normally generated in the insulating oil and metallic sodium, and the temperature rises. Therefore, the heating medium such as oil is jacketed using the stirring tank in which the jacket structure as described above is formed. It is preferable to form a sodium primary dispersion while maintaining the temperature at 120 ° C., for example.
In this specification, the particle diameter of sodium is intended to mean the diameter of a perfect circle having the same area as the projected area of sodium particles measured using an optical microscope or the like, unless otherwise specified. Unless otherwise specified, the average particle diameter of sodium is a particle obtained by obtaining the particle diameter of particles that are visually observable when the sodium dispersion is magnified 200 times and observed. Intended to be the arithmetic average of the diameters.
Subsequently, the sodium primary dispersion obtained in the primary dispersion device 31 is temporarily stored in the
More specifically, the sodium primary dispersion was sucked from the
As described above, by using the high discharge type
In addition, by using a plurality of secondary dispersion devices (rotor / stator type stirring devices) having different shearing force and discharge force, the sodium particles of the sodium dispersion can be made finer more quickly and finely.
Furthermore, a high discharge type secondary dispersion device is arranged on the front side of the connecting part, and a high shear type secondary dispersion device is arranged on the rear side, and a rotor / stator type stirring device having a larger discharge amount than the rear side is arranged on the front side. By implementing secondary dispersion of the sodium dispersion, not only can the equipment for transporting the sodium dispersion be omitted, but the connecting portion can be properly connected by the high-discharge type secondary dispersion device on the front stage side. In the pressure state, stirring (secondary dispersion) can be performed in a state where back pressure is applied in the high shear type secondary dispersion apparatus on the rear stage side. Therefore, it is possible to use a high-shear type secondary dispersion device on the rear stage side, which has improved shearing performance, with the gap between the rotor and stator blades being narrowed. From such a thing, manufacture of the more refined sodium dispersion can be implemented more rapidly. Moreover, even when the temperature of the dispersion medium of the sodium dispersion is increased in this secondary dispersion, the linking component is made positive pressure, whereby volatile components are volatilized from the dispersion medium and bubbles are generated. There is also an effect of suppressing the bubbles from being involved in the secondary dispersion apparatus and reducing the shear performance (dispersion performance).
As a dispersion medium, a density of 0.85 to 0.87 g / cm 3 , a flash point of 140 ° C. or more, a pour point of −20 ° C. or less, a kinematic viscosity at 40 ° C. of 7 to 9 mm / s, an acid value of 0.01 mgKOH / g or less, sulfur It consists of paraffinic mineral oils with a content of 1 ppm or less, a paraffin chain carbon content of 50% or more, and an aromatic ring carbon content of 15% or less. In such a case, it is preferable to carry out secondary dispersion by setting the connecting portion to a positive pressure state of 100 Pa or more in that the above effects can be sufficiently obtained.
In this way, the sodium dispersion is removed from the

In the present embodiment, the case where the sodium dispersion is manufactured as described above is described by using the sodium dispersion manufacturing facility configured as described above, but in the present invention, the sodium dispersion manufacturing facility is described above. It is not limited to such a thing.
Further, in the present embodiment, when the metal sodium in the sodium storage tank is pumped to the primary dispersion device through the sodium transport pipe section, the pressure fluctuation in the sodium storage tank can be moderated, and the flow rate can be reduced. Although the case where pressurized gas is supplied into the sodium reservoir tank to pressurize the metal sodium has been described as an example in terms of easy adjustment and the like, in the present invention, means for pressurizing the metal sodium in the sodium reservoir tank is provided. It is not limited to supply of pressurized gas.
Furthermore, in this embodiment, it is inert with respect to sodium, is safe, has no risk of lowering the quality of the sodium dispersion, and is inexpensive, so that nitrogen is used as a pressurized gas in the sodium reservoir. However, in the present invention, the pressurized gas is not limited to nitrogen.
In the present embodiment, the insulating oil is described as an example of the dispersion medium of the sodium dispersion. However, in the present invention, the dispersion medium is not limited to the insulating oil.
Moreover, in this embodiment, from the sodium storage part to a sodium dispersion | distribution part in the point which can suppress the increase in the connection part of the sodium conveyance piping part by installation of a pump, can suppress the leakage of sodium, and can reduce a maintenance effort. In the sodium dispersion manufacturing facility of the present invention, the sodium dispersion tank is provided with a pressurizing mechanism for transporting sodium in the liquid state, and sodium is pumped through the sodium transport piping. The tank is not limited to the one provided with the pressurizing mechanism.
In the present embodiment, the rotor / stator type stirring device has been described as an example provided with a circumferential blade in which a plurality of blades are erected while providing a gap in the circumferential direction between the stator and the rotor. In the present invention, instead of such a circumferential blade, for example, a cylindrical body in which a large number of through holes such as slits and round holes are formed on the side surface can be used. Moreover, the number of rows of these circumferential blades arranged concentrically on the stator and the rotor can be changed as appropriate. Further, in the rotor, instead of forming the shearing portion with such a circumferential blade, for example, the outer end portion of the central backward blade is extended to the vicinity of the inner periphery of the circumferential blade of the stator, and the backward blade is provided. It is also possible to make the outer end portion of each function as a shearing portion.

Secondary dispersion equipment (rotor / stator type stirring device):
High discharge type secondary dispersion device:
Taiheiyokiko Co., Ltd. under the trade name "Cavitron" (about 25m 3 / h maximum discharge amount by a single operation)
High shear type secondary dispersion device:
Product name “X-Series” manufactured by ROSS (maximum discharge rate of 1 m 3 / h or less by independent operation)
Constitution:
The discharge hole of the high discharge type secondary dispersion device and the suction hole of the high shear type secondary dispersion device are connected by a double pipe having an inner tube of 80 mm and an outer tube of 100 mm. The dispersion apparatus was configured such that the sodium dispersion discharged from the discharge hole was returned to the high discharge type secondary dispersion apparatus.
Rating:
The high dispersion type secondary dispersion device was operated at 4800 rpm and the high shear type secondary dispersion device was operated at 5800 rpm while maintaining the sodium dispersion supply temperature to the secondary dispersion device at 120 to 140 ° C.
At this time, the flow rate of the sodium dispersion was 15000 kg / h.
At this time, a positive pressure of 500 Pa was generated in the sodium dispersion at the connecting portion between the high discharge type secondary dispersion device and the high shear type secondary dispersion device.
The sodium dispersion is circulated between the high discharge type secondary dispersion apparatus and the high shear type secondary dispersion apparatus. After 80 minutes, the sodium dispersion is cooled and the average particle of the sodium particles dispersed in the sodium dispersion is dispersed. The diameter was measured.
In the measurement of the average particle diameter of the sodium particles, first, when a range of 0.29 mm in length × 0.38 mm in width selected at random from the sodium dispersion was magnified 200 times using an optical microscope, it was observed. The projected area was measured for all particles visually visible. Find the volume of the true sphere that has the same projected area as the measured projected area, find the average volume by dividing the sum of the true sphere equivalent volume of all particles by the number of particles, and obtain the true sphere that has the same volume as this average volume. Was determined as an average volume particle diameter.
Further, the diameter of a perfect circle having the same area as the projected area of the particles was obtained by calculation, and the obtained diameter was divided by the number of particles to obtain a number average particle diameter.
As described above, the average volume particle size of the sodium particles of the obtained sodium dispersion was 4.5 μm, the number average particle size was 3.27 μm, the number of samples was 3111, and the standard deviation was 1.25 μm.
(Example 2)
Sodium dispersions as in Example 1 except that two high-discharge secondary dispersion devices used in Example 1 were arranged in series, operated at 4800 rpm upstream, 5800 rpm downstream, and operated for 300 minutes. Was made.
The obtained sodium particles had an average volume particle size of 5.14 μm, a number average particle size of 3.83 μm, and a standard deviation of 1.40 μm.
(Comparative Example 1)
A sodium dispersion was prepared under the same conditions as in Example 1 except that only one high-discharge type secondary dispersion device used in Example 1 was used and the rotational speed was 4800 rpm. The sodium particles of the obtained sodium dispersion had an average volume particle diameter of 5 μm, a number average particle diameter of 3.73 μm, and a standard deviation of 1.35 μm.
From the above, the discharge hole of one rotor / stator type stirring device and the suction hole of the other rotor / stator type stirring device are connected to each other so that a plurality of rotor / stator type stirring devices are provided in the sodium dispersion portion. Thus, it can be seen that metal sodium can be rapidly refined and dispersed in the dispersion medium as compared with the case where a single rotor / stator type stirring device is used.
