Description
Claims (4)
- アレージ空間部(4.1)および液相部(4.2)を有するガス・タンク(4)に液化ガスを入れて運搬するようになっている船舶(6)のガス供給装置(1)であって、前記船舶の要求に対してガスを提供するガス供給装置(1)において、
前記ガス・タンク内で生成された前記ガスを消費デバイス(5)へ送出するために設けられたガス供給ライン(2)と、
ガスを前記アレージ空間部へ導入するために、少なくとも1つのポンプ(3.2)を備えた前記ガス・タンク(4)の前記液相部(4.2)から前記アレージ空間部(4.1)へ延びる、制御弁(3.5)を備えた配管(3.1)と、
前記導入されるガスの温度を制御するために前記配管(3.1)内に設けられた熱伝達ユニット(3.6)と、
前記ガス・タンク(4)のアレージ空間部(4.1)内の圧力を測定するようになっている第1のセンサ(3.3)であって、前記制御弁(3.5)と制御連絡するように配置された第1のセンサ(3.3)と
を有し、
前記熱伝達ユニット(3.6)が、前記配管(3.1)内に配置された熱交換器(3.7)を有し、前記配管(3.1)が、前記熱交換器(3.7)をバイパスするように配置されたバイパス流路(3.10)を備え、また前記熱交換器(3.7)を通過した前記配管(3.1)と前記バイパス流路(3.10)とは、三方弁(3.9)を通って前記アレージ空間部(4.1)内に通じており、それによって前記熱交換器(3.7)と前記バイパス流路(3.10)の間のガスの流れを制御することを特徴とするガス供給装置(1)。 - 前記ガス供給装置(1)が、前記ガス・タンク(4)のアレージ空間部(4.1)内の温度を測定するようになっている第2のセンサ(3.11)を備え、前記第2のセンサ(3.11)が前記三方弁(3.9)と制御連絡するように配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の船舶(6)のガス供給装置(1)。
- アレージ空間部(4.1)および液相部(4.2)を有するガス・タンク(4)と、ガス消費デバイス(5)とを備えた船舶(6)内でガスを供給する方法であって、
ガスが前記ガス・タンク(4)内で蒸発されて、ガス供給ライン(2)を介して前記消費デバイス(5)へ導かれ、
ガスが前記ガス・タンク(4)内のポンプ(3.2)によって配管(3.1)を通して前記アレージ空間部(4.1)内に制御可能に噴霧され、
前記噴霧されるガスの温度が、前記配管(3.1)内に設けられた熱伝達ユニット(3.6)によって制御され、
前記ガス・タンク(4)の前記アレージ空間部(4.1)内の圧力が第1のセンサ(3.3)によって連続して測定され、また
噴霧される液化ガスの流速が、前記第1のセンサ(3.3)の圧力測定に基づいて制御弁(3.5)によって制御される
ガス供給方法において、
前記ガスの蒸発速度を制御するために、前記アレージ空間部(4.1)内に噴霧される前記ガスの温度が、熱交換器(3.7)を備えた前記配管(3.1)を通る流路と、前記熱交換器(3.7)をバイパスするように設けられた前記配管(3.1)内のバイパス流路(3.10)を通る流路とを結合することによってさらに制御され、前記熱交換器(3.7)を備えた前記配管(3.1)を通る流路と前記バイパス流路(3.10)を通る流路とは、三方弁(3.9)を通って前記アレージ空間部(4.1)内に通じていることを特徴とするガス供給方法。 - 前記噴霧されるガスの温度が、前記ガス・タンク(4)のアレージ空間部(4.1)に関連して設けられた第2のセンサ(3.11)によって測定される温度値に基づいて制御されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の船舶(6)におけるガス供給方法。
