本形態では、亜鉛酵母を製造するにあたって、まず、第1の工程において、水溶性亜鉛を数ppm〜数百ppm添加した第1の液状物中で酵母を培養して増殖させる。本形態において、水溶性亜鉛としては硫酸亜鉛を用いることができる。また、水溶性亜鉛としては、硫酸亜鉛の他、塩化亜鉛、クエン酸亜鉛、酢酸亜鉛、酒石酸亜鉛、乳酸亜鉛などを用いてもよい。
