Claims (2)
- 鋳型の内周面と、該鋳型の内空間に組み入れられた、その外周面に固体潤滑剤が突出して組み込まれた内筒の外周面との間に形成される円筒状空隙に、遠心鋳造により金属の溶湯を供給し、該円筒状空隙に前記固体潤滑剤が鋳ぐるみ複合化された前記金属から成る円筒状の鋳ぐるみ凝固層を、この鋳ぐるみ凝固層の内周面と前記内筒の外周面との間に該鋳ぐるみ凝固層から前記内筒の分離を可能ならしめるための分離用円筒状空隙が設けられるように形成して、固体潤滑剤鋳ぐるみ素材を得ることを特徴とする固体潤滑剤埋め込み複合ブッシュ軸受の製造方法。
- 前記内筒を前記鋳ぐるみ凝固層から分離すると共に、この内筒に組み込まれた前記固体潤滑剤を除去して該内筒を繰り返し利用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体潤滑剤埋め込み複合ブッシュ軸受の製造方法。
