According to the present invention, since it is a synthetic resin toilet comprising two parts, a skirt part and a bowl part integrally forming a toilet seat mounting surface part, the conventional skirt part, bowl part and rim part are used as three parts. Since the number of component molding dies can be reduced as compared with a synthetic resin toilet, the cost can be reduced. Further, in the conventional three parts, it is necessary to join at two points, but by using two parts, it is sufficient to join at one place, and from this point, it can be manufactured at low cost.
In addition, since the lower surface of the outer edge of the toilet seat placement surface portion is placed on and joined to the upper end portion of the skirt portion, the seat seat load on the toilet seat placement surface portion can be received and supported by the upper end portion of the skirt portion. The rigidity will be improved.
Furthermore, since the outer peripheral part of the bowl part is received and supported by the ribs of the upper and lower skirt parts, the rigidity of the toilet seat mounting surface part is further improved, and the rigidity of the skirt part is also improved by the upper and lower two stage ribs. .

According to the second aspect , since the outer peripheral convex portion of the bowl portion is locked by the step portion of the skirt portion, the seating load acting on the outer peripheral convex portion of the bowl portion from the toilet seat placing surface portion is received and supported also by the step portion of the skirt portion. Therefore, the rigidity of the toilet seat placing surface portion is improved.

According to the third aspect , since the rib is formed in the hollow portion below the toilet seat placing surface portion of the bowl portion, the hollow portion is reinforced and the rigidity of the toilet seat placing surface portion is improved.

According to the fourth aspect , since the rising portion of the bowl portion is brought into surface contact with the inner surface of the skirt portion, the positional deviation of the bowl portion with respect to the skirt portion can be prevented.

According to the fifth aspect , since the seating load of the toilet seat placing surface portion is received and supported at the upper end portion of the skirt portion, it can also be received and supported at the rising portion, so that the rigidity of the toilet seat placing surface portion is further improved. It becomes like this.

According to the sixth aspect , since the foam is filled in the hollow portion of the toilet seat mounting surface portion, the hollow portion is reinforced and the rigidity of the toilet seat mounting surface portion is improved.

Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Note that portions having the same configuration and operation as those of the background art are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted.

1A is an exploded perspective view of the skirt portion 1 and the bowl portion 5, and FIG. 1B is an assembled perspective view of the skirt portion 1 and the bowl portion 5.

The skirt portion 1 and the bowl portion 5 are all synthetic resin molded products molded by injection molding, compression molding, vacuum molding, etc., and the molded member is mainly a thermoplastic resin such as PP having chemical resistance. A relatively strong acrylic resin, ABS with reinforcing material, PET, or the like is preferably used. At this time, the thickness of the molded part is preferably 3 to 10 mm. Moreover, since the molded part is large and the residual stress at the time of welding remains, it is preferable to anneal. Furthermore, in order to improve the surface quality, a general hard coat material may be coated.

As shown in detail in FIG. 2A, a flat toilet seat mounting surface portion 5b joined to the upper portion 1b of the skirt portion 1 is integrally formed with the upper end portion 5a of the bowl portion 5A of the first embodiment. . A rim-shaped hollow portion 5c is formed below the toilet seat placing surface portion 5b.

In the bowl portion 5A of the first embodiment, specifically, the outer end lower surface 5d of the toilet seat placing surface portion 5b is placed on the upper end portion 1a of the skirt portion 1 and joined by welding or the like.

Further, the outer peripheral convex portion 5e of the bowl portion 5A located at the lower portion of the hollow portion 5c is brought into contact with the inner surface of the skirt portion 1. An annular recess 5f is formed on the inner periphery of the bowl portion 5A located at the lower portion of the hollow portion 5c, similarly to the hollow portion 5c.

In this bowl portion 5A, washing water for washing the inner surface of the bowl portion 5A can be poured into the rim-shaped hollow portion (water channel) 5c, and washing water for washing the inner surface of the bowl portion 5A in the annular recess 5f. The swirl flow can be made.

Since the bowl portion 5A according to the first embodiment is a toilet bowl made of a synthetic resin composed of two parts, a skirt portion 1 and a bowl portion 5 integrally formed with a toilet seat mounting surface portion 5b, the conventional skirt portion and bowl Since the number of component molding dies can be reduced as compared with a synthetic resin toilet bowl composed of three parts, a part and a rim part, it can be manufactured at low cost.

Further, in the conventional three parts, it is necessary to join at two places, but by using two parts of the skirt part 1 and the bowl part 5, one part (in the first embodiment, the upper end part 1a of the skirt part 1 and the bowl It is sufficient to join the outer end lower surface 5d) of the toilet seat mounting surface portion 5b of the portion 5A, and from this point, it can be manufactured at low cost.

Furthermore, since the outer end lower surface 5d of the toilet seat placing surface portion 5b is placed on and joined to the upper end portion 1a of the skirt portion 1, the seating load of the toilet seat placing surface portion 5b can be received and supported by the upper end portion 1a of the skirt portion 1. Therefore, the rigidity of the toilet seat placing surface portion 5b is improved.

FIG. 2B shows the bowl portion 5B of the second embodiment, which is different from the bowl portion 5A of the first embodiment in that the outer peripheral convex portion 5e of the bowl portion 5 is locked to the inner surface of the skirt portion 1. The step portion 1c to be formed is formed. Further, the rising portion 5g is formed on the outer peripheral portion of the lower portion of the outer peripheral convex portion 5e of the bowl portion 5B, and the rising portion 5g is in surface contact with the inner surface of the skirt portion 1.

In the bowl portion 5B of the second embodiment, the outer peripheral convex portion 5e of the bowl portion 5 is locked by the step portion 1c of the skirt portion 1, so that the toilet seat mounting surface portion 5b acts on the outer peripheral convex portion 5e of the bowl portion 5. Since the seating load to be received can be received and supported also by the step portion 1c of the skirt portion 1, the rigidity of the toilet seat placing surface portion 5b is improved.

Further, since the rising portion 5g of the bowl portion 5B is brought into surface contact with the inner surface of the skirt portion 1, it is possible to prevent the positional deviation of the bowl portion 5B with respect to the skirt portion 1.

FIG. 3A shows a bowl portion 5C of the third embodiment, which is different from the bowl portion 5B of the second embodiment in that a plurality of ribs 5h are vertically arranged in a rim-shaped hollow portion 5c. It is a point that is integrally formed.

In the case of the bowl portion 5C of the third embodiment, the rib 5h is formed in the hollow portion 5c below the toilet seat mounting surface portion 5b of the bowl portion 5C. Will be improved. In addition, the rib 5h may have a triangular shape in a sectional view as shown in FIG.

FIG. 4A shows a bowl portion 5D of the fourth embodiment, which is different from the bowl portions 5A to 5C of the first to third embodiments in that a rim-shaped hollow portion 5c and an outer peripheral convex portion 5e. Instead, a rising portion 5g is formed on the outer peripheral portion of the bowl portion 5D, and the rising portion 5g is in surface contact with the inner surface of the skirt portion 1. The rising portion 5g is continuous from the lower surface of the outer end of the toilet seat placement surface portion 5b.

In the case of the bowl part 5D of the fourth embodiment, the rising part 5g of the bowl part 5D is brought into surface contact with the inner surface of the skirt part 1, so that the positional deviation of the bowl part 5D with respect to the skirt part 1 can be prevented.

Further, since the rising portion 5g is made continuous from the lower surface of the outer end of the toilet seat placing surface portion 5b, the rising portion 5g is coupled with receiving and supporting the seating load of the toilet seat placing surface portion 5b by the upper end portion 1a of the skirt portion 1. Since it can be received and supported, the rigidity of the toilet seat placing surface portion 5b is further improved.

FIG. 4B shows a bowl portion 5E of the fifth embodiment, which is different from the bowl portion 5D of the fourth embodiment in that a rim-shaped hollow portion 5c is formed at the lower part of the toilet seat placing surface portion 5b. It is a point. And the foam 6 is filled in this hollow part 5c.

In the case of the bowl portion 5E of the fifth embodiment, since the foam 6 is filled in the hollow portion 5c of the toilet seat placing surface portion 5b, the hollow portion 5c is reinforced and the rigidity of the toilet seat placing surface portion 5b is improved. It becomes like this. It should be noted that the same effect can be obtained even when the foam 6 is filled in the hollow portion 5c shown in FIGS.

As in the sixth embodiment shown in FIG. 5, a plurality of ribs 1d and 1e are integrally formed on the inner surface of the skirt portion 1 to support the outer peripheral portions of the bowl portions 5A to 5E at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction. can do. For example, the rib 1d that supports the outer end lower surface 5d that is the outer peripheral portion of the toilet seat placing surface portion 5b and the rib 1e that supports the outer peripheral convex portion 5j that is the outer peripheral portion of the bowl portion 5 are formed.

With this configuration, since the outer peripheral portions of the bowl portions 5A to 5E are supported and supported by the ribs 1d and 1e of the skirt portion 1, the rigidity of the toilet seat placing surface portion 5b is further improved. The rigidity of the skirt portion 1 is also improved by the ribs 1d and 1e.
