Description

The present invention relates to a vehicular lamp, and more particularly, to a vehicular lamp including a lamp component member that is fixed in a state in which the reflector having an opening into which a bulb light source is inserted is fixed with respect to a housing. It relates to lighting equipment.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is known a vehicular lamp including a housing to which a reflector in which an opening into which a valve is inserted is formed is fixed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

FIG. 6 is a perspective view for explaining the configuration of the vehicular lamp described in Patent Document 1. FIG.

As shown in FIG. 6, the vehicular lamp described in Patent Document 1 includes a reflector 10 ′ having a lens 10 ′, an opening 31 ′ into which a bulb 20 ′ is inserted, a housing 40 ′, and the like. 30 'is fixed with screws to the housing 40'.

By the way, in recent years, from the viewpoint of reducing assembly man-hours, etc., the reflector is fixed in advance to a lamp component member such as an extension (or the reflector is formed integrally with a lamp component member such as an extension). Fixing with a known fixing means such as an assembly screw while being positioned with respect to the housing is performed.
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-5212

However, if the reflector is fixed to the housing with a screw or the like as described in Patent Document 1 as well as the lamp component member such as the extension, the reflector may be twisted or distorted depending on the degree of dimensional variation of the extension, the reflector, and the housing. Will affect the light distribution standards required by law.

On the other hand, fixture components such as extensions are fixed to the housing, but reflectors are not fixed to the housing. Depending on the degree of dimensional variation of the extension, reflector, housing, etc., the reflector valve moves with the movement of the reflector valve. This will cause a defocusing of light and affect the light distribution standards required by law.

The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and it is possible to prevent or reduce the influence on the light distribution standard required by law and regulations due to the twisting and distortion of the reflector and the defocus of the reflector with respect to the valve. An object of the present invention is to provide a vehicular lamp.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, in the invention described in claim 1, a housing and a reflector in which an opening into which a bulb light source is inserted is fixed, and assembled in a state of being positioned with respect to the housing. In a vehicular lamp including a fixed lamp component member, positioning ribs formed at four positions on the top and bottom, left and right of the reflector or the housing , and formed on each of four positions on the top and bottom, left and right of the housing or the reflector. A rib receiving portion, and the rib receiving portion is moved by a predetermined amount with respect to the abutting surface on which the positioning rib abuts and the relative positioning rib moves relative to the abutting surface. and the positioning rib having a stopper for restricting the movement of the contact the positioning ribs, was the stopper, the upper and lower left with respect to the abutment surface Wherein the positioning ribs by a predetermined movement amount in the direction is provided at a position abutting.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the reflector (positioning rib) is not fixed (completely constrained) to the housing with a screw or the like as in the prior art, and can be moved in the vertical and horizontal directions. .

For this reason, the lamp component (for example, the lens 10 described in the embodiment (including the extension 20 fixed to the lens 10 and the reflector 30 fixed to the extension 20)) and a predetermined positional relationship with respect to the housing. In the case of assembly and fixing in such a positioned state, even if there is a variation in the dimensions of the housing and the lamp component members, the positioning ribs that are in contact with the contact surface are in contact with the housing (contact surface). It moves in the vertical and horizontal directions and absorbs the dimensional variation.

For this reason, according to the first aspect of the present invention, when the reflector is fixed to the housing with a screw or the like as in the prior art, or in addition to a restraint device such as a screw, a positioning rib that converges and fixes the component position at one point is used in combination. Compared to the case (both aimed at full restraint), it is possible to prevent or reduce the influence of the light distribution standard required by law due to the torsion and distortion of the reflector (reflecting surface) It becomes.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the positioning rib moved by a predetermined amount comes into contact with the stopper for restricting the movement of the positioning rib, the movement of the reflector (positioning rib) is not restricted at all. Compared to the case, it is possible to minimize the focus shift with respect to the bulb of the reflector. That is, it is possible to prevent or reduce the influence on the light distribution standard required by the law due to the focus shift with respect to the bulb of the reflector.

That is, according to the first aspect of the present invention, it is possible to simultaneously prevent or reduce the influence on the light distribution standard required by the law due to the twisting and distortion of the reflector and the focus shift of the reflector with respect to the valve. It becomes. According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the rib receiving portions are provided at each of the upper and lower, left and right four locations of the housing or the reflector, it is possible to stably suppress the focus shift with respect to the valve of the reflector. It becomes possible.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a vehicular lamp that can prevent or reduce the influence on the light distribution standard required by law due to the twist and distortion of the reflector and the focus shift of the reflector with respect to the valve. It becomes possible.

Hereinafter, a vehicular lamp that is an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

A vehicular lamp 100 according to the present embodiment is applied to a combination headlamp, a front combination lamp, and a rear combination lamp, and includes a lens 10, an extension 20, a reflector 30, a housing 40, and the like as shown in FIG. Yes.

As shown in FIG. 1, the periphery of the lens 10 extends toward the housing 40 along the surface of the extension 20, and the lens 10 is positioned with respect to the housing 40 by engaging the tip 11 of the lens 10. In addition to being assembled in a state, it is fixed by known fixing means such as screwing or welding.

An extension 20 positioned with respect to the lens 10 is assembled to the lens 10 and fixed by a known fixing means such as screwing or welding. A reflector 30 in a state of being positioned with respect to the extension 20 is assembled to the extension 20 and fixed by known fixing means such as screwing or welding.

As shown in FIG. 2, the reflector 30 is formed with an opening 31 into which a bulb (not shown) such as an incandescent bulb, a halogen lamp, or an HID is inserted. As shown in FIG. 1, the side (concave surface side) facing the lens 10 of the reflector 30 is subjected to mirror treatment such as aluminum vapor deposition, and the irradiation light irradiated from the bulb inserted into the opening 31 is applied. A reflective surface 32 is formed for obtaining a light distribution that reflects and satisfies the light distribution standard required by law. In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, positioning ribs 34 that abut against the housing 40 are provided at four positions on the back side (convex curved surface side) of the reflector 30, up, down, left, and right with respect to the opening 31. .

As shown in FIG. 3, an opening 41 into which a valve is inserted is formed in a portion of the housing 40 that faces the opening 31 formed in the reflector 30. An annular rib 42 is formed around the opening 41. Each of the four portions of the annular rib 42 in the up, down, left, and right directions with respect to the opening 41 is notched and forms a rib receiving portion 43 as a notched portion.

As shown in FIG. 4, the rib receiving portion 43 as the notch portion includes a flat surface 43 a as a contact surface on which the positioning rib 34 contacts and the corresponding positioning rib 34 relatively moves, and the housing 40 (contact The positioning rib 34 moved a predetermined amount with respect to the surface 43a) is provided with tapered surfaces 43b and 43b as stoppers for restricting the movement of the positioning rib 34.

The taper surfaces 43b and 43b of the rib receiving portion 43 formed in the left-right direction in FIG. 3 are not positions for fixing (completely constraining) the positioning ribs 34 that are in contact with the contact surfaces 43a to the housing 40. The position of the positioning rib 34 that has moved a predetermined amount (for example, 0.5 mm as shown in FIG. 4) in contact with the contact surface 43a). Thus, it is formed at a limit position where the light distribution standard required by law is not satisfied.

Similarly, the taper surfaces 43b and 43b of the rib receiving portion 43 formed in the vertical direction in FIG. 3 are not positions for fixing (completely constraining) the positioning ribs 34 in contact with the contact surfaces 43a to the housing 40. The position of the positioning rib 34 that has moved a predetermined amount (for example, 0.5 mm as in FIG. 4) in the left-right direction with respect to the housing 40 (the contact surface 43a). Due to the above, it is formed at a limit position where the light distribution standard required by law is not satisfied.

Thus, according to the vehicular lamp 100 of the present embodiment, the reflector 30 (positioning rib 34) is not fixed (completely constrained) to the housing 40 with screws or the like as in the prior art, but in the vertical and horizontal directions. Can be moved.

For this reason, the lens 10 (including the extension 20 fixed to the lens 10 and the reflector 30 fixed to the extension 20) is assembled and fixed in a state where the lens 10 is positioned so as to have a predetermined positional relationship with respect to the housing 40. Even if the lens 10, the extension 20, the reflector 30, the housing 40, and the like have dimensional variations, the positioning ribs 34 that are in contact with the contact surface 43a are in contact with the housing 40 (the contact surface 43a). It moves in the vertical and horizontal directions and absorbs the dimensional variation.

For this reason, according to the vehicular lamp 100 of the present embodiment, when the reflector 30 is fixed to the housing 40 with a screw or the like as in the conventional case, or in addition to a restraint device such as a screw, the component position is converged and fixed at one point. Compared to the case where ribs are used together (both aiming at complete restraint), it is possible to prevent the light distribution standard required by the law from being affected due to torsion or distortion of the reflector 30 (reflecting surface 32) or It becomes possible to reduce.

That is, according to the vehicular lamp 100 of the present embodiment, it is possible to simultaneously prevent or reduce the influence on the light distribution standard required by law and regulations due to the twisting and distortion of the reflector and the focus shift with respect to the bulb of the reflector. It becomes possible.

Further, according to the vehicular lamp 100 of the present embodiment, the positioning ribs 34 that have moved a predetermined amount come into contact with each other, and the tapered surfaces 43b and 43b are provided as stoppers that restrict the movement of the positioning ribs 34. Compared with the case where the movement of the (positioning ribs 34) is not restricted at all, it is possible to minimize the focus shift of the reflector 30 with respect to the valve. In other words, it is possible to prevent or reduce the influence of the light distribution standard required by law due to the focus shift of the reflector 30 with respect to the valve.

Further, since the rib receiving portion 43 includes tapered surfaces 43b and 43b continuous with the contact surface 43a, the positioning rib 34 is guided to the contact surface 43a along the tapered surfaces 43b and 43b. The rib 34 can be inserted into the rib receiving portion 43 extremely easily and accurately.

Next, a modified example will be described.

In the above embodiment, the positioning rib 34 is provided on the reflector 30 and the rib receiving portion 43 is provided on the housing 40. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the positioning rib 34 may be provided in the housing 40 and the rib receiving portion 43 may be provided in the reflector 30.

Moreover, although the said embodiment demonstrated that the positioning rib 34 and the rib receiving part 43 were provided in total four up and down, left and right, this invention is not limited to this. For example, one, two, three, or five or more positioning ribs 34 and rib receiving portions 43 may be provided on any of the upper, lower, left, and right sides.

In the above embodiment, the lens 10 (including the extension 20 fixed to the lens 10 and the reflector 30 fixed to the extension 20) in a state of being positioned with respect to the housing 40 is assembled to the housing 40. Although it was described as being fixed by known fixing means such as screwing or welding, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the extension 40 (including the lens 10 fixed to the extension 20 and the reflector 30 fixed to the extension 20) positioned with respect to the housing 40 is assembled to the housing 40, screwed, welded, and the like. It may be fixed by known fixing means.

The above embodiment is merely an example in all respects. The present invention is not construed as being limited to these descriptions. The present invention can be implemented in various other forms without departing from the spirit or main features thereof.

It is sectional drawing (AA sectional drawing of the vehicle lamp containing the reflector shown in FIG. 2) of the vehicle lamp which is one Embodiment of this invention. It is a perspective view of a reflector. It is a partially expanded perspective view of a housing. It is a partial cross section figure for demonstrating the relationship between a reflector (positioning rib) and a housing (rib receiving part). It is sectional drawing for demonstrating the modification of the vehicle lamp which is one Embodiment of this invention (sectional drawing corresponded in FIG. 1). It is sectional drawing of the conventional vehicle lamp.
