Claims (24)
- 紙の製造に用いる布であって、次のa、bおよびcの構成を備え、しかも、dの条件を満足する布。
(a)縦方向(MD)糸と横方向(CD)糸とをそれに織り込んだ第1の層
(b)縦方向(MD)糸と横方向(CD)糸とをそれに織り込んだ第2の層
(c)前記第1の層と前記第2の層とを一緒に結び付けるためのものであり、そこに織り込むことにより、(i)対のものが相協力して前記第1の層の個々のMD糸のすべてと組み合って完全に前記第1の層の一部になり、その第1の層の構成に寄与し、しかも、(ii)それら対のものは前記第2の層の個々のMD糸のすべてとは組み合うことなく、前記第2の層には統合されず、その第2の層の構成に寄与しない、第1タイプのバインダー糸の複数対(ここで、前記第1タイプのバインダー対のそれぞれが、第1のバインダー糸と第2のバインダー糸とをもつ)
(d)繰り返しパターン中、第1タイプの対の前記第1のバインダー糸が、前記第1の層の糸と一体に織られ、しかも、前記第2の層の2つの不連続な糸の外側表面の上を通る - 製紙プロセスにおける成形、プレス、および乾燥の作用の少なくとも一つに用いることができる、請求項1の布。
- 前記第1の層が紙側の層であり、前記第2の層が機械側の層であり、前記第1のバインダー糸が前記機械側の層の2つの不連続な糸の外側表面の上を通る、請求項2の布。
- 前記2つの不連続な糸がその間に前記機械側の層の単一の糸をもち、前記第1のバインダー糸がその外側表面の上を通らない、請求項3の布。
- 繰り返しパターン中、第1タイプの対の前記第2のバインダー糸が、前記第1のつまりは紙側の層の糸と一体に織られ、しかも、前記第2のつまりは機械側の層の2つの不連続な糸の外側表面の上を通る、請求項3の布。
- 前記第1タイプの対の前記第1および第2のバインダー糸が前記第1の層に平織りパターンを形作る、請求項5の布。
- 前記第1および第2のバインダー糸が前記CD糸に対し平行になるように配列される、請求項2の布。
- 前記第1および第2のバインダー糸が前記MD糸に対し平行になるように配列される、請求項2の布。
- 前記MDおよびCD糸の少なくともあるものがモノフィラメント糸である、請求項2の布。
- 前記MD糸の少なくともあるものが、ポリアミド糸あるいはポリエステル糸である、請求項2の布。
- 前記CD糸の少なくともあるものが、ポリアミド糸あるいはポリエステル糸である、請求項2の布。
- 前記MDおよびCD糸の少なくともあるものが、円形断面形状、矩形断面形状および非円形断面形状の中の一つをもつ、請求項2の布。
- 第2タイプのバインダー糸の複数対をさらに備え、そのバインダー糸のそれぞれは、前記第1の層と前記第2の層とを一緒に結び付けるために第1のバインダー糸と第2のバインダー糸とをもち、そして、少なくとも一つの第2タイプの対の前記第1および第2のバインダー糸が、前記第1の層および前記第2の層の一方の外側表面上、少なくとも一つの共通の糸の上を通るように前記第1および第2の層に織り込まれる、請求項2の布。
- 前記第1の層が紙側の層であり、前記少なくとも一つの第2タイプの対の前記第1のバインダー糸および前記第2のバインダー糸が、繰り返しパターンの中で前記紙側の層の外側表面上、2つの共通の糸の上を通る、請求項13の布。
- 前記第1タイプのバインダー糸の対と前記第2タイプのバインダー糸の対とが、互い違いに配列されており、前記第1タイプのバインダー糸のそれぞれ一つの対が前記第2タイプの糸の2つの対の間に位置し、前記第2タイプのバインダー糸のそれぞれ一つの対が前記第1タイプの糸の2つの対の間に位置するようになっている、請求項13の布。
- 前記第1および第2タイプのバインダー糸の多数の対のそれぞれが、2つのCD糸の間にそれぞれ位置しており、第1タイプのバインダー糸の一対が2つの各CD糸の間に位置し、その2つの各CD糸の一方が第2タイプのバインダー糸の一対に隣接し、また、その第2タイプのバインダー糸の一対はもう一方のCD糸に隣接し、そのもう一方のCD糸が第1タイプのバインダー糸の他の対に隣接するように位置する、請求項15の布。
- 少なくとも一つの第1タイプの対の前記第1および第2のバインダー糸が、繰り返しパターンの中で、前記第1の層および前記第2の層の一方の外側表面上、少なくとも一つの共通の糸の上を通るように前記第1および第2の層に織り込まれる、請求項2の布。
- 前記第1の層が紙側の層であり、少なくとも一つの第1タイプの対の前記第1および第2のバインダー糸が、繰り返しパターンの中で、前記紙側の層の外側表面上の2つの共通の糸の上を通る、請求項17の布。
- 前記第1タイプのバインダー糸の対が実際上前記第1の層のCD糸であり、その布のシュート比が3:1である(ここで、シュート比は、前記第2の層のCD糸の数に対する、前記CD糸および前記第1の層の前記実際上のCD糸の数の比である)、請求項2の布。
- 紙の製造に用いる布であって、それが次のa、bおよびcの構成を備え、しかも、dの条件を満足する布。
(a)縦方向(MD)糸と横方向(CD)糸とをそれに織り込んだ第1の層
(b)縦方向(MD)糸と横方向(CD)糸とをそれに織り込んだ第2の層
(c)前記第1の層と前記第2の層とを一緒に結び付けるためのものであり、そこに織り込むことにより、(i)前記第1の層の個々のMD糸のすべてと組み合って完全に前記第1の層の一部になり、その第1の層の構成に寄与し、しかも、(ii)前記第2の層の個々のMD糸のすべてとは組み合うことなく、前記第2の層には統合されず、その第2の層の構成に寄与しない、第1タイプの複数のバインダー糸
(d)繰り返しパターン中、前記第1のバインダー糸の少なくとも一つが、前記第1の層の糸と一体に織られ、しかも、前記第2の層の2つの不連続な糸の外側表面の上を通る - 前記第1の層が紙側の層であり、前記第2の層が機械側の層であり、繰り返しパターンの中で、前記少なくとも一つのバインダー糸が前記第2のつまり機械側の層の2つの不連続な糸の外側表面の上を通る、請求項20の布。
- 前記2つの不連続な糸がその間に前記機械側の層の単一の糸をもち、前記少なくとも一つのバインダー糸がその外側表面の上を通らない、請求項21の布。
- 繰り返しパターンの中で、前記第1の層および前記第1の層の一方の外側表面上、少なくとも一つの共通の糸の上を通るように、2つのバインダー糸が前記第1および第2の層に織り込まれる、請求項20の布。
- 前記第1の層が紙側の層であり、繰り返しパターンの中で、前記2つのバインダー糸が前記紙側の層の外側表面上、2つの共通の糸の上を通る、請求項23の布。
