Claims (6)
- 第1及び第2の各表示電極とこれらの各表示電極間に挟持され有機化合物から構成される1層以上の有機機能層とを有する有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子と、この有機エレクトロルミネッサンス素子を担持する基板とを備え、前記有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子及びその周囲の基板表面を覆う高分子化合物膜と、この高分子化合物膜、その縁部及びその周辺の基板表面を覆う無機バリア膜とを設けた有機エレクトロルミネッセンス表示パネルにおいて、前記高分子化合物膜として、脂肪族ポリ尿素膜を用いたことを特徴とする有機エレクトロルミネッセンス表示パネル。
- 前記脂肪族ポリ尿素膜は、原料モノマーを蒸着重合法によって成膜したものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス表示パネル。
- 前記原料モノマーは、脂肪族ジアミンモノマー及び脂肪族ジイソシアネートモノマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス表示パネル。
- 前記無機バリア膜として、Al2O3、ZrO2、MgF2及びITOの中から選択したものを用いることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス表示パネル。
- 前記無機バリア膜は、EB蒸着法によって成膜したものであることを特徴とする請求項4記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス表示パネル。
- 前記高分子化合物膜及び無機バリア膜を交互に複数積層したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス表示パネル。
