The present invention relates to a wallpaper characterized in that the dimensional stability is improved so that the push-up is less likely to occur, and at the time of reattachment, the interlayer part of the sheet-like base material has a uniform thickness and can be easily separated and peeled off.

Conventionally, a wallpaper in which a foamed resin layer made of a foamable polyvinyl chloride resin composition in which a filler such as aluminum hydroxide is blended is provided on the surface of a paper-based sheet-like base material made of plant fibers or other fibers. It has been known.

The wallpaper having such a configuration expands and contracts due to the influence of moisture and has poor dimensional stability. Moreover, when peeling from a wall member at the time of replacement | exchange, it is difficult to peel off neatly, and a lot of time may be required for ground processing before applying a new wallpaper.

The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the problem is that there is little expansion / contraction and warpage associated with moisture absorption and absorption, excellent dimensional stability, and a sheet when reattached. Wall paper that can be separated and peeled with a uniform thickness between the layers of a sheet-like substrate (backing paper), and that allows new wall paper to be easily and neatly applied to the wall member without the need for surface treatment. With the goal.

The present invention has been made to solve such problems, and the invention according to claim 1 is a wallpaper in which at least a foamed resin layer is provided on a sheet-like base material, The base material is a mixed middle layer in which plastic fibers and natural pulp are entangled and glued at a ratio of 40 to 70% by weight and 60 to 30% by weight, respectively, and each of plastic fiber and natural pulp is 15 to 30% by weight. When 85 to 70 wt% intertwined in a proportion of the papermaking with sandwiched in each混抄upper and混抄underlayer formed by sticking with mixed paper der three-layer structure formed by is, plastic fibers in the base material sheet The wallpaper is characterized in that the mixing ratio of is 35% by weight or more .

Furthermore, the invention according to claim 2, in wallpaper according to claim 1 or 2, plastic fibers in the sheet-like base material, polyester fiber, polyethylene fiber, polypropylene fiber, vinylon fiber, either rayon fibers It is characterized by.

Furthermore, the invention according to claim 3 is the wallpaper according to claim 1, wherein the foamed resin layer is a foam mainly composed of a foamed polyvinyl chloride resin, a foamed aqueous emulsion resin or a foamed polyolefin resin. It is characterized by comprising a functional resin.

Since the wallpaper of the present invention is configured as described above, it has very little expansion and contraction or warping due to moisture absorption or water absorption, etc., and has excellent dimensional stability. Since it can be separated and peeled at a uniform thickness, a part of the sheet-like base material that has been separated and left on the wall member is positioned at a uniform thickness, and the wall member can be subjected to a smoothing process, etc. A new wallpaper can be easily and neatly pasted without any background treatment.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram showing a schematic cross-sectional structure of a wallpaper according to the present invention. As can be seen from the drawings, the wallpaper 1 is provided by laminating a foamed resin layer 6 on a sheet-like substrate 2 having a three-layer structure.

The sheet-like base material 2 includes a mixed middle layer 4 in which plastic fibers and natural pulp are entangled and glued at a ratio of 40 to 70% by weight and 60 to 30% by weight, respectively, and each of the plastic fiber and natural pulp is 15%. It is a mixed paper having a three-layer structure formed by being sandwiched between the mixed paper upper layer 3 and the mixed paper lower layer 5 which are entangled and glued at a ratio of ˜30 wt% and 85 to 70 wt%.

As described above, the sheet-like base material 2 having such a configuration makes it possible to extremely reduce expansion and contraction and warpage due to moisture absorption, water absorption, etc., and when the one once attached to the wall member is peeled, the interlayer It is designed so that it can be easily separated with a uniform thickness at the (interface of each mixed paper layer), and its structure is a mixed paper made by three layers of the mixed paper upper layer 3, the mixed paper middle layer 4 and the mixed paper lower layer 5. In addition, each of the mixed paper upper layer 3 and the mixed paper lower layer 5 is made by the plastic fibers and the natural pulp being entangled with each other in a ratio of 15 to 30% by weight and 85 to 70% by weight. Each of the above effects can be obtained by using the mixed intermediate layer 4 to be sandwiched by the plastic fibers and natural pulp being intertwined at a ratio of 40 to 70% by weight and 60 to 30% by weight. It is that to be able to present.

That is, in the entanglement of the plastic fiber and the natural pulp constituting each of the mixed paper upper layer 3 and the mixed paper lower layer 5, by setting the plastic fiber to 15% by weight to 30% by weight, fluffing is reduced and smoothness is also improved. . In addition, for example, even when the proportion of plastic fibers in the middle layer of mixed paper is 40% by weight, the relative strength of the natural pulp occupying the entire sheet-like base material is relatively high, so that the interlayer strength shows an appropriate value. (The delamination strength is less than 70 N / m), and delamination between layers becomes easy. Furthermore, when the proportion of natural pulp increases, it becomes difficult to expand and contract due to moisture absorption, water absorption, etc., and the dimensional change is less than 0.3%. In such a case, it becomes difficult for gaps and push-ups to occur at the joints due to subsequent moisture absorption and desorption.

Furthermore, when the ratio of the natural pulp in the mixed middle layer 4 sandwiched between the mixed upper layer 3 and the mixed lower layer 5 is in the range of 60% by weight to 30% by weight, each of the plastic fiber and the natural pulp is 40% by weight to 70% by weight. And 60 to 30% by weight of the mixed intermediate layer 4 that is entangled and glued together (the delamination strength is 30 N / m or more). Disappears. By using the mixed paper having the three-layer structure described above, expansion and contraction are reduced during the absorption and release of moisture and moisture, and the occurrence of warpage can be greatly reduced. Such an effect becomes remarkable when the mixing ratio of the plastic fibers in the entire sheet-like base material 2 is 35% by weight or more within the range of the above-described conditions.

Specific examples of plastic fibers that are one of the materials for forming the sheet-like substrate 2 having such a configuration include polyester fibers, polyethylene fibers, polypropylene fibers, vinylon fibers, and rayon fibers. The fiber length is preferably about 1 to 7 mm. If the fiber length is less than 1 mm, there is a possibility of causing aggregation when a sizing agent or a filler is added and dispersed to prepare a paper stock. If the fiber length exceeds 7 mm, fluffing etc. may occur on the sheet-like base material produced. It tends to occur and lacks smoothness.

On the other hand, the foamed resin layer 6 formed on the sheet-like substrate 2 having such a structure is mainly composed of a resin such as a polyvinyl chloride resin, an aqueous emulsion resin, a polyolefin-based resin, and the like. Further, in the case of a polyvinyl chloride resin, a filler is further formed by foaming a resin layer formed of a foamable resin composition obtained by further blending a plasticizer or the like.

As a method of providing the resin layer on the surface of the sheet-like substrate 2, for example, when a foaming polyvinyl chloride resin is used as a forming material, if it is a paste resin type, a coating method is adopted, In the case of a straight resin type, a calendar method or an extrusion method may be adopted, and a foamed resin layer can be obtained by foaming the resin layer after the resin layer is formed.

Examples of the foamable resin composition constituting the foamed resin layer 6 include resins such as acrylic acid esters, aromatic vinyl compounds, SBR, vinyl acetate, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers, silicone, polyurethane, and polybutene. A water-based emulsion system comprising at least a copolymer or a resin having a core / shell two-layer structure, a blend structure, or the like, and a foaming agent or the like added thereto can be used. When such a foamable resin composition is used, the resin layer may be formed by a coating method.

Furthermore, other examples of the foamable resin composition constituting the foamed resin layer 6 include polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene, polyisoprene, ethylene-propylene copolymer, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene-α-olefin. A polyolefin resin comprising an appropriate resin selected from a copolymer, a propylene-α-olefin copolymer, an ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer, an ionomer, etc., and a foaming agent or the like added to these alone or in combination. You can also list things. When such a foamable resin composition is used, the resin layer may be formed by a calendar method or an extrusion method. And the resin layer of such a structure can also be made into the foamed resin layer 6 by carrying out heat foaming.

Examples of the present invention will be described below.

Using a paper stock prepared by adding 10% by weight of polyester fiber, 10% by weight of polyethylene fiber and 80% by weight of natural pulp, and adding sizing agent and filler, etc., using a test paper machine A paper base made by making paper with a basis weight of 20 g / m 2 to form a mixed paper lower layer, on which polyester fiber is 50% by weight, polyethylene fiber is 10% by weight, and natural pulp is 40% by weight.
