Claims (9)
- 回路装置であって、
お互いに直列に配置され且つ直列部分を形成する、第1と第2の直列消費部と;
油圧供給回路において、前記第1と第2の直列消費部に対して並列に接続し且つ並列部分を形成する、少なくとも1つの並列消費部と;
前記油圧供給回路における少なくとも1つの供給ポンプと;
前記油圧供給回路における流体戻りラインと;
前記第1と第2の直列消費部及び前記並列消費部に接続し且つ前記直列部分及び前記並列部分に関して同時間における最高負荷圧力を決定する、負荷検知装置と;
同時間における最高負荷圧力を、制御圧力として、バルブユニットに伝送する、管路と;
を具備する、回路装置において、
もし前記並列部分の負荷圧力が、前記直列部分の負荷圧力に比べてより高い場合には、前記供給ポンプが圧力を、少なくとも前記並列部分において必要な圧力に上昇するまで、前記バルブユニットは、前記バルブユニットに接続する前記流体戻りラインを急激に絞るように運転されており、
第1と第2のバイパスマノメトリックバランスは、前記第1と第2の直列消費部にそれぞれ流体接続することを特徴とする回路装置。 - 前記バルブユニットは、油圧制御可能な比例式スライド弁を具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路装置。
- 前記比例式スライド弁は、二方比例式スライド弁であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の回路装置。
- 前記バルブユニットは、
前記直列部分の直列シャットルバルブに接続する、第1の制御ラインと、
前記並列部分の並列シャットルバルブ及び前記負荷検知装置の負荷検知シャットルバルブに接続する、第2の制御ラインと、
を具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路装置。 - 前記第1と第2のバイパスマノメトリックバランスは、前記直列シャットルバルブの出力にそれぞれ接続する、制御入力を具備することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の回路装置。
- 前記供給ポンプと前記流体戻りラインとの間において、循環マノメトリックバランスは、前記最高負荷圧力が優勢である、前記油圧供給回路に接続することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路装置。
- 第1の比例式絞り弁が、前記第1の直列消費部と前記供給ポンプとの間に設けられており、
前記第1の直列消費部が、前記第2の直列消費部の上流に設けられており、
第2の比例式絞り弁が、前記第1の直列消費部と前記第2の直列消費部との間に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路装置。 - お互いに遮断解除可能な逆止弁が、前記並列シャットルバルブと前記並列消費部との間を接続することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の回路装置。
- 前記第1と第2の直列消費部の内の少なくとも1つは、油圧モータを具備しており、前記並列消費部は、油圧作業シリンダを具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路装置。
