Description
[第1実施の形態]
図1は、本実施の形態に係わるネジ孔封止構造を説明する断面図、図2は、分解図、図3は、脱型方法を説明する図、図4は、繊維強化樹脂部材1の完成状態を示す図である。なお、説明の便宜上、図中の上方を上側、下方を下側と称するが、地面に対する上下に限定されるものではない。
次に、本発明の第2実施の形態について図5を用いて以下に説明する。なお、上述の第1実施の形態と同様の構成要素には同一の符号を付することでその詳細な説明を省略する。
部品点数を少なくすることができ、製造現場においてネジ部材41と弾性シール部材6を組み立てる作業の手間を省くことができる。

Claims (6)
- ネジ孔を有するインサート部材を一体に組み込んで繊維強化樹脂部材を成形する成形工程における前記ネジ孔を封止するネジ孔封止構造であって、
前記ネジ孔に螺入されるネジ部材と、該ネジ部材の締め込みによって前記ネジ孔内で前記ネジ部材の軸方向に圧縮されて拡径方向に変形可能な弾性シール部材と、前記インサート部材に貼着されて前記ネジ孔の開口部を閉塞するシールテープと、を有し、
前記ネジ孔は、前記ネジ部材を挿入する側に形成された座繰り部と、該座繰り部の下方で孔段差部を介して縮径された雌ネジ部を有し、
前記ネジ部材は、雌ネジ部に螺入される雄ネジ部と、該雄ネジ部の基端で軸段差部を介して拡径されて前記座繰り部に没入する頭部を有し、
前記雄ネジ部の前記雌ネジ部への螺入により、前記弾性シール部材を前記軸段差部と前記孔段差部との間で軸方向に圧縮して拡径方向に変形させ、前記座繰り部の内周面に押圧して前記ネジ孔の気密状態を保ち、前記座繰り部に前記頭部が没入された前記ネジ孔の開口部を前記シールテープで閉塞する構造を有することを特徴とするネジ孔封止構造。 - 前記弾性シール部材は、前記座繰り部に圧入可能な円筒形状を有しており、該弾性シール部材の軸中心に前記ネジ部材の前記雄ネジ部を挿通して前記ネジ部材の前記頭部を没入可能な貫通孔が穿設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のネジ孔封止構造。
- 前記ネジ孔が前記インサート部材に貫通して形成されており、
前記ネジ孔の貫通側開口部が前記繊維強化樹脂部材の成形型に対向することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のネジ孔封止構造。 - 前記ネジ孔の貫通側開口部を閉塞するように、前記インサート部材にシールテープが貼着されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のネジ孔封止構造。
- 前記弾性シール部材が前記ネジ部材に別体に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一つに記載のネジ孔封止構造。
- 前記弾性シール部材が前記ネジ部材に一体に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一つに記載のネジ孔封止構造。
