Claims (2)
- 原料粉を圧縮成形した圧粉体を焼結する焼結工程を含む焼結品の製造方法において、
前記焼結工程で、並列に配設された複数の丸棒状の支持体のそれぞれの両端を、その長手方向と直交する方向に延びる基体で固定してなる焼結治具を用い、前記焼結治具の複数の前記支持体により前記圧粉体の複数個所を線接触支持した状態で焼結することを特徴とする焼結品の製造方法。 - 前記圧粉体は、長手方向両端部に厚肉部を有すると共に、これら厚肉部の間の中間部に厚肉部に対して相対的に薄肉となる薄肉部を有するものであって、
前記複数の支持体により前記圧粉体の薄肉部のみを線接触支持したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の焼結品の製造方法。
