Description

Claims (11)
- 燃料レベルセンサを、上方壁及び下方壁を有する燃料タンクに固定する方法であって、センサは、足部と、実質的にチューブ形状の頂部とを有し、
センサの足部を、モールド成形保持器を介して燃料タンクの底壁にしっかりと固定し、
センサのチューブ状頂部を、モールド成形保持器を介してタンクの頂壁に弾性的に固定する、
ことを特徴とする燃料レベルセンサを燃料タンクに固定する方法。 - 燃料タンクが、プラスチックで作られる、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - センサは、連続キャパシタンス測定に基づく非可動部品センサである、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。 - センサの足部は、基準センサに結合される、又は一体となっている、
請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - センサの頂部とモールド成形保持器との間に中間部分を有し、前記中間部分は、モールド成形保持器に合う可動球形位置決め部を有する、
請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 球は、中間部分のベースに配置され、チューブ状頂部内に切り込まれたスロット内でスライドする脚によって、センサのチューブ状頂部に保持される、
請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 小円筒ポケットが、球の頂部に配置され、ポケットは、センサがタンク内に正しく組み立てられるのを保証可能にする、小金属挿入部を受け入れることができる、
