a.受水槽1の槽壁1aの内壁面であって、この受水槽1の内底面に近い位置に逆L字形を呈した固定金具11の垂直面を取り付けると共に前記固定金具11の水平面12上には左右に間隔をあけてガイドパイプ受け支柱20a、20bを上向き垂直に立てたこと、
b.前記固定金具11の水平面12上であって、前記ガイドパイプ受け支柱20a、20b間に正面14側が垂直面に形成され、後面15が前記正面14に対して下方が幅広となるような傾斜面16を有する凸状嵌合部13を形成したこと、
c.前記凸状嵌合部13の正面14に排水口17を形成し、この排水口17と槽壁1aに開口した揚水管接続口50間を短管18で結んだこと、
d.前記ガイドパイプ受け支柱20a、20bにそれぞれガイドパイプ9の下端を外挿することにより2本のガイドパイプ9を槽壁1aの内面に沿って立ち上げ、このガイドパイプ9の上端を槽壁1aの内面に固定されたガイドサポート9aにより支持したこと、
