Description
製造した人工皮革用複合シートの断面サンプルを取って、ゴールドコーティングのような準備工程を経る。注射電子顕微鏡(SEM)分析装備を通じて一定の倍率でサンプルの断面写真を撮った。写真上に現れた一本の極細糸繊維の直径を評価して実際値に換算した後、次のような数式を通じて纎度を求めた。
は極細糸繊維の密度値(g/cm3)である。参考に、ナイロンの密度は1.14であり、ポリエチレンテレフタレートの密度は1.38である。
幅50mm、長さ250mmのスエード調人工皮革用複合シートの試験片を縦方向及び横方向で各々3個ずつ取り、その中央部に距離100mmの表示線を引く。これをクランプ間隔150mmにして疲労試験機(*)に装着して、そっと78.4N(8kgf)の荷重(下部クランプの荷重を含む)を加える。荷重を加えたまま10分間放置して、表示線間の距離
を求めた後、次のような数式によって静荷重伸び率を求める。
幅50mm、長さが略250mmの試験方を縦方向及び横方向に各々5枚ずつ取る。
繊維形成成分として70質量%のポリトリメチレンテレフタレートと、抽出成分として30質量%の共重合ポリエステルを放射および延伸工程を経て、総75デニールの太さを有する極細化可能な海島型複合長繊維を製造した。この時、長繊維のモノフィラメントは3.1デニールであり、モノフィラメント内極細糸繊維(繊維形成成分)の数を16個にした。これをまた静荷重伸び率を与えるために巻軸加工を行い、170℃でセットした。
織物製造時に使用する経糸及び緯糸の種類と纎度を表1のように変更することを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法で複合シート形人工皮革を製造して物性を評価し、その結果を下記表2に示す。
Claims (1)
- 太さが0.3デニール以下の極細短繊維が互いに絡み合っている不織布と、前記不織布内に位置し、且つ前記不織布の極細短繊維に絡み合っており、経糸密度及び緯糸密度が40〜70本/インチであり、8kgfの荷重下で測定した静荷重伸び率が10〜30%である織物または編物とからなり、密度が0.200〜0.250g/cm 2 である複合シートを含み、前記織物または編物が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート糸、ポリトリメチレンテレフタレート糸、ポリアミド糸、ポリウレタン糸、ポリエチレン糸及びポリプロピレン糸からなる群から選択された1種または2種以上の原糸で構成され、前記複合シート内にはポリウレタンが充填され、35〜60kgf/50mmの縦方向及び横方向の引長強度と、8〜25%の縦方向及び横方向の静荷重伸び率を有することを特徴とする強度及び伸び率特性に優れた車両用または家具用のスエード調人工皮革。
