【産業上の利用分野】
この発明は、牛乳，ジュース、日本酒やワインなどの酒類、サラダ油などの液体を充填した切妻屋根型（ゲーブルトップ型）紙容器の上部に係止させた、おまけやおつまみや付属の小物などを収容する付属紙箱に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】
最近の販売、流通市場の競争激化に伴って、おまけ品やおつまみや付属の小物など（以下この発明では収容物と総称する）を販売商品の景品として添付する傾向が高まってきている。そして、ジュースや酒類及び油脂類などを充填した切妻屋根型紙容器においても、例えば実開昭５５−６９０３１号公報に示されるように、切妻屋根型紙容器に底部を繋止できるように、底部に、傾斜屋根に合わせた山形のフラップを設けた付属紙箱が提案されている。

また、上記以外にも、例えば実公昭５９−４３２１５号公報に示されるように、切妻屋根型紙容器の傾斜屋根の片側だけに底部を係止できる構成も提案されている。具体的には、左右の側面から、この切妻屋根型紙容器の傾斜屋根の裏面形状に相応した三角形状部を備えた舌片を設ける。そして、この舌片を、傾斜屋根の左右からこれを抱え込むようにして、この傾斜屋根の裏面の窪みに折り込み、もって付属紙箱を切妻屋根型紙容器に取り付けるようにしたものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前記の実開昭５５−６９０３１号公報に示される付属紙箱は、山形のフラップがどこも固定されていない。したがって、この付属紙箱を切妻屋根型紙容器のトップシール部に挿入した際に、きっちりと係止されず外れてしまうという問題点があった。また、付属紙箱の蓋板は、単に差し込み片を左右側板のフラップ前縁と正面板の背面の間に差し込むだけで、係止構造を全く備えていない。したがって、この蓋板が不用意に開いてしまうおそれがあり、付属紙箱内の収容物が不用意にこぼれおちるおそれがあった。

また、前記の実公昭５９−４３２１５号公報に示される付属紙箱は、付属紙箱そのものは糊付けされて、むしろ開放されにくい問題点はあるが、収容物が不用意にこぼれ落ちるおそれはない。しかし、このものは切妻屋根型紙容器の傾斜屋根の片側だけに底部を係止できるように構成されているので、係止状態が恒常的に安定しない。その結果、切妻屋根型紙容器と付属紙箱とを最終的に、シュリンクフイルムをかけて包装する段階でも、付属紙箱が容易に外れてしまい、作業性能が大幅に低下する欠点があった。

これらの現状を踏まえて本発明者等は、前記実公昭５９−４３２１５号公報に示される切妻屋根型紙容器の傾斜屋根の片側のみに係止される付属紙箱と異なって、実開昭５５−６９０３１号公報に示されるように、基本的には、両方の傾斜屋根に跨って係止される形式の付属紙箱を採用して、種々検討を加えた。その結果、収容物の保持機能は、山形のフラップを側板にしっかりと係止することが必須の要件であることがわかった。また、付属紙箱を切妻屋根型紙容器の傾斜屋根に係止するにあたっては、付属紙箱の性質上、あまり強固な係止は好ましくなく、といって簡単に外れるのも好ましくないことがわかった。これらの諸条件を勘案して、更に検討を重ねた結果、収容物の保持機能をうまく維持でき、併せて傾斜屋根への係止にあたっては簡便な手段でありながらも、望ましい保持機能が得られる手段を開発するに至ったので、ここに提案する。

したがって、この発明の第１の目的は、収容物の保持機能を格段に向上できる付属紙箱を提供することである。また、第２の目的は、収容物の保持機能を更に向上できる付属紙箱を提供することである。そして第３の目的は、切妻屋根型紙容器に対する望ましい保持機能を持ちながらも取り外しも容易な付属紙箱を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
以上の技術的な課題を解決するために、まず第１の発明では、正面板、右側面板、後面板、左側面板および糊代よりなる角筒体の左右側面板の上端にはフラップが設けられ、後面板の上端には蓋板を介して差し込み片が連設されてなる切妻屋根型紙容器の付属紙箱において、正面板あるいは後面板のいずれかに収容物を保持する保持板が連設されているとともに、この保持板は、切妻屋根型紙容器の片側の傾斜屋根の傾斜面に全面的に沿う傾斜姿勢が保たれる寸法を備えた傾斜板部と、この傾斜板部に引き続いて、蓋板の内面に沿って後面板あるいは正面板の上端に至る水平板部が設けられ、この水平板部の左右両側縁が左右側面板に、また、遊端縁が蓋板にそれぞれ着脱自在に係止されるようにして構成されたものである。

また、第２の発明では、正面板、右側面板、後面板、左側面板および糊代よりなる角筒体の左右側面板の上端にはフラップが設けられ、後面板の上端には蓋板を介して差し込み片が連設されてなる切妻屋根型紙容器の付属紙箱において、正面板あるいは後面板のいずれか一方の下端には収容物を保持する保持板が、また他方には押え板がそれぞれ連設されているとともに、この保持板は、切妻屋根型紙容器の片側の傾斜屋根の傾斜面に全面的に沿う傾斜姿勢が保たれる寸法を備えた傾斜板部と、この傾斜板部に引き続いて、蓋板の内面に沿って後面板あるいは正面板の上端に至る水平板部が設けられ、この水平板部の左右両側縁が左右側面板に、遊端縁が蓋板にそれぞれ着脱自在に係止され、また、押え板は保持板の傾斜板部と水平板部との境にまで伸びる傾斜板部が備わり、その遊端が保持板の傾斜板部と水平板部との境部分に係止されるように構成されたものである。

更に、第３発明では、正面板、右側面板、後面板、左側面板及び糊代よりなる角筒体の左右側面板の上端にはフラップが設けられ、後面板の上端には蓋板を介して差し込み片が連設されてなる切妻屋根型紙容器の付属紙箱において、正面板あるいは後面板のいずれか一方の下端には収容物を保持する保持板が、また他方には押え板がそれぞれ連設されていて、この保持板は、切妻屋根型紙容器の片側の傾斜屋根の傾斜面に全面的に沿う傾斜姿勢が保たれる寸法を備えた傾斜板部と、この傾斜板部に引き続いて、蓋板の内面に沿って後面板あるいは正面板の上端に至る水平板部が設けられ、この水平板部の左右両側縁が左右側面板に、また、遊端縁が蓋板にそれぞれ着脱自在に係止され、また、押え板は正面板あるいは後面板の上下寸法の中間部分までほぼ真っ直ぐに立ち上がる鉛直板部と、この鉛直板部に引き続いて、保持板の傾斜板部と水平板部との境にまで伸びる傾斜板部が備わり、その遊端が保持板の傾斜板部と水平板部との境部分に係止されるように構成されたものである。

そして、第４の発明では、左右側板は、その下端に切妻屋根型紙容器の傾斜屋根の内側に係止できる係止片が備わっているよう構成されたものである。

更に、第５の発明では、保持板は、切妻屋根型紙容器の片側の傾斜屋根の傾斜面に全面的に沿う傾斜姿勢が保たれる寸法を備えた傾斜板部と、この傾斜板部に引き続いて、切妻屋根型紙容器の傾斜屋根の上端に形成されているトップシール部に沿って上方に伸びる垂直板部が備わり、この垂直板部に引き続いて、蓋板の内面に沿って後面板あるいは正面板の上端に至る水平板部が設けられたものである。

【作用】
上記のように、この発明によれば、傾斜板部を切妻屋根型紙容器の片側の傾斜屋根の傾斜面に全面的に沿わせ、また、この傾斜板部に連なる水平板部を蓋板の内面に沿わせるようにして保持板を筒体内に折り込み、この水平板部の左右両側縁を左右側面板に、そして、遊端縁を蓋板にそれぞれ係止することによって、蓋板とこの保持板の傾斜板部との間に、容易には解れない収納空間の備わった付属紙箱が得られる。

また、第２の発明では、保持板に加えて、遊端が保持板の傾斜板部と水平板部との境部分に係止された押え板が設けられているので、この押え板が保持板の折り込み姿勢を保持する。その結果、この保持板の崩れを未然にうまく防止できる付属紙箱が得られる。

更に、第３の発明では、保持板に加えて、遊端が保持板の傾斜板部と水平板部との境部分に係止された押え板が設けられ、更にこの押え板が正面板あるいは後面板の上下寸法の中間部分まで、ほぼ真っ直ぐに立ち上がる鉛直板部を備えているので、この押え板の鉛直板部に続く傾斜板部の下方にはデッドスペースが形成されて、口栓を備えた切妻屋根型紙容器には好適である付属紙箱が得られる。

そして、第４の発明では、左右側板の下端に切妻屋根型紙容器の傾斜屋根の内側に係止できる係止片が備わっているので、この係止片を傾斜屋根の内側に係止させることによって、この係止片の折り込みに対する弾性反発力を有効に活用でき、切妻屋根型紙容器への取り付け並びに取り外しが簡易となる付属紙箱が得られる。

第５の発明では、保持板の垂直板部が、切妻屋根型紙容器の傾斜屋根の上端に備わるトップシール部に沿って存在することで、この垂直板部をこのトップシール部に接当させるようにして、このトップシール部をガイド部材として、また、垂直板部を被ガイド部材として有効に活用させることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明の実施の形態を、図面を参照しながら説明する。
図１〜図４はこの発明に係る切妻屋根型紙容器の付属紙箱を示し、図１は、使用状態を示す斜視説明図、図２はそのブランクの展開図、図３は組み立て状態を下方から見た斜視図、図４は組み立て状態の断面図である。

この付属紙箱は、図２に示されるように、まず、糊代１、正面板２、右側面板３、後面板４、左側面板５が折り曲げ線を介して連設して設けられている。右側面板３及び左側面板５の上端にはそれぞれ折り曲げ線を介してフラップ６が、また、下端には折れ曲げ線を介してそれぞれ、逆三角形状に形成された係止片７が連設されている。更に、後面板４の下端には折り曲げ線を介して保持板８が連設されている。また、この保持板８は、長さ方向の中間部分の折り曲げ線を介して、基端側（後面板との連設側）の傾斜板部８１と、遊端側（突設側）の水平板部８２とで構成されている。そして、この後面板の上端には、折り曲げ線を介して蓋板９と差し込み片１０が設けられている。正面板２の下端には折り曲げ線を介して押え板１１が連設されている。

前記保持板８の傾斜板部８１は、切妻屋根型紙容器Ｐの片側の傾斜屋根の傾斜面に全面的に沿う、傾斜姿勢が保たれる長さを備えるように寸法設定されている。そしてこの傾斜板部８１に引き続いて、折り曲げ線を介して設けられた水平板部８２は、蓋板９の内面に沿って後面板４の上端縁に至るに足る長さに寸法設定されている。また、図例では、傾斜板部８１と水平板部８２の連設部分には、切妻屋根型紙容器Ｐの傾斜屋根上端にあるトップシール部Ａ（図４）の上下寸法とぼぼ同等の寸法を備えた鉛直板部８３が形成されている。これによって、保持板８は、切妻屋根型紙容器Ｐの傾斜屋根とその上端にあるトップシール部Ａに、正に全面的に、沿った組み立て姿勢となる。

そして、水平板部８２の左右両側縁と下縁にはそれぞれ突起１２が突設されている。一方、左右側面板３，５のそれぞれのフラップ６との境界部、また、蓋板９と差し込み片１０との境界部には、それぞれ前記突起１２が係合する切り込み１３が設けられている。なお、図例では、左右側面板３，５のそれぞれのフラップ６との境界部に設けられる切り込み１３は、切欠き穴で形成されている。また、正面板２の上端にも、この突起１２が係合できるように切り込み１３が設けられている。

押え板１１は、長さ方向の中間部分の折り曲げ線を介して、基端側（正面板との連設側）の鉛直板部１１１と、遊端側（突設側）の傾斜板部１１２とで構成されている。そして、この鉛直板部１１１の上下寸法は、正面板２の上下寸法のほぼ二分の一に設定されている。また、この垂直板部１１１は、正面板２の内側に折り込まれて、この正面板２の背面に沿って鉛直姿勢に立ち上げられるものである。また、傾斜板部１１２は、鉛直姿勢に立ち上げられた鉛直板部１１１の上端から保持板８の水平板部８２と鉛直板部８３の境界部に至る寸法よりもやや長い寸法に設定されている。

その理由は以下のとおりである。つまり、組み立てたとき、この傾斜板部１１２は、鉛直姿勢に立ち上げられた鉛直板部１１１の上端から保持板８の水平板部８２と鉛直板部８３の境界部にわたって、傾斜姿勢となって掛け渡される。しかし、この傾斜板部１１２がやや長めに形成されることによって、上方にやや弧状に反りあがるような姿勢で掛け渡されことになる（図１，３，４）。その結果、傾斜板部１１２に弾性復元力が生じることとなり、この弾性復元力による押圧力が保持板８に働き、突起１２と切り込み１３の係合を強固に保持することになるからである。つまりは、保持板８の組み立て姿勢を強固に維持することになるのである。

また、押え板１１の下端に突起１４が設けられ、一方、保持板８の鉛直板部８３と水平板部８２の境界部には、この突起１４が係合する切り込み１５が設けられている。

この発明における上記ブランクの組み立て方は、まず糊代１と左側面板５の裏面を、接着剤を用いて接着し、その後各面板を起こし、角筒状とする。
【００２６】
次に、後面板４の下端に設けられた保持板８の傾斜板部８１、垂直板部８３、水平板部８２をそれぞれ内側に折り込む。次いで、左・右側面板３，５と各フラップ６との境界部の切り込み１３に、水平板部８２の左右両側の突起１２を係合させて、収容物の収納部空間１６を形成する。

次に、押え板１１の鉛直板部１１１と傾斜板部１１２をそれぞれ内側に折り込み、保持板８の水平板部８２と鉛直板部８３との境界部の切り込み１５に、この押え板１１の下端の突起１４を係合する。

そして、収容物を上部開口から保持板８で形成された収納空間１６に収納し、左・右側面板３，５のフラップ６をそれぞれ内側に折り込む。次いで、蓋板９及び差し込み片１０を内側に折り込み、差し込み片１０を上部開口に差し込んで、この上部開口を閉塞する。同時に、蓋板９と差し込み片１０との境界部の切り込み１３に保持板８の水平板部８２の下端に設けた突起１２を係合させる。

このようにして組み立てられた切妻屋根型紙容器の付属紙箱を、図１に示されるように、切妻屋根型紙容器Ｐの上部に、左・右側面板３，５の下端に設けられた係止片７を、それぞれ内側に折り込んだ状態で被せる。その結果、係止片７と切妻屋根型紙容器Ｐの傾斜屋根の内側との係合が簡便に行え、併せて望ましい係合状態が維持される。また、取り外しも簡便に行うことができる。

また、保持板８の水平板部８２は、切り込み１３に突起１２が係合されて、その組み立て姿勢が強固に保たれるので、保持板８の組み立て姿勢が容易に崩されれたり変形するおそれがなくなる。その結果、この保持板８による収納物の保持機能が向上する。併せて、押え板１１がこの保持板８の水平板部８２と鉛直板部８３の境界部を、弾性復元力をもって押圧し続けるので、保持板８の組み立て姿勢が一層強固に維持される。したがって、この保持板８による収納物の保持機能が更に一層向上する。

更に、押え板１１は、鉛直板部１１１によって、図４に示されるように、角筒状の内部空間にあって、その下部開口よりもやや上方に持ち上げられた位置に存在することとなる。その結果、この押え板１１の下部にはデットスペース１７が形成される。このことは、特に傾斜屋根に口栓が設けられたタイプの切妻屋根型紙容器Ｐには好適に採用され、汎用性が格段に向上し、従来の構造に比べて格段に有利となる。つまり、実公昭５７−１８２７８号公報に提示された構造のように、この押え板１１の傾斜板部１１１と傾斜屋根とが密着する構成では、この傾斜板部１１１に口栓が当たらないように、ここに挿入穴を設ける必要性が生じる。これは、構造上、加工上もやや躊躇するところであり、また、組み付け作業も、口栓と挿入穴との位置合わせをするなど煩雑となる。しかし、本発明に係る上記の構成では、かかる必要性を全く要しない点で有利となるからである。

なお、以上の実施の形態にあっては、保持板８には鉛直板部８３が備わった構成が採用されている。
この鉛直板部８３は、切妻屋根型紙容器Ｐの傾斜屋根の上端に備わっているトップシール部Ａにガイドされて、この傾斜屋根に付属容器を被せる作業が格段に軽快に行われたり、付属容器を所期どおりの正しい姿勢で係止できて、見栄えが向上するために採用されている。
したがって、本来的には、傾斜板部８１と水平板部８２だけを採用しても、この発明の所期の目的は十分に達成される。しかし、できればこの鉛直板部８３は、必要に応じて採用されるのが望ましい。また、傾斜板部８１は、図５に示されるように、切妻屋根型紙容器Ｐの傾斜屋根の上端に備わっているトップシール部Ａの上端にまで直線的に伸びる板部として形成される構成も採用できる。

また、上記の実施の形態では、押え板１１が採用されている。
この押え板１１は、上述したとおり、保持板８の組み立て姿勢を一層強固にして、その保持機能の一層の向上を図る目的で採用されている。
したがって、本来的には、保持板８のみを採用するだけで、この発明の所期の目的は十分に達成されるので、理想的には押え板１１を採用することが望ましいが、これも必用に応じて採用されれば良い。

また、上記の実施の形態では、押え板１１の傾斜板部１１２は、鉛直姿勢に立ち上げられた鉛直板部１１１の上端から保持板８の水平板部８２と鉛直板部８３の境界部に至る寸法よりもやや長く寸法設定されている。
しかし、この構成も保持板の保持機能の一層の向上を図る目的で採用されているので、この傾斜板部１１２の寸法は、必用に応じて、図６に示されるように、鉛直姿勢に立ち上げられた鉛直板部１１１の上端から保持板８の水平板部８２と鉛直板部８３の境界部に至る寸法とほぼ等寸法に設定された構成を採用できる。つまり、図１や図３に示される上方に円弧となるような組み立て姿勢にはならずに、直線の組み立て姿勢になるが、保持板８の組み立て姿勢を強固に維持できる点において、同等の効果を発揮することはいうまでもない。

更に、この押え板１１の傾斜板部１１２は、図７に示されるように、正面板２の下端から、鉛直板部１１１を介することなく、直に連設される構成を採用できる。この場合は、付属紙箱の構造がより簡素になるので、好ましい。ただし, この場合には、口栓を備えた切妻屋根型紙容器Ｐへの適用は難しくなるので、切妻屋根型紙容器Ｐのタイプによって、適宜に使い分ける必要がある。

また、この押え板１１の傾斜板部１１２の下部側に、図８に示されるように、保持板８と同様の鉛直板部１１３を設けた構成を採用できる。保持板８の鉛直板部８３とこの押え板１１の鉛直板部１１３によって、切妻屋根型紙容器Ｐの傾斜屋根の上端に備わっているトップシール部Ａを両側から挟持する形で、付属容器を被せることができるので、取り付け姿勢の格段の安定が得られ、見栄え上も好ましく、商品価値を高めることができる。また、口栓を備えない切妻屋根型紙容器である場合には、図中想像線で示されるように、鉛直板部１１１を介することなく、正面板２の下端に直に傾斜板部１１２を設け、この傾斜板部１１２の下端に前記鉛直板部１１３を設けた構成を採用できる。

以上に示した各変形例は、互いに組み合わされて更に別の変形例が構成されることを阻害するものではなく、この発明の所期の目的を逸脱しない範囲内において、相互に自由に組み合わせることができる。

【発明の効果】
以上のようにこの第１の発明に係る切妻屋根型紙容器の付属紙箱は、次の効果を奏する。
付属紙箱の四周を形成する板に設けられた切り込みに、収納物を収納するための空間を形成する保持板の突起を係合してその組み付け姿勢が維持されている。
したがって、付属紙箱を、簡単な構成で、しかも簡単に組み立てることができながら、保持板による収納物の保持機能を格段に向上できる。特に、この保持板は、水平板部が備わっていて、その折り込み姿勢が保持されているので、この保持板の崩れを未然にうまく防止でき、保持板による収納物の保持機能を所期どおりに発揮できる。

更に、作業面においても、糊代を接着した平板状態で輸送や保管が可能で、スペースをとることがない。

また、第２の発明に係る切妻屋根型紙容器の付属紙箱は、上記第１の発明によって奏される効果に加えて、次の効果を奏する。
保持板は押え板によって折り込み姿勢が保持されているので、この保持板の崩れを未然にうまく防止でき、保持板による収納物の保持機能が一層望ましい形で実現できる。

また、第３の発明に係る切妻屋根型紙容器の付属紙箱は、上記第１並びに第２の発明によって奏される効果に加えて、次の効果を奏する。
押え板が鉛直板部を備えているので、この押え板の下方にはデッドスペースが形成されて、口栓を備えた切妻屋根型紙容器にも好適に適用され、その汎用性が格段に高まり、使い勝手の良い付属容器を提供できる。併せて、冒頭に記した従来の構造に比べて、構造上、加工上、組み立て作業上も格段に有利となる。

そして、第４の発明に係る切妻屋根型紙容器の付属紙箱は、上記第１〜第３の発明によって奏される効果に加えて、次の効果を奏する。
左右側板の下端に切妻屋根型紙容器の傾斜屋根の内側に係止する係止片が備わっているので、切妻屋根型紙容器から外れ落ちるおそれがなく、切妻屋根型紙容器と付属紙箱は常に一体になって、安定したセット姿勢が保たれる。したがって、出荷前の包装段階や店頭などで付属紙箱を切妻屋根型紙容器に被せなおす手間もいらず、能率の良い梱包作業や販売活動を可能にする。併せて、傾斜屋根の内側との係合が簡便に行え、望ましい係合状態が維持される。また、取り外しも簡便に行うことができる。

更に、第５の発明に係る切妻屋根型紙容器の付属紙箱は、上記第１〜第３の発明によって奏される効果に加えて、次の効果を奏する。
保持板の垂直板部が、切妻屋根型紙容器の傾斜屋根の上端に備わるトップシール部にガイドされるので、付属容器を切妻屋根型紙容器の傾斜屋根上に被せる作業が格段に軽快となる上に、付属容器を所期どおりの正しい姿勢で係止でき、見栄えを格段に良くすることができる。
