Description

The present invention relates to a three-dimensional storage that can store a plurality of loads in the depth direction and the vertical direction.

15 and 16 show a conventional three-dimensional storage proposed by the applicant. The storage rack 1 is provided with a plurality of storage spaces 1a for storing luggage in the depth direction and the vertical direction. Storage of the luggage in the storage rack 1 is performed by the stacker crane 2. The stacker crane 2 has a traveling function that travels in the depth direction, and also has a lifting function that lifts and lowers the load in the vertical direction along the mast 2a. The stacker crane 2 moves to a predetermined position in the depth direction, and then lifts the load to a predetermined height in the vertical direction, and stores the load in the designated storage space 1a of the storage rack 1.

Delivery of luggage from the traveling carriage to the stacker crane 2 is performed as follows. As shown in FIG. 16, first, the traveling carriage 3 on which the load is loaded moves to a delivery space 1 b provided at one corner of the storage rack 1. Thereafter, the stacker crane 2 moves to the delivery space 1 b and receives the luggage from the traveling carriage 3.

The stacker crane 2 needs to be provided with a mast 2a for lifting the load to the upper part, and a lifting wire rope needs to be hung on the upper part of the mast 2a. In addition, the stacker crane 2 needs to be provided with a traveling device for moving a load in the depth direction of the storage rack 1. A stacker crane having a load raising / lowering function and a traveling function tends to be large in size and complicated in structure.

In addition, when the stacker crane transports heavy loads, the stacker crane cannot jump out of the storage rack because the upper end of the mast of the stacker crane needs to be guided by the storage rack. Since a delivery space for delivering the load from the cart to the stacker crane is provided at one corner of the storage rack, the space for storing the load is reduced accordingly. In particular, in a small three-dimensional storage, there is a strong demand for inexpensive storage products with good storage efficiency.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a new three-dimensional storage that does not require a stacker crane.

The present invention will be described below. In addition, in order to make an understanding of this invention easy, the reference number of an accompanying drawing is attached in parenthesis writing, However, This invention is not limited to the form of illustration.

In order to solve the above problems, the invention of claim 1 is directed to a storage rack having a storage space for storing a plurality of packages in the depth direction and the vertical direction, and the packages are mounted and the packages are delivered to and from the storage rack. comprising a traveling carriage with a transfer mechanism, and a lifting搬機raising-lowering the traveling carriage so as to be able to store luggage plurality of storage space in the vertical direction, the traveling vehicle has a wheel, said On the ground next to the lifting and lowering machine, a rail for the lifting and lowering machine on which the wheels of the traveling carriage travel is provided, and the wheels of the traveling carriage travel on the rail for the lifting and lowering machine, whereby the traveling carriage is After moving on the elevator to a predetermined storage space in the depth direction of the storage rack and the traveling carriage has traveled the elevator carriage rail to a predetermined position, the elevator has the traveling carriage. Gel time is a solid depot that the lifting搬機 characterized in that the lifting bottom of the traveling carriage.

The invention of claim 2 is the three-dimensional storage according to claim 1, wherein the elevating and lowering machine (6) is raised and lowered along the pillar (11a) of the storage rack (4). .

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the three-dimensional storage room according to the second aspect, the storage racks (4) are provided in two rows in the frontage direction, and the elevator (6) is provided in two rows of storage racks ( 4) It is characterized by being arranged between.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the three-dimensional storage according to any one of the first to third aspects, the traveling carriage (5) is engaged with a positioning recess (30) provided in the storage rack (4). Protruding members (29) that can be formed are provided.

According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the three-dimensional storage according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, a chain or a wire (15) is hung on the lifting / lowering machine (6), and the storage rack (4) Is characterized in that a winding device (17) for winding the chain or wire (15) is attached.

According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the three-dimensional storage according to any one of the first to fifth aspects, a pallet (21) having wheels (21a) is placed on the traveling carriage (5) and the pallet (21 ) Wheels (21a) traveled by a traveling carriage rail (22) is provided, and the storage rack (4) is provided with a rack rail (27) on which the wheels (21a) of the pallet (21) travel. It is characterized by.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the traveling carriage also serves as the traveling function of the stacker crane, the stacker crane can be dispensed with. For this reason, an inexpensive three-dimensional storage with good storage efficiency can be provided. Moreover, the traveling cart travels on the rail for the lifting and lowering machine provided on the ground. When the lifter lifts the traveling cart after the traveling cart stops, the lifter lifts the bottom of the traveling cart. For this reason, even if the wheel of the traveling carriage rotates after the elevator is raised, the traveling carriage does not fall from the elevator.

According to the invention of claim 2, since the pillar of the storage rack also functions as the mast of the stacker crane, the stacker crane can be dispensed with.

According to the invention of claim 3, since the elevator is sandwiched between two rows of storage racks, it is possible to stably guide the raising and lowering of the elevator.

According to the invention of claim 4 , the traveling carriage can be accurately positioned with respect to the storage rack, and the luggage can be reliably delivered from the traveling carriage to the storage rack.

According to the invention of claim 5 , the lifting and lowering machine can be raised and lowered.

According to the invention of claim 6 , the traveling cart and the storage rack can deliver the luggage.

Hereinafter, a three-dimensional storage in one embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a three-dimensional storage. The three-dimensional storage is automatically loaded and unloaded on a pallet basis with respect to the storage rack 4 having a plurality of storage spaces 4a. The luggage is not particularly limited, but in this embodiment, the mold is handled as a heavy article. Many three-dimensional mold storages are relatively small. In a conventional three-dimensional storage, the basic form is to run a stacker crane to load and unload luggage, but in this embodiment, the traveling carriage 5 and the lifter 6 are operated instead of the stacker crane.

The traveling carriage 5 has a transfer mechanism (details will be described later) for delivering a load to the storage rack 4. When the luggage 7 is mounted on the traveling carriage 5 outside the storage rack 4, the traveling carriage 5 travels in the depth direction on the loading / unloading rail 8 toward the lifting / lowering carriage 6 and moves onto the lifting / lowering carriage 6. An elevator rail 9 is also provided on the side of the elevator 6. The traveling carriage 5 moves in the depth direction of the storage rack 4 on the elevator 6 to a predetermined storage space 4a. That is, the traveling cart 5 stops at the front when the luggage is put into the first series of storage spaces 4a, and moves to the back when it is put into the second storage space 4a at the back. After the traveling cart 5 is stopped, the lift 6 lifts the luggage 7 together with the traveling cart 5 to a predetermined storage space 4a. After the lifter 6 raises the traveling carriage 5, the transfer mechanism of the traveling carriage 5 stores the luggage 7 in the storage space 4a.

By providing the traveling carriage 5 and the lifter 6 that operate in this way, a stacker crane can be dispensed with. In addition, since the elevator 6 lifts the carriage 5 with the luggage 7 mounted thereon without transferring the luggage 7 back and forth between the traveling carriage 5 and the elevator 6, as in a conventional three-dimensional storage. Further, it is not necessary to provide a dedicated space in the storage rack 4 for delivering the load from the traveling carriage 5 to the stacker crane.

The storage rack 4 has a plurality of storage spaces 4a in the depth direction (for example, 2 stations) and a plurality of levels (for example, 5 levels) in the vertical direction. Two rows of storage racks are provided in the frontage direction with the lifting and lowering machine interposed therebetween.

The storage rack 4 is configured by combining the pillar 11 and the shelf 19. A guide rail 12 that guides the lifting and lowering machine 6 is attached to the pillar 11 a adjacent to the lifting and lowering machine 6. The elevator 6 moves up and down along the guide rail 12. If comprised in this way, the pillar 11a of the storage rack 4 can be combined with the function of the mast of a stacker crane.

2 to 4 show detailed views of the three-dimensional storage. 2 is a plan view, FIG. 3 is a front view, and FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along line III-III in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the rectangular frame-shaped lifting and lowering machine 6 has a length in the depth direction (that is, a storage rack) that can store luggage from the traveling carriage 5 in all the storage spaces 4 a in the depth direction. 4), and covers the entire length of the storage space 4 a of the storage rack 4.

As shown in FIG. 2, the three-dimensional storage is provided with a carry-in / out rail 8 extending in the depth direction so that the traveling cart 5 can be guided to the storage rack 4 (see also FIG. 1). On the ground on both sides of the lifting / lowering machine 6, lifting / lowering machine rails 9 extending in the depth direction are provided so as to be continuous with the loading / unloading rail 8 (see also FIG. 5).

As shown in FIG. 3, guide rollers 14 that roll along the guide rails 12 attached to the pillars 11 a of the storage rack 4 are provided at the squares of the rectangular lifting and lowering machine 6. In addition, wires or chains 15 are hung on the four corners of the lifter 6. The wire or chain 15 is connected to a hoisting device 17 attached to the roof of the storage rack 4 via a pulley 16 provided on the upper portion of the storage rack 4. The other end of the wire or chain 15 is connected to a counterweight 18 that is hung on the opposite side of the lifting / lowering machine across a row of storage racks 4. By actuating the hoisting device 17, the wire or chain 15 is hoisted and the elevator 6 is raised.

As shown in FIG. 4, the traveling cart 5 has wheels 5 a and travels in the depth direction along the carry-in / carry-out rail 8 and the lifting / lowering machine rail 9. As shown in FIG. 5, the elevator carrier rail 9 is provided on the ground, not on the elevator carrier 6. This is due to the following reason. When the lifting / lowering machine rail 9 is provided in the lifting / lowering machine 6, a safety device (for example, a wheel rotation preventing device) that prevents the traveling carriage 5 from moving on the lifting / lowering machine rail 9 when the lifting / lowering machine 6 is raised. , Fall prevention devices, etc.) are required. In order to avoid this, as shown in FIG. 6, after the traveling cart 5 has traveled on the lifting / lowering machine rail 6 to a predetermined position, the lifting / lowering transporter 6 lifts the traveling cart 5. Lifts the bottom 5c of the traveling carriage 5. Thereby, even if the wheel 5a of the traveling cart 5 is rotated after the lifting / lowering device 6 is lifted, the traveling cart 5 is not dropped from the lifting / lowering device 6.

The height and width of the lifting / lowering machine rail 9 are matched with the loading / unloading rail 8 so that the traveling carriage 5 can transfer from the loading / unloading rail 8 to the lifting / lowering machine rail 9. Since the crossing portion 6a of the lifting / lowering transporter 6 on the side where the traveling cart 5 enters and exits crosses between the loading / unloading rail 8 and the lifting / lowering transporter rail 9, a part of the rail is cut away. The crossing part 6a is installed below the loading / unloading rail 8 and the lifting / lowering machine rail 9, and the wheel 5a of the traveling carriage 5 passes through the notch, but the traveling carriage 5 includes a plurality of wheels 5a (for example, on one side). There are four wheels), and the wheels 5a pass through the cutout portion one by one. Therefore, even if one wheel 5a passes through the cutout portion while floating, there is no problem.

As shown in FIG. 4 again, a pallet 21 is provided on the traveling carriage 5. The pallet 21 is also provided with wheels 21a and moves on the traveling carriage 5 in the frontage direction. That is, a traveling carriage rail 22 extending in the frontage direction is provided on the traveling carriage 5, and the pallet 21 travels on the traveling carriage rail 22 in the frontage direction. The traveling carriage 5 is provided with transfer mechanisms 23 and 24 that deliver the luggage 7 mounted on the traveling carriage 5 to the storage rack 4 and receive the luggage stored in the storage rack 4.

The transfer mechanisms 23 and 24 include, for example, a lifter 23 and a slide fork 24 provided on the lifter 23. FIG. 7 shows an example of a conceptual diagram of the transfer mechanism as seen from the front side. The lifter 23 has a link mechanism combined in an X shape, and raises and lowers the slide fork 24 in parallel with the traveling carriage 5. The lifter 23 is provided in order to connect the slide fork 24 and the pallet 21 or to cut the edge. The slide fork 24 is configured by a so-called double speed mechanism. When the second fork 24a is moved by the pinion rack mechanism, the first fork 24b provided on the second fork 24a moves a double distance. A chain 25 is wound between the base rack 24c and the first fork 24b via the second fork 24a.

FIG. 8 shows the pallet 21. In the figure, (A) shows a plan view and (B) shows a side view. The pallet 21 is provided with wheels 21a. The wheel 21a travels on the traveling rail rail 22 and the rack rail 27 provided in each storage space 4a of the storage rack 4 (see FIG. 3).

As shown in FIG. 2, the traveling cart 5 is provided with a protruding pin 29 as a protruding member that can advance and retract toward the storage rack 4. The frame of each storage space 4 a of the storage rack 4 is provided with a recess 30 that engages with the protruding pin 29. After the traveling cart 5 is raised and lowered to a predetermined height by the elevator 6, the protruding pin 29 of the traveling cart 5 is protruded and the protruding pin 29 is engaged with the recess 30 of the storage rack 4. Thereby, the traveling carriage 5 can be accurately positioned with respect to each storage space 4 a of the storage rack 4, and the pallet 21 can be reliably moved from the traveling carriage 5 to the storage rack 4.

9 and 10 show the warehousing procedure. A traveling carriage 5 with a load 7 placed on a pallet 21 travels in the loading / unloading rail 8 in the depth direction (FIG. 9 (1)), and rides on the lifting / lowering machine rail 9 on the side of the lifting / lowering machine 6 for three-dimensional storage. Enter the cabinet (Fig. 9 (2)). In this example, since the luggage is stored in the series of storage spaces 4a on the near side, the traveling carriage 5 stops on the near side. Of course, when storing a load in the second storage space, it moves to the back side.

When the traveling cart 5 gets on the elevator 6, the elevator 6 raises the traveling cart 5 to a predetermined storage space 4 a (FIG. 9 (3)). When the traveling carriage 5 rises to a predetermined height, the protruding pin 29 is protruded, and the protruding pin 29 is engaged with the recess 30 of the storage rack 4 (FIG. 9 (4)). Thereafter, the elevator 6 is lowered slightly, and the traveling carriage 5 is deposited in the storage rack 4 (FIG. 9 (5)). In a state where the traveling carriage 5 is suspended, the slide fork 24 of the transfer mechanism is operated to move the pallet 21 from the traveling carriage 5 to the storage space 4a (FIG. 9 (6)). Thereafter, the lifter 23 of the transfer mechanism is lowered, and the edge between the slide fork 24 and the pallet 21 is cut (FIG. 10 (7)). Next, the slide fork 24 is returned onto the traveling carriage 5 (FIG. 10 (8)), and the lifter 6 is slightly raised again (FIG. 10 (9)). The traveling cart 5 protrudes and pulls in the pin 29, and deposits its own weight on the lifting and lowering transporter 6 (FIG. 10 (10)). The lift 6 lowers the empty trolley 5 to the lowest end, and the trolley 5 self-propels and exits the storage rack 4 (FIGS. 10 (11) to (13)). The warehousing operation is completed by the above operation.

11 and 12 show a delivery procedure. The delivery procedure is basically the reverse of the above entry procedure. First, the empty traveling cart 5 travels in the depth direction on the loading / unloading rail 8 (FIG. 11 (1)) and enters the storage rack 4 (FIG. 11 (2)). In this example, since the luggage is unloaded from the series of storage spaces 4a on the near side, the traveling carriage 5 stops on the near side. When the traveling cart 5 gets on the elevator 6, the elevator 6 raises the traveling cart 5 to a predetermined storage space 4 a (FIG. 11 (3)). When the traveling carriage 5 rises to a predetermined height, the protruding pin 29 is protruded, and the protruding pin 29 is engaged with the recess 30 of the storage rack 4 (FIG. 11 (4)). Thereafter, the elevator 6 is moved down slightly to deposit the own weight of the traveling carriage 5 in the storage rack 4 (FIG. 11 (5)). In this state, the slide fork 24 of the transfer mechanism is operated, and the slide fork 24 is extended below the traveling carriage (FIG. 11 (6)). Then, the lifter 23 is raised to connect the slide fork 24 and the pallet 21 (FIG. 12 (7)). The pallet 21 is drawn onto the traveling carriage 5 and the luggage is moved onto the traveling carriage 5 (FIG. 12 (8)). The elevator 6 is again raised slightly (FIG. 12 (9)), the protruding pin 29 of the traveling cart 5 is pulled in, and the weight of the traveling cart 5 is deposited on the elevator 6 (FIG. 12 (10)). The elevator 6 lowers the traveling carriage 5 carrying the luggage to the lowest end, and then the traveling carriage 5 self-propels and exits the storage rack 4 (FIGS. 12 (11) to (13)). The unloading operation is completed by the above operation.

13 and 14 show an application example of the three-dimensional storage of the present invention. FIG. 13 shows a plan view and FIG. 14 shows an elevation view. In this application example, a plurality of storage rack buildings 31 and 32 are built in the depth direction of one unit of a three-dimensional storage room including the storage rack 4, the traveling carriage 5, and the lifter 6. Each of the plurality of storage rack buildings 31 and 32 is provided with a lifting and lowering machine 33. If the three-dimensional storage is configured in this way, the luggage can be stored in all the storage racks 4, 31, 32 with one traveling carriage 5. This application example is effective when, for example, it is necessary to provide a passage for a truck to pass between the storage rack building 31 and the storage rack building 32. In a three-dimensional storage using a conventional stacker crane, it is necessary to guide the upper end of the mast of the stacker crane, so it is impossible to separate the storage rack building from the storage rack building. However, in this application example, since the carriage 5 travels between the storage rack building 31 and the storage rack building 32, the traveling carriage 5 can be moved to the plurality of storage rack buildings 31 and 32 only by providing the rail 34. Here, if the rail 34 on which the traveling carriage 5 moves is like a rail of a train, the truck can cross the rail 34 so that the truck passes through the railroad crossing.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be variously modified without changing the gist of the present invention. For example, the number of storage spaces in the storage rack can be variously set according to the installation location of the storage rack and the number of stored packages. Only one row of storage racks may be provided in the frontage direction. Furthermore, the storage rack may have a series of storage spaces in the depth direction. In this case, the traveling carriage may be moved to a certain position in the depth direction on the lifter.

In addition, the transfer mechanism of the traveling carriage is not limited to the above form as long as it can store the luggage in the storage space of the storage rack. The stored luggage is not limited to a heavy article, and may be a lightweight article.
